“Alan Woods Foothills Mall store 2046 I have shopped at this American Eagle for many years. Alan is an asset to your company. His ability to assist customers, manage the store, and remain polite and friendly are a few things he does extremely well. He would be an excellent trainer or opener for any store. If it was my business, I’d find a place for him to do even more. I don’t personally know him, but I know an exceptional employee when I see one. If he owned the store he could not do any better. He is amazing. When I order and pick up at the store, he asks me how it fit and offers to get different sizes. He always gives me time to browse before trying on what I ordered. He prepares a room and puts my merchandise in it as I shop. He gives suggestions on the merchandise in the store. I always end up buying more and I’m very happy with what I buy. Alan is fantastic. This is the third time I’ve written to you. He has never received any feedback. He should definitely be advanced.”

“First online order was when COVID hit and I was very skeptical about the entire process. Three years later they are my #1 go to. I only shop sales, primarily women's pants/jeans. I'm older with a tummy and currently wear a 12 in pants and 50% of the time one size bigger in jeans. Oh, and if you haven't gone high rise yet...omg, you will never go low again! No more belly aches and it it flattens it. Anyway, I buy more than I normally would, because of how often I have success with my purchases (orders) and because of their amazing return policy. There is no return by date. Seriously, I have returned half of my large orders (ordered two colors too see which I prefer etc) 8 months later without a single question. I personally just return orders at my local store so I get refunded same day, but it's probably as easy to return through delivery like ups etc. I'm not certain, but I think returns are free unless you don't have printer then you will pay $2.50 for ups to print one for you at the UPS store. Generally, my orders are shipped to me free the same week, but COVID has delayed deliveries in my area on occasion. I highly recommend American Eagle and I used to only shop thrift stores before COVID era. I actually save $ now cuz I buy exactly what I want in the right size instead of 10 not quite right items.”

“Super great customer service. There return policy is better than lulus at this point. Everyone is always kind, seem happy to help, and I love there clothes. There price seems to be pretty reasonable for a brand name, especially when it’s on sale or you have a rewards program.”

“Been shopping here for years! I’m usually able to get amazing deals because there is almost always good deals going on! Clothes have great quality and fit fairly well. Would buy the whole selection if I could!”

“my experience with american eagle has been great throughout the years. i am a 5’3 151 pound curvy female, i have gone up sizes and several times since i’m growing and all their bottoms fit great. their tops are absolutely adorable and their swimsuits are amazing. i have 2 super cute swimsuits from ae and they fit perfectly”

“On Friday 5/7/21, at the Westfarms mall, Shendrika, Gabby, and Julie helped me a lot. They were genuine about their feedback and helped me to find a good pair of jeans. The customer service between them were amazing and I can’t wait to come back to shop again!”

“Honestly, American Eagle Outfitters is my favorite place to buy jeans. I've been coming here for years, and though I've grown physically and mentally in my teen years, it continues to live up to my expectations. They helped me feel more confident when I first started buying them and middle school and still, in high school. The only downside is that their mom jeans do not fit me well because i'm on the taller side (5'8"-5'10") and their hoodies are not the best. Otherwise, they're great!”

“Awesome quality, well priced (i got mine with the BOGOF offer for shorts, then bought jeggings), and i will definitely be buying more when they have my size! I unfortunately don’t come across 000 X-Short for jeans too often or anything equivalent to that, so this was wonderful and it felt great to finally have a pair of jeans that fit snugly and not have a gap in the back of my jeans.”

