Some sellers are great while others are really fraudulent, basically lying to the customer. Really watch the reviews, and customer satisfaction

I bought one iptV box paid $144.89 for 18 months subscription. After only 3 months use ZhiDeer AliExpress has shut down my service. Send almost 50 messages to seller but no responses. Tried AliExpress direct no luck at all.

The hair color was not as shown. Quality looks cheap. The refund guarantee is bogus/fraudulent. I have been trying to return the item for a refund and have been given the runaround. They gave me a $12 refund on a $63 purchase. Unacceptable. I want to return the wig for a full refund. Customer service is terrible. You can’t speak to anyone only online chat. It’s a foreign company and their directions make no sense. Very frustrating. I just want to return the item for a FULL refund and I will NEVER order from them again. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

They don't care about the customer, it's all about making money, they don't even have the decency to inform you that shipping is severely delayed, because that will stop people from buying. Just money-grabbing business that will get overshadowed from the first good business that comes along

I had problems with them and now I can't close my account or stop annoying emails. Don't sign up unless you enjoy spam. I'd give them no stars if I could.

Never received my order. Per Aliexpress supposed to open dispute if not received. Good luck with that. Filled out form and hit Submit and nothing happened. Tracking info says stuck in country of origin. The whole experience made sure I won't be a return customer. I guess over a month for delivery covers not receiving the item at all

This company is a disgrace. Not live chat even if the site said there is one. not way to chat with anybody directly. Not way to talk or email the customer service either or contact anybody at all. their email address is not provided. When buy an item and pay for an expensive faster postal service sellers just send you the item with the cheapest available postage without giving any care about what you paid extra and what you actually selected. The just want to save money stealing yours used for a faster more expensive postal company like epacket for example or EMS express. This cannot be fixed. Once they sent the item with a 50-60 days delivery time then you will need to wait 3 months to get an item instead then 20 days and nothing can be done. Not even apply for refund or for a complain as it states that the item has been sent and to fail a dispute it is too early. Sellers do not get punished from Aliexpress to prevent this kind of thievery and bad behavior. Will never use that site again!!!

I have had nothing but problems on Aliexpress! I have ordered many things and about 80% there is some problem. A lot of the sellers are not trustworthy and lie to you. The products are very low quality usually and the shipping is a nightmare which takes at least a month and usually more.

It sucks a lot of people on here have had such a bad experience with AliExpress, mine personally has been more positive than negative. I have found many items that are of great quality for a reasonably low price, things that would have cost my twice as much here at home. Most sellers are nice and try to work with you when you have questions or a problem. Now there is a dark side to this marketplace as well: the help bot needs a lot of work, customer service via the chat are completely useless and read from a script, and sellers posting false presumptions about their products as well as using fake tracking numbers to meet processing times needs to be addressed by AliExpress and managed a lot better. Overall tho if you read reviews and choose store with higher ratings, the majority of the time things go smoothly, albeit over the course of 2-4 months but you can't blame AliExpress for the coronavirus

AliExpress is a total scam trying to lure unsuspecting US customers into thinking they're getting a deal. The products they send tend to be near expiration dates and if you have anything that you want to return, good luck getting through to customer service. Some merchants are honest but you take your chances. If you don't get a refund, you are out of luck. The automated help bot is totally worthless and is just an automated bot that doesn't really do anything. There is live person via chat when you can get them and when you file a claim, they say they will get in touch with you via Email but they never will. With the Chinese CCP virus going around the globe, their service is even less now dayss. So unless you are willing to gamble on junk products or just throwing your money away, just stay away from this site.

Absolute dog fight to talk to a real person, Shipping should off been 20 days, 5 months later still not here, Seller keep saying to wait 2 weeks then another 2 weeks. Support is use less.

Someone has been using my credit card credentials and purchasing products with my money. I contacted Aliexpress, but they didn't solve the problem, instead they redirected me to the frequently asked questions. I have been using Aliexpress before, but this is the first time this has happened, and they didn't even try to help me get my money back! Don't purchase products from Aliexpress when they're not willing to help their customers.

I never buy from Ali Express again. They send the damaged items and try very hard to ignore my refund request. I have ordered some seeds and its never germinated ...money wasted if buying from Ali Express. Lucky i have Deactivated my account so they never can ripped me off again. Go to hell Ali.

Ordered a poster with approx 3 weeks before birthday, and approximately 5 weeks later still haven’t received it. Need to go through a long process to get in touch, rather just tell you guys, beware.

The tracking number was fake, item never arrived. Opened the dispute and was told that my money refunded. Never received the refund, they just pocketed it. Just a regular chinese crooks.

Horrible timeframe. Almost 3months gueestimated. I waited 4 months n nothing came in. I tried canceling n wanted me send the item I never recieved. Pathethic.

People that are complaining are noobs. Aliexpress still is a perfect platform. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak packages have delays. And yes there are scammers on Aliexpress, thats why you should never buy from a seller with a rating of 96% or lower. Read the reviews. Do not complain because you dont understand the platform 😂

recevied package late, no return label included, contacted seller to item does not fit and shipped late, but to no avail seller only responded when when disputed started. Still refuses to send necessary infor to do return and refuse to issue refund. Shady business practices, will use my media and fellow followers to make sure they stay a way from unethical businesses like Ali Express and its sellers. Communication within the dispute process in no better have gotten no where with them either. 700 + followers notified and counting to stay away....

Took a whole month to send my item, then I noticed pieces were broken. Never again will I buy form them , I didn’t even care to do a return process, I just threw it in the trash.
