“I would give negative stars if I could. This is the most shady company I have ever dealt with. Their website glitches and I ended up paying and receiving double of everything I ordered I contacted the customer service over ten times to try and get it worked out and they just kept telling me I needed to contact the sellers and it was out of their hands. The sellers would have had to lose money and they wouldn’t do that (I don’t blame them, it wasn’t their fault!) I had to reexplain every time I got on to speak to customer service and each of them gave me the runaround in different ways. aliexpress would not own up to the fact that their website charged me double what it should have. I provided proof and they told me there was nothing they could do. They are just a “platform” so apparently they aren’t a real company, your money isn’t as safe as they say it is and their website may charge multiple but thats just the roll of the dice you take with them! Worst company and customer service EVER.”

“Stuff never got delivered, and they would not refund anything back to me, lost out on $28 bucks.Not a lot of money, but if they do this to a lot of people,it adds up. I will never buy from them again.”

“I received these denim jeans I was very excited until. I tried them on legs were very tight almost couldn’t get them past my ankle and trying to take them off also created a major challenge they also gave off an awful smell very very fowl, can’t describe the smell, like they went threw a conveyor belt and dipped a chemicals which aren’t allowed in the USA! they made my whole body itch and smell awful, I’ve washed them 3 times with extra soap and they still smell, I put them in my dryer with 7 dryer sheets and they still smell they make me itch and they make all my other clothes in the washer smell the same way and I my washer has now developed the smell now too! After washing them 3 times they still smell like I didn’t wash them at all! They came from China and I think they are a very very bad quality denim from the fit as a very very skinny fit to the awful smell! I want a full refund for both jeans I believe I was scammed by a nock off company called (AliExpress)! They are advertising these jeans as old Jackson premium denim. Not fashion jeans, But to my surprise they say fashion denim on the back, Which Is false advertising and they are lairs, only AliEpress make this quality denim they should be band from selling anything in the USA because they are a full nock off of really high end denim such like diesel jeans and DHL, but instead you receive really cheap denim nock off scams)!! Too bad they don’t tell you that you bought from aliexpress because they looked really nice, just want a full refund due to the smell and fit in the legs! (Don’t buy these jeans)”

“I used this company for a year. My last two orders never arrived. I contacted the companies and they gave me the run around. Finally contacted aliexpress. They said the money was refunded but I never received it. They totally ripped me off. I would never suggest anyone using this company ever.”

“Item not as described with no route for a refund. I ordered laptop feet for my Lenovo Thinkpad but the feet that arrived were far too small and shallow for my laptop. There is no way to access my order (despite an apparently efficient online order history system) and no way to get in touch with customer service to talk about my order. The 'online chat' is with an unsophisticated robot who totally relies on the order showing on my account history, making this another deadend as long as my order is not showing on my account. I cannot find an email address or phone number to talk to a real person. Ultimately, I am having to keep the laptop feet (eventually throw it away) and have now wasted about £10. I won't trust Aliexpress with another future purchase.”

“I live in canada i ordered dress this morning it says it has been signed and delivered i checked the delivery adress it wenr to israel when i chatted wirh customer service she said communicate with seller of course they never responded and now 15 minutes later deliveru country was changed by somebody to canada and history chat was erased please do not order on this website scam scam and scam”

“I buy from them since 5 years, when I received my stuff it's ok, but around 40% of the product i bought on this site I never received. You have to open a dispute after 2 months from the order, wait a weeks or more to have a refund for something that cost under $5 that's a pain... Not sure that I will continue to shop on this site...”

“1 - 35% to 40% of the product i bought on your site i never received. 2 - when i place an order the minute i authorise the payment the screen with all the order info disappear, u don't have a chance to save the screen for future reference. 3 - in couples of days when u send a notification u mention the order number without relating it to the product i bought. 4 - minimum product information.
