So far I have bad experiences Sellers taking advance mony and given fake tracked no, after holding money for long time, if u contact they tell sorry product returns un know reason, we will refund, Think twice before purchasing through Ali express, there are cheaters

Never use this website. I ordered and paid for a pair of runners. Surprise surprise- they were never delivered. I tried to contact the seller as well as contacting Ali Express complaints. No one to help Beware - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Don’t even know ant to give 1 star. NEVER received item or refund and could not get in touch with anyone!!! NEVER buy from site!!! Scam scam scam!!

Scammers. Buyer beware, there is no effective buyer protection from this site. I received goods that were faulty, mispresented in advertising and do not function the way described. Seller was dishonest scammer. Lodged a dispute which was ruled to be “invalid”. How can a dispute be “invalid” when I did not received goods that were advertised and they did not do what they were advertised to do? So I’m telling the world not to buy from this site if you expect any sort of consumer protection from shonky sellers.

It is your choice to purchase where you want, it's your money. BUT, beware purchasing from websites or vendors overseas especially on aliexpress. A particular vendor LGTOY store on aliexpress is one example of why I will not buy on this site, and why I will encourage others to purchase from reputable or local vendors elsewhere. Most vendors if not all that are selling on here use auto translation to communicate via messaging. I know these translators can be inaccurate and either party can get confused as to what is being said. Beyond that it's your call as to whether or not you want to deal with countless hours of misinterpretation and a sense of feeling like you're being screwed. LGTOY store has tried to take me across the coals due to them shipping a partial order to this day I still have not received.... On top of that in order to try to obtain what I had originally paid for, they wanted me to purchase parts so they could ship what never arrived in the initial order. I put faith in this company to deliver the goods promised and Hopefully work out an arrangement to get my original parts and replacement parts for a faulty product. No, they would not stand by any warranty or fulfill the shipment of my original order without me having to make another purchase for items I never wanted. Sometimes what you see is not what you get, so beware. Alot of product will show items and have no description on what comes with it....letting the vendor pick and choose what comes with what and negating and dispute you have against them . Because these vendors are on the other side of the world , it seems that they are untouchable when it comes to getting what you paid for, and their will be no resolution to your inquires. In my situation, I had made an inquiry against LGTOY store with aliexpress customer service . After my initial complaint was issued via messaging with a representative saying that they alone would handle the situation with the vendor, I get a message 10 minutes later being harassed by the LGTOY store vendor. Very disrespectful and uncalled for. If this is how aliexpress and its vendors do business, they shouldn't be doing business period! My last purchase has been made, and that will be the very last purchase I'll make with aliexpress. This my be an isolated incident, and I'm quite sure it isn't. If you are reading this and something similar has happened to you I encourage you to write your review, let consumers know how you feel so they won't fall into the same trap I and many others have and let your what ever financial payment company (PayPal etc.) know your situation so you can have an outside source do an inquiry besides aliexpress. One star, one vendor, one less customer.

I ordered a FreeSmilly raincoat on 11/11/19, and it was finally delivered on 31/12/19. Delivery was free to me, but I was unprepared for it to take 6 weeks. Customers should be warned about the long delivery time. The tracking number worked for me. I had to ask three times via Eva (supposed to be "live chat" but is no such thing) before the protection period was extended.

I ordered a FreeSmilly raincoat on 11 November 2019. It finally arrived on 31 December. The tracking number worked for me, but I was anxious that moving my order seemed to take so long. According to tracking on Aliexpress app, the order "left country of origin distribution centre" on 14 November, passing through "warehouse" and "accepted by airline" on the same day. Then changes to the tracking stopped. I sent three messages via Eva (I think its supposed to be "live chat" but is no such thing) asking for the customer protection period to be extended, and finally, on 8th December, got a message in my account that it was extended 50 days. This arrived just after 6 December, when the order "departed country of origin' (China). I just about could have walked faster than the flight from China to New Zealand. It "arrived at destination country" on 23/12. It being the Christmas public holiday in NZ, it is understandable that the parcel was not delivered until 31st December. Delivery was free to me, but I was unprepared for it to take six weeks. You should let customers know when they order that average delivery time is "over a month". I only find this out today, when I searched the internet to write this review.

