“this year every order there has been a problem!! It has been the worst customer service ever!! I ordered 9 sets from a seller it came in very wrong!! I opened disputes and everyone came in different with the same information. That seller made it right the new one I did the seller just ignored me making me have to after 14 days put in a dispute I just wanted the color I asked for last time and they ghosted me! Aliexpress makes it very hard to get satisfaction. and to contact anyone!! the light color is our first order the dark one is what they sent this time.”

“I have ordered the BMS (order) 8005614468656894, the price 71$. https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/p6PZ5D4U occasionally, I noticed that my order has status Finished. Contacted the seller and got the reply that your order has been closed automatically by the system and you will get refund. No reason. 2 days passed no money back to my card yet. Ok. the seller recommended to buy again the product. Bought. The second time the payment was processed (my money tranfered from my card to aliexpress) and the order status is FINISHED. F*ck.Order number F*ck. Where are my money 140$? 8006150435446894”

“I'm very dissatisfy this app because this is the second time my account got cancelled/terminated. I was a Gold member until my account cancelled last time and I don't won't to regain access to my account. Even I tried to re-set my password via forgot password feature, it shows 'Your account is temporarily locked, do you want to regain access?'. So nothing works until I create my account from the beginning. Now I lost the dispute I logged as well. Not going to use this app any more...”

“The website sells a lot of good stuff at cheap prices. I buy from them a lot. Most of the time I receive the items okay, and that's why I keep buying from them. However, if something's lost in the mail, and the seller drags his/her feet in refunding you, good luck getting Aliexpress to solve the problem for you promptly. They are not Ebay or Amazon, their standard for customer service is low. So low that it makes you shake your head.”

“I rec'd my item, it took a few weeks, which was fine. I did not like the item, so tried to get a refund. They refused to give me a refund, although I said I would return the item. They were co-operative at first, then just stop replying to me. Never again......”

“They have some nice items on sale..the problem comes in if you have a problem with your order which has happened both times i've used the site. There is no customer service number so you have to conform to sending messages with the seller and trying to reach an agreement which is a pain in the ass. It's not worth it.”

“well I will advise that people should not buy from any store doing clearance because most cases the items won't be delivered to you, you can't communicate the seller and you will be denied access from opening a dispute, if you contact aliexpress team, they may pay you half of your supposed amount, I bought women clothes worth 283.68 USD but it was't delivered to me, I tried to open a dispute, after opening for some I was denied access then I contacted aliexpress team but I was able to recover only 246.65 USD out 283.68 USD which I am not happy about. though aliexpress gave me a coupon worth 36.11 USD for compensation but it is not up to the amount they are owing me”

“I used to buy from ali Express and was happy with the products as they were mostly as describes. Lately, many items I have bought never arrive but i have paid for them. There is no way to dispute them as the order says "complete " and tracking shoes as arrived. I have lost quite a bit of money .”

“I have been buying from AliExpress for a few years now. I'd say 9 out of 10 items i order are ok. for the tenth order, you just lose your money.. it often cost as much to return an item as the purchase price. The sellers know they operate with impunity and some are disreputable. Also, they seriously filter out any bad reviews. And they don't allow reviews at all it you choose to dispute an item. You get what you pay for with AliExpress. Adjust your expectations accordingly.”

“Very difficult to chat with human or anyone on their website. They now have a very long window for items to arrive, over 60-70 days in many cases. Website can be difficult to follow, navigate and understand regarding the lack of transparency with their dispute process mechanism. They make you wait until the very last day to open up a dispute, but then you can't because it's automatically closed. It's a vicious circle The only way is to try to contact them by chat before the expiration date. Dispute process is extended an additional 5 days for the seller to respond. Strong language barrier with Aliexpress reps. Not recommended. I suggest Dealextreme. I also suggest filing your dispute with your credit card company, not AliExpress for items not received on the 31st day when your order was sent out.”
