“I tried to order a part three times I did it and a friend did it with separate emails and visas they take the money immediately off of the card regions Bank but then they send you a link that says in redlet is highlighted appeal you have to send them a picture of your Visa card which I did three times and then you tell me file to Lodge so then I send a bank statement and you won't accept that either so you don't send the part to me but you took the money that's absolute fraud read your reviews they're horrible it's only a matter of time before you're shut down and this has been posted as many places as it legally can be I'm speaking the truth you people are fraudulent they're being paid $2 an hour and they're out of the Philippines and they can't disclose what country they're from that's how proud they are scamming people I can see why they're afraid to say what country they're from it's ridiculous and pathetic and subliminal”

“I ordered from AliExpress a product, but I did not receive it. I asked seller for refund my money, but they only responded that package was delivered and you must go around your neighbors to find. No refund. AliExpress did nothing”

“Ali Express do not offers any protection for buyers. Even with evidence from post offices. They will claim always more evidence until you cannot claim any longer. There's no help from support.”

“Aliexpress zijn in feite oplichters. In het begin gaat alles goed. Als je goederen retourneert krijg je snelle terugbetaling in je bonustegoed. Later wanneer hun website niet goed werkt doen ze zonder bericht je account deactiveren waardoor je je eigen bonustegoed niet meer kunt besteden. In feite wordt je als klant door deze multinational bestolen. Hiermee zijn ze waarschijnlijk groot geworden. Met pure diefstal. Ik zou zeggen wegblijven bij deze bende.”

“Review for Order 3035783677923258 with AliExpress I placed an order for a 100Ah 60V Electric Car Lithium Battery (model 18650, waterproof) from the seller Shop1103681406 on May 18, 2024. After a long wait, I finally received the package on July 11, 2024, which took a total of 54 days. Initially, I suspected the item might be faulty, but it has become clear to me that this was a scam. Instead of receiving a genuine 100Ah battery, I received a battery that weighs only 3.6kg, while a legitimate 100Ah battery should weigh between 17-40kg. This discrepancy in weight was my first indication that something was wrong. On July 16, 2024, I activated buyer protection after numerous attempts to contact the seller. AliExpress informed me that I would need to pay for the return shipment, with the promise that the seller would cover these costs. I followed through and returned the item on August 1, 2024, using tracking number CO971615418RO. However, as of August 20, 2024, the package has been stuck in Chinese customs, awaiting necessary paperwork from the seller. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the seller regarding this situation, which makes it evident that they are unwilling to assist. I have contacted AliExpress multiple times regarding my situation, and while they assure me that I will be refunded, 60 days have passed since I activated buyer protection without any resolution. The seller Shop1103681406 appears unresponsive and seems to be closing down their shop, as there are no items available. Additionally, I noticed another seller, likely associated with the first (Shop1104080437), is offering a similar 100Ah battery for just 5kg (the whole package). This raises red flags, as it further indicates potential fraudulent activity within the platform. I'm deeply concerned that my experience reflects a lack of oversight and accountability on AliExpress's part. I feel scammed and doubt I will ever see my money again. With 120 days since my order and no product or refund received, I'm left feeling frustrated and let down by both the seller and AliExpress's buyer protection program. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly vet sellers before making a purchase.”

“I had my Coinbase wallet wiped out in a single transaction. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get a hold of Coinbase support Teams. This transaction emptied out all my Ethereum and Bitcoin. This was not me and I needed help after losing roughly 821,000 dollars. I went to the police to file a report and they also failed to help me. A gentleman at the stiction walked up to me and handed me a note that contained an Email address (lisaellzabet 662 @ gm ail . com) and this number(+1 301 658 0921) he told me this recovery company could help me. And truly after getting in touch them and submitting every documentation within 72 hours i got a mail she was able to recover all my funds and also revealed the men behind the dirty act. I wish to let everyone know that it is possible to get your money back if you contact the right person and follow instructions”

“Worst ecommerce platform. They favour their chinese sellers. Make it almost impossible to dispute. Then buyer guarantee is a LIE. They give you 3 days to find what was the logistics company, contact the shipping company, get in writing from them that you never received the item. I spent 10 days and over 100 messages for my $500 lost item. Seller doesnt understand English and keeps on sending same message over and over again. NO HELP NO SUPPORT You are on your own.”

I ordered what was advertised as a 100A battery, but the item I received does not match that description at all. The battery I got has a significantly lower capacity (10A or less), and the weight difference is alarming. A genuine 100A battery typically weighs between 17 and 40 kg, whereas the one I received weighs only about 3.6 kg. This is a clear case of misleading advertising. I returned the item at my own expense, under the assumption that the seller would reimburse me for this cost, as instructed by AliExpress. The return package, tracked under CO971615418RO, was sent on August 1, 2024, and reached Chinese customs by August 20, 2024. According to the Postal Office, customs delays are common when the seller needs to complete necessary paperwork and coordinate with customs. However, my package appears to be stuck there, and I have not received any response from the seller regarding its retrieval. This situation raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of the transaction. I activated the "buyer protection option" and reached out for assistance multiple times, speaking with representatives like Hazel and Xira, who assured me that my issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Unfortunately, nothing has happened, and I remain skeptical that I will ever receive my funds back. In summary, I feel that this entire experience has been a scam. You pay for a 100A battery only to receive a 10A battery—or worse. The stark weight difference is a key indicator of this deception. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering purchasing batteries from AliExpress. Approach with extreme caution!”

“Aliexpress did not care when the seller told me to get customer service to assist on the refund by even giving the screenshot of the seller chat. Aliexpress simply give excuses like not enough evidence or evidence not good enough and still ask me to laise with seller which i did with lots of videos prior. If the buyer like me get a faulty item or item does not work as stated, we got no help. Better use other ecommerce BPplatform ever possible.”

“The site is full of sellers who run one kind of scam or another, from counterfeit products to fake shipping/tracking notices. When (not if) this happens on your order, AliExpress will not help. Their claims process is stacked against the purchaser and no amount of evidence will get you your money back. AliExpress not only enables this fraud, they actually encourage it - they only care about getting their cut from the transaction. In my case, I was able to get my money back for the item that I was scammed on because I used PayPal for the purchase and won my dispute on that claim. Bottom line - buying from AliExpress is as good as flushing money down the toilet. Just don't do it.”

“It seems that Ali express doesn't do anything about stores that sell products that are not as advertised. I made a purchase and the seller sent 3 different tracking numbers all of which did nothing. So after 3 weeks I applied for a refund. Again I waited ten days and explained also that I was concerned that due to the sellers behavior, I was worried about what I would recieve if my order actually got sent. Ali express chose to side with the seller as they finally provided a tracking number that worked and showed the item as being finally shipped some 30 days after I ordered it. Since then, the seller has recieved 8 reviews of 1 star indicating the seller has sold items that were not as item advertised. So I know when my item arrives it too will be not what was advertised. Yet, Ali express does nothing to the store owner and they are allowed to continue to fraudulently sell items not as advertised and rack up the cash. I wonder if Ali express is in cahoots with these stores?”

“Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars as I feel 1 is already too much for this company. I ordered a birthday present for my wife with a coupon. I waited for 2 weeks, only to get to know on the day before her birthday that my order was cancelled, without any reason. But then the actual bad thing happened. I contacted the customer desk as my coupon was also gone. I asked to put it back on my account so I can at least use it for another order. They told me this is not possible, because it can be only used on the first order. Worst customer experience ever!! Customer loyality need to be earned AliExpress! If you don’t understand this easy but effective rule, trust me you will be off market very soon!”