“I have been shopping at American Eagle/Aerie for quite a while and I think it’s save to say that I’m obsessed! I have never had any issues with customer service in stores. The employees have always been super nice and very helpful. American Eagle/Aerie always has great sales and deals that make the price a bit more bearable. But honestly, I don’t even mind spending the money because I know that the clothes are great! Every time I order online, the shipment comes within 5 days at most. The only time it’s ever been longer is when they didn’t have the item in stock and I had to wait a few more days for it to get restocked. They returns have always been easy from my experiences. I always go to the store for returns, just because that’s what’s easier for me to do. The employees have always been super helpful and they get it done fairly quickly. I usually either exchange or get store credit on my returns. It’s all been super easy from what i’ve experienced. I buy most of my clothes from American Eagle because they always have styles that are in trend and that I love. The clothing itself is very durable and doesn’t feel cheaply made, like some other brands I’ve tried. I’ve never had any experience with clothing getting discolored or ripped or anything like that. The clothes always fit really well. Other than the one time that I bought a pair of mom shorts in my usual size and they felt a couple sizes too small. That is the only bad sizing experience I have had with them. However, the return was super easy. I would say always read other peoples reviews on the items before buying. I buy all my jeans from there and they are my absolute favorite jeans that I’ve ever purchased! It’s always been difficult for me to find jeans that fit because I have a smaller waist, thick hips and thighs, and long legs. For reference, I can fit a size 12/14 in the waist comfortably, but for my hips and thighs to be comfortable, I would go a size 16/18. I love the super stretch jeggings. They are stretchy enough that I can get a size that’s comfortable in the waist and my hips and thighs won’t suffocate. I usually order them in long if they have them in stock because they are the perfect length for me. They also have a good size range compared to some of the other stores I’ve been to. They always have adorable tops! I feel like every time I go in there, I find a bunch of tops that I adore! I’ve never had any issues with their tops or their dresses either. I would recommend checking the size charts if you’ve never shopped there before because different brands have different sizing. But overall, I would recommend shopping at American Eagle/Aerie to anyone. It is definitely worth checking out!”

“Ordered high waisted flare and am a UK 12. Bought the US 10 and the quality, as always, is excellent. Not just for the price but compared to any jean. My old pair are AE and I had them for about 6 years before they showed signs of wear and tear. The new ones are immensely flattering, fit beautifully and fall well. I find it exceedingly difficult to find jeans that are slimming for the curvier figure and I don't think I could be happier than with these jeans.”

“From Julie Escott and my Dad Danny Thompson...I'm a 43 year old stay at home mom of twins...when I was younger loved American Eagle, style and fit. My husband works, I stay at home (hardest...and most rewarding job😘) We don't buy clothes for ourselves much anymore, spend our money on them (they make us beautiful now.😘) My old school parents came to spend the week with the girls this week, My dad offered a gift card to buy some sweatpants clothes... went to American Eagle, picked out some comfy sweats and shirts, entered in the gift card...web site had problems. Called the number...while putting the girls to bed, thinking this is too much trouble, I'll buy something elsewhere, the customer service guy was so awesome, still didn't go through, got the number so my Dad could call back with a regular credit card, he called, he said she was awesome about the customer service lady he talked to, got it done (he's almost 70 and old school 😘) Love guys... your customer service people rocked it out. Love your clothes and fit, this Mamma is excited to keep on wearing your clothes at 43 and for them to come in the mail in a few days!🙌🙌🙌💖💖💖”

“I bought a pair of jeans in store and they had a great fit, great length, great rise and I will buy many more pairs from the store! The quality is really nice and they are pretty well priced jeans. I got the Next Level Jeggings in the colour Starburst Blue and they were a little lighter in store than online but overall I love the jeans so much! I’m 5”11 and I weigh 140 lbs, I ordered the size 4 X Long and they were perfect!!”

“I was in store 134/Moorestown Mall and has the best experience with two employees- Morgan (keyholder) and Olivia (sales associate). I was taking a break from shopping for my last gift for the holidays and found a sweater that I fell in love with, thanks to Morgan. Olivia helped me in the fitting area and as she was showing me some other items, led me to the socks which turned out to be the absolutely perfect gift for that last person on my list! It was only by interacting with me and listening to me that Olivia knew what I needed. AE should be proud to have these two women representing their brand. I walked out with a huge smile on my face and, trust me, I was definitely not smiling when I walked in! Thank you, American Eagle, Morgan and Olivia!”

“I was recently in the Erie store and I had the absolutely best experience. A girl named kaitlyn helped me find a ton of Christmas gifts for my grand children! She even convinced me to try on some things for myself! She made me show her what I looked like in the outfits she choose and I have never felt to confident in myself after trying on clothes or after Christmas gift shopping. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel so much better about myself!”
