Bad online store. I ordered an item. They didn' t send the right amount or the right quantity ordered. And they pretend they had sent the correct amount. This is unacceptable. Unfair and stealing customers. Do not trust them guys

AliExpress is a rip off I’ve ordered 4 differant items got charged for all and only had 1 delivered. Don’t buy from them they take your money and send nothing

I've been doing business with AliExpress for the last six months. I believe I've uncovered both the good and the bad. You can find a great deal as long as you can live with the slow delivery. That's the good news! The bad news should you ever have a problem with an order . . you're screwed! Buyer Protection is a sham. There is no such thing. Should your product not arrive, should it be damaged, should the seller ship product even though you cancelled the order . . you're screwed! When a problem occurs, you typically can do two things: You first chat with customer service in an attempt to get their help to resolve the problem. Second, you file a dispute. Well, customer service will assure you up one side and down the other that they will solve your problem. They never do! They tell you they will but they don't. And filing a dispute always results in them siding with the seller. They don't have an Amazon or eBay customer service philosophy . . the seller is always right! So Beware!!"

I have awarded this review 1 star, only because I can't award no stars. I ordered an item from AliExpress. The seller shipped a completely different item. I then had to return the item at my expense and raise a dispute with AliExpress about it. Because the original seller had not received the returned item within 30 days, even though buyers are told to expect an item 20-41 days, AliExpress considered that I had not sent it, even though I had provided evidence. AliExpress then released my money to the seller. The end result of this will be that the original seller will receive my money for an item which I ordered and the seller sent something else, and will also receive the returned item. AliExpress has been very very unhelpful in what would be considered a fraudulent sale in any other company. Never deal with this company as their sellers can do what they like without recourse.

Don’t give you money away! This company is a scam!!! They have no customer service to assist with issues. No way of resolving an issue. I never received my order 102808206884927 ordered on 6/14/19 and today is 08/27/19. Promised it would arrive by 8/16/19 and now the order reads complete. I am so not ordering for AliExpress again!

Do not deal with this company, a total farce, they advertise “buyer protection” they say you open a Dispute and they will help work out the problem and get your money back - NOT. I purchased 10 capillary knobs, I told the seller what I wanted and they said these were the correct items, so I purchased them for £67 and then had to pay £29 customs and then when I came to use them, they were the wrong knobs (These are for cookers). I opened a dispute, I was told I would have to pay to send them back and I could only claim the difference on the purchase price, so I said I wanted the full amount so Aliexpress decided to close my dispute. You can not talk/contact/email Aliexpress and the seller also doesn’t reply. I have lost nearly £100 which is not my fault. To sum up, this is a ghost company, they do not do what they advertise, they take your money and run, it is not worth the risk.

We ordered 10 bags we really liked so we ordered 10 more for resale. We loved them so we placed a 3rd order and a 4th order before receiving the third. The 3rd and 4th orders were not the same bag and we not a bag we could even use. We went through the dispute process and rejected each offer because they were totally unacceptable. The dispute process does not favor the buyer, that's for sure. Then the seller kept offering a tiny refund rather than taking the bags back. Bottom line, they stuck us with the wrong product and their only solution was a tiny refund. Terrible, terrible business practices. Don't do business with AliExpress unless you want to get screwed if anything goes wrong. They will hang you out to dry. We will never do business with Ali Express again. As they say, screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.

Aliexpress and these sellers are the same, when they pretend to mediate a dispute, they in fact emit the same opinion that is never in favor of the customer. They sent me a broken product, immediately suspected that i broke it, then promised a replacement screen that never came, of course they never was an apology, i was called a "malicious fraud" and numerous other lies and insults, i sent a photo with newspaper date in the background showing that it was still broken today, they gave me 2 days to find an official paper proving i hadn't receive the screen, it turned out to be only 24h after which they said I was wrong, case closed. Scammed, stranded with a defective product. Thankfully, I paid only $120 for this valuable lesson, closed my Aliexpress account, they won't next see my money soon this century. I'm sorry now i ever complained about Amazon's customer service, which is heaven compared to that. Eric

Bought hair stimulation helmet(looked like one advertised on tv But priced at $109), stopped working at 5.5months, tried workin with supplier and his suggested fixes; nothing worked. Finally, tried customer(no support, but lots of requirements/24hours or less to respond too them) service. One can not just go too customer service, have find yellow brick road? Starts different each time!!! Finally no replies at all supplier or customer support. Recommend not buy any one item over$5, and file general complaint QUALITY with in 15 day rule>

ALIEXPRESS 15 DAY PROTECTION PLAN NOT TRUE Received 4 headsets (not one of them could be charged) Received these 4 defective headsets May 15 2018. I could not file a Dispute because dispute was closed on May 16th. The Supplier who never check product before shipping was "GONHAA OFFICIAL STORE" Attached Are photos of AliExpress Protection Plan And photos showing plan is not working with dates of receipt - time frame for dispute being closed in less than a Day let alone 15 days This buyer lost $94 + In USD

If I can give zero I would. This site is the hardest to fight for your stuff. Electricity is NOT precisely explained on some products if its 120/220v this was Kitcken world then in Hommy store I ordered 3 boats got 2 and when contacted they say out of stock but it's still there from SAME STORE. They are both not refunding nor accepting a return. I'm still in dispute and is so annoying. Waiting for the rest of the stuff and banning this site. I thought wish was bad but these guys a million times worse and too complex with their site with coupons and refunds . It seems they have an excuse for any problem you have . Not worth the stress nor time. Useless site and sticking with wish at least you show them the problem and they refund you on the spot. Very unprofessional and not supporting this site no longer . Just wish my stuff came faster so I can uninstall this site. Even the why your asking for a refund they give you 3 options and its NONE I need . It's not a well thought of site at all.

We ordered 2 months ago, but never received the items. After contacting them, we received several standard answers telling to wait a little longer. After 6 weeks, we got told that the package status is "delivered". Although the shipper told us that is has been deliverd to a packing station 600 kilometers away from us (and probably got lost there), we still got told that the package has been delivered and since we can't prove otherwise, the case is closed for them. Apart of the fact that we need to prove that we didn't receive the package, it was not possible to contact AliExpress regarding this matter anymore. Additionally, even for the standard answers we needed to contact AliExpress directly since the seller didn't reply at all.

While you still can get some reasonably priced things from them, one day you are going to face an inadequate rude seller with poor English who eventually will win the dispute opened since.. there is in fact NO such a thing as fair dispute. Someone, I hope not a silly robot available to "chat with you", makes a unilateral decision in favour of a seller and you have NO call back number to argue or tell your side of the story. Just like that. So be aware of the risks ordering on that site. I indeed first thought that it was a bunch of scammers. Now I understand that this service is legit but yet far away from civilized internet trading companies.

I received a defective item which is working but not maintainable as advertised. I've sent several photos to prove. AliExpress seems agree and wants to refund but buyer must pay returning shipping fees. Product price: $50, Shipping fee: $20.
