“I love the job the maids do
BUT, I cannot get management to take seriously my repeated complaint. They unplug things, lamps, alarm clocks, electronics with stored programs.
There is a simple solution. Have notes for each client and have a policy that employees must read notes.
Instead of the good feelings of a clean house and often a pleasant interaction, I often feel the annoyance that my complaint has yet again been ignored”
“I find the service to be very inconsistent. It started out with a very thorough cleaning of the house, lasting about an hour and a half, but lately the cleaning ladies are done after barely 40 minutes having done a very superficial cleaning.”
“Sonia and Loulu cleaned my condo on March 21, 2022. They were fantastic and amazing. Our condo building had the water turned off since a own was having work done. No prior notice. they did a fantastic job with water sometimes and not others. They definitely need a bonus for their amazing work. Cleaned places that I thought impossible to get clean. Those places sparkled after their work. They left sweaty and tired. Blessings to these wonderful girls.”

“I used Molly Maids one time last week. They sent 2 girls to clean(neither one spoke any English) and while they were cleaning, after only half an hour, one of the girls broke a very precious gift my father had given to me before he died. I was upset and called their office. The girls left without finishing and the Molly Maid manager was extremely rude to me and no apologies were given and they blamed me, not the girls. The manager, named Nancy was so rude and so unprofessional, I cried for hours! I’m definitely would NOt recommend Molly Maids to my friends or family 😞”

“I was not even able to schedule a cleaning of my house. Their website says my house is in their service area and gave me an 800 number to call. The person I talked to said their office didn't cover my house but gave me the number to the office that did. I called that direct line and was told I was outside of the service area.”
