“I ordered 100 swivel/pin pieces but only received 50. Unfortunately, AliExpress has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Neither a refund nor a replacement for the missing items has been offered, and the seller has not addressed the mistake. Very disappointed with the lack of support and accountability.”

“Awful app and awful service. App is full of pop ups and rubbish and hard to navigate. For double charged and still trying to get refunded. Other order has a courier who apparently can’t find my address after 2 attempts. I live inner city in an ordinary street with my house number clearly visible. NO ONE ELSE has ever “not found my address” 😂 Try Google Maps 😂 I’ll stick with Amazon. Absolute jokers”

“POS the seller sent a fake FedEx tracking # not associated with my name or address according to FedEx tracking agent. 15 + messages unanswered put a stop payment after 14 days of no help A Complete waste of time The first and last attempt to buy on Aliexpress Definitely will not do that again !”

“If u get something that's dodgy make sure u take screen shots of conversation and return etc ive been stuffed around for 8 days waiting for return paperwork that they promised me on several occasions they'd send i gave up and contacted paypal as soon as this happend they deleted any proof of my return complaint of there platform. Luckily I took screen shots as I didn't trust em.”

“Zero stars! I placed an order on November 28, 2024. I went on AE today, December 5, 2024, as I was wanting to leave a review. Lo and behold! I see that my order's status is: EXPIRED! They NEVER sent me an email or contacted me to tell me this! And when I try to get the lousy dollar 'Delivery guarantee', it tells me 'Collection unsuccessful'. Why TF have a 'guarantee'?! I contacted an agent after great difficulty, in trying to get an agent, and she tried to help me out. But in the email that I received was: "Regarding order 8196027507016823, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund at this stage since the request raised has beyond the buyer protection period." Ya, since I didn't know that my order was EXPIRED! Bunch of ripoff artists! Temu and Amazon are soooooo much better than AE. AE is run by amateurs and morons. Now, if I want to place the exact SAME order, it will cost me $6.79 MORE. That is not a big deal, but now I have to wait longer to get these items. A big FU to AE! DO BETTER!”

“ALIEXPRESS: FORGED PROOF OF DELIVERY. AliPay is a must to have in China; the counterparts of AliExpress work very well there. In the USA, stay away from AliExpress. In my case, the item was not delivered and the seller (BillTools Store, 4.8*) provided "delivery proof", which was a forgery. I have a report from USPS with all the information; they were helpful. The tracking number was for a real delivery of an "empty box" (2oz) to a house with my zip code. The seller changed the name, the address (to my one), forged my signature, which was not required for this mail, and changed the weight to 5.6kg. The delivery day-time and the post office (not mine) remained unchanged since these scammers know that such "proofs" are mostly processed automatically. Despite the evidence, AliExpress supported the seller and rejected my claim; now it is in the hands of PayPal. Generally, AliPay US is subject to all our laws and guarantees "refund if package lost", but don't be fooled by all these.”

“Absolutely stay away from this company. I ordered a $600.00 dehumidifier and never received it and they kept my money. They originally sent me a FedEx Tracking number which was wrong. They then said they shipped it USPS which again was a lie. They are a Chinese Company with zero customer service except to say “have a nice life”. I say “have a nice life” by NEVER ordering anything from these con artists.”

“Ordered electric lunch box on 26th nov and delivery company left the courier outside my home instead of handing to me. Contacted chat agent (which seemed not an agent but just AI). They are not ready to take any further responsibility. Order ID 3045526255512035. Highly recommended to stay away from this company without ethics. I will stick to the reputed players like Amazon and Ebay. Note: there is absolutely no way to get a phone support or contact UK customer service.”

“Purchased 2 different items on 2 different purchases. First one being here in Sydney held by custom for the last 3 weeks as per tracking but no one taking action to deliver it and it’s just a circular saw (AliExpress keep sending free coupons apologising for the delay which doesn’t help me) Second item are drill batteries and they give you delivery time but we haven’t seen the delivery happening yet. Unreliable site, very hard to raise a complain on their app and there is no one to communicate with and they don’t reply.”
