“AliExpress is also a scam, Allows sellers to scam and defraud buyers. They do "NOTHING" to protect buyers...When making a purchase, there is a very,very good chance you will lose your money..Like rolling dice, beware..”

“If you ever need to make a claim under their false 60 day guarantee be prepared to have a lot of your time wasted, some sellers may be fraudulent but so is the platform that does not uphold their promises. The seller has wasted my time but also so has ali express and I am still in dispute after 60 days where ali express is still to make a decision. NEVER AGAIN AND BE WARNED!”

“HORRIBLE!!! Ordered 2 cat beds on November 29, they took the money out of our account the next day! 4 weeks later, texted them, where is my order, they told me to be patient! 2 weeks later got one cat bed they said order was complete! Complained about order they said they contacted them, and to wait 14 days to get a reply, so I did... no reply! Now they said I waited to long order was complete! Never got the other cat bed or my money back! BEWARE!!!!”

“I have ordered many items on this website, usually lower cost items because I'm just a bit worried about getting ripped off. The wait times will vary, sometimes items come within a week, sometimes over a month. Pretty much what you would expect for most items coming from China. For Christmas I ordered some more expensive earbuds for my son and they were defective. I opened a dispute, submitted my evidence and AE responded reasonably quickly and gave me 2 options for resolution. 1) refund half and keep item 2) full refund and return item. I chose #2 as the item was $57 and the postage to return was $13. After I made my choice AE said I had to enter a tracking # and the cost to have my package tracked would have been more that what I paid for the item so I asked to change my mind to "refund half and keep item". That is where everything fell apart, it was EXTREMELY hard to get to chat with a live agent. I ended up getting through twice, both agents "PROMISED" to help but did nothing and eventually my dispute "TIMED OUT" and AE said payment has been released to seller and there was nothing they could do. I guess I had good reason to worry because in the end I did get ripped off and AE was not helpful at all. I don't usually write reviews but I felt I was totally ripped off and was compelled to warn others, DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS unless you are ok with getting ripped off!!! BE WARNED!!!”

“Ordered a product from them and received the wrong item. The wait took so long i decided to not Pursue the issue & keep the item. Even decided to buy another one at a later date. Which this one never came. This one I have pursued & asked for a refund but never received. Would never use this service again or recommend to anyone else.”

“Made two orders on January 21. Sellers extended shipping process every week to 19 days. They don't respond to my messages. AE customer service doesn't exist at all. I've cancelled the orders but haven't get refund and I doubt that I'll take back my money. Scam sellers, unreliable company. STAY AWAY!!! You only loose your money there!!!”

“Worst place to buy. I got stained in blood product. Opened dispute seller says not his and aliexpress says aliexpress didn't refund. I think dispute judgement guys are big fools or get paid to steal people”

“I have ordered a number of items on Aliexpress. Delivery frequently takes longer than estimated, but on a price/value basis some decent purchases. However, BUYER BEWARE! I filed a dispute when 1 out of 4 electronic devices was DOA and would not power on. I filed a dispute & was told to be patient for more than a week for a response due to Chinese holiday. Finally, while I was traveling for a week out of town, they replied that they needed a video of the item (I had already sent a picture) within 2 days or their judgement would be in favor of the seller's proposed solution of no refund, no replacement. I appealed the judgement, sent a video of me pressing the power button on the DOA device, and quickly received an email stating that my appeal was denied due to "insufficient evidence."”

“I have not been able to complete any order, when trying to make a payment I get either a 404 error or can't find page. But on Feb 4 $28.62 was taken from my bank account to AliExpress. So far I haven't been able to get any answers.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! AS I PLACED ORDER FOR €20 I DON'T GOT MY ORDER. ORDER AWAITS CUSTOM CLEARANCE WHICHEVER GOING TO COST ME MIN. €50 NO WHERE IN ALIEXPRESS WAS STATED THAT CUSTOMERS SELF HAVE TO CARE FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE. I GOT REJECTED FOR DISPUTE. ME, MY RELATIVES AND KNOWN PEOPLE WILL NOT SPEND A PENNY ANYMORE IN ALIEXPRESS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE!!!!”

Also Dispute teams all the time sellers side, not customer. Customer allways make mistake. But seller RIGHT, HONEST, BEST. Judgement team against to customer.”