Do NOT order from here!!! I ordered a pair of winter boots on November 22nd it is now December 30th and I still haven't received them and when I try to track it it has been stuck in Shanghai since December 3rd. Customer service forget it they have noone who actually helps. By the time I get my boots winter will be over!! They advertised delivery by December 10th. False advertising!! I will never order from them again.

I made an order under the order number 8007644880657152 from aliexpress. The product came broken with only one side of the air pod working. And so i opened a dispute requesting a refund. But the case management team closed the dispute with no notification as to why to do so. It is disappointing to see how a reputed company like aliexpress can be so neglectful on handling its platinum customers.

I bought Christmas pjs at the beginning of November. Was promised they’d arrive no later than December 11th. They did not arrive until after Christmas. Christmas pjs are no good to me after Christmas. The tracking number they gave did not work. I will NEVER buy from them again.

DONT PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I ORDERED A GIFT FOR MY MOM ON HER. ITS THE GREAT BEE! SOMETHING THAT IS FOR WATCHING ARABIC! MY MOM HAD THIS ITEM BEFORE AND DIDNT WANT IT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND I WANTED TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK AND THEY WOULD NOT LET ME. THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY! I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AS WELL. YOU CANT EVEN TALK TO AN ACTUALLY HUMAN BEING! THIS SITE IS GARBAGE! NEVER WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE

Scammer. Ordered a part for my vehicle that they advertised as fitting the exact model. There is no way it would fit and I sent them proof that it could not fit in that model vehicle. The proof came from their own website pictures but they still denied my claim and refused to refund my money. Don't believe their refund policy because they will absolutely deny your claim even when you provide picture proof.

136 orders and 59 parcels never came. It is full of cheaters. Sellers very often give wrong tracking numbers and pretend for parcels to have been received. Free shiping is terrible. You have ta wait 2 months and then another 1 month for the dispute to get the money back. Nonsense

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! These scammers say "our number one concern is to make you happy" but I have opened a dispute that hasn't been decided in my favor at all. Ordered a jacket and received wrong size now I have to pay return shipping? UNACCEPTABLE. Why don't these scammers have a phone number? So hard to reach customer service because of their stupid Eva. Avoid this scam by any means.

I tried to place an order using PayPal and the order would not go to completion and gave an error code message. Next I tied to order using my credit card and during the processing I got a message that a possible scam was detected and I was asked for a copy of my driver's license to to be allowed to go forward. I quickly figured who was the scammer and aborted the buying process. I've been checking my credit card transactions every couple of days to check for fraudulent charges.

Purchased a phone through Ali Express. After 6 months it stopped working. AliExpress have me 30 euros compensation and refused to process warranty with Xiaomi. Please avoid.

I ordered an item 3 months ago and still have not received it. I raised a dispute which the dispute team has since closed saying that the item has been delivered to the local post office in my location. The post office claims that they haven't received the item. As far as I am concerned, I have paid for an item which I still haven't received. And I shouldn't have to keep following this up. It is the responsibility of AliExpress to check what has happened and fix this. But they just seem to have conveniently washed their hands off, putting the ball in my court. COMPLETELY UNFAIR! Never shall I EVER shop from Ali Express. These are the type of experiences that collectively give China a bad name!

Is not customer oriented.... At all. I haven't received delivery I get asked to prove it in order to get refund.... Last few delivery have been a nightmare Poor example of cheap business. Not worth it

I ordered from Aliexpress and the vendor did not deliver the product. I contacted the seller (Global Drone Store) multiple times , fist they said the merchandise was returned back to them by their shipper and they will refund and it will take 9 days but even after 20 days still no refund. I opened dispute but it was automatically closed after certain days without any answer. There is no mechanism to contact AliExperess, there is no customer server number or email except online automated survey that is question and answer pre-populated information. Please do not risk you money and avoid it and better to use Amazon.
