This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Goods are not delivered, tracking numbers are fraudulent and no refunds. This is a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY ARE THIEVES. No orders were ever received.

Despite the site clearly stating that return postage would be paid by the seller if item faulty, they refused to refund or send a postage label, insisting that I return the item at my expense. As the postage back to China was more then the item value, I was never going to do this, so sent photos of defect to both seller and AliExpress customer services. Eventually they just stopped responding. The stuff they sell is junk, and when it breaks after 2 days they won't refund. Avoid at all cost.

Company is a fraud! I placed my order on May 14th, knew it would take a little longer to receive, but when my nephew hadn’t received his shirt in a month, I reached out. The website showed my order placed, but it literally showed nothing shipped out, and no tracking number. I did the chat function to speak to someone and they lied non-stop. First they tried to say my order was delivered by using a fake tracking number for a shirt that was similar to mine, but not what I ordered. When I argued that, they tried to say the tracking# was a digit off, then proceeded to “show” me again that it was delivered. I pushed back and said it was not delivered, and they said I would have to contact the post office with the tracking#, get photo or letter proof that it wasn’t delivered, then let them know. She then said it was delivered on May 14th. No! That is when I ordered it! She kept saying it was delivered on that day, then literally stopped talking. I waited in that chat for over an hour, but nothing. Today I logged into the app that they conveniently now have for tracking orders, tracked it, still shows nothing shipped, yet the tracking number shows delivered in June. But of course there is no apartment number which I clearly provided with the order. I tried opening a dispute, but it won’t allow me to do that. This company rips you off!

Both aliexpress.com and dhgate.com have too many scammers and don't look out for their customers, thus I will never buy anything from them. Once the business receives the money from the merchants, it doesn't care about anything else except to pretend that it is fair. The sellers are a gang of "criminals" who take advantage of any opportunity to defraud the consumer. The companies have dispute sections, but the so-called «judges» are typically made up of merchants and they nearly invariably side with the merchant. The first trick the merchants use is to defraud the customer and the business. Let's imagine you bought an expensive electronic item. They can send a tiny Chinese doll in an envelope to you. You never prove that the merchant defrauded you as soon as the envelope arrives in your mailbox and the mailman notifies the company that you have goods. aliexpress.com and dhgate.com say they consider the package delivered based on the tracking only. The second trick. Sometimes you have ordered an item, and that doesn't work. You can open a dispute and, although you uploaded wanted evidence, the so-called «dispute judges» decided to return the item to the seller. Well, the defective item cost you $25.00 plus delivery and taxes, and returning the item to the seller going cost you an additional $45.00. The merchant and the «dispute judges» smile, they are happy. Sometimes you have ordered the merchandise, paid for it and then 20 days later the merchant cancels the order and forgets to send you your money back. Surprise !!! Tens and hundreds of tricks against the buyers. After a while, I decided to pay more to the American company. At least now I feel like a normal person and none has a possibility to cheat me.

Aliexpress doesn't seem to like to help you when the seller won't refund your money when an item they shipped says it won't be delivered by the post office and the post office sends back or disposes of the package. They don't care if you get scammed by anyone on their site and you learn a bit of an expressive lesson. Avoid even tho the prices look . You may or may not get the item and aliexpress won't help you with the seller

Order was not for much - less than $5.00 but it's the principal of the thing. Never rec'd a confirmation - had to go looking for that......so after waiting amonth finally got an email saying it had been delivered. Of course there was nothing on my mailbox. The seller "whined" it was the fault of the mail and he was losing money and would I accept $1.32...I took it to get rid of them. Never order again. One time I did receive my item. Was supposed to be a cat made of resin. Was cheap plaster.

I ordered a ebike battery on 7/13/22. They charged my credit card on the same day. I never received a confirmation of the transaction and waited two weeks and contacted them by chat, because that is the only way you can get a hold of them. They show nothing of me ordering from them and says I was never charged on my credit card but have proof from my bank. The charge has been disputed with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

POOREST customer service system I have ever come across! After a number of messages swapped with the seller they stopped responding. Took up the issue with AliExpress Customer Service who are proving useless.. Only access to 'customer support' is via 'Chat' - time consuming and after two attempts over the last 10 days they have still failed to resolve the issue with the seller not responding to messages. Today over a 3 hour period the so call 24*7 'Chat' service was unmanned. No email contact possible...believe me, I have tried really hard to track an email address but there's none. As mentioned I have 'discussed' my complaint twice previously with an AliExpress customer service agent via online 'Chat'. Having raised the complaint (twice already;-) there is no way to follow up other than starting from scratch via 'Chat. Nightmare! Posted the following on their FB page (no means of actual contact there either): "AliExpress Customer Services "Chat" 24*7 - no agent online for more than 3 hours! "There are no customer service representatives online at the moment" Regarding Case reference 114380****592375 - last conversation 27/06/2022 Seller has still not responded after you contacted them 27/06. I also contacted them again 27/06 through the message centre - they have read my messages again but have again failed to responded. This has been going on for weeks - very unhappy. I need a solution now - fed up with all the time I have wasted 'chatting' to your agents but without any resolution."

Although the product arrived, it was totally useless junk. This a sign to never buy ANYTHING from AliExpress in the first palce. The product description said "free return", so I thought there would be no risk in buying. I filed a complaint and asked for a refund and "free return". I was told that I need to retun the product first. I thought the process would be easy. BUT NO! I cannot return it free because AliExress will not send me the shipping label that I need. They sent a shipping number, but the shipping company (courier) where I live cannot do anything with just a shipping number, until AliExpress issues the actual shipping label and authorization. This AliExpress has not done after I sent 10s of messages. The message sent from Ali Express said the courier will contact me "a few days before pick up". But no courier called me ever to pick up the faulty product. I spent my own money to return the product by registered post office mail. I think I wasted more money doing so. The seller, besides being no help after my sending many messages, is a cheat and liar. Long story short. Don't trust Ali Express, don't trust any of the sellers, and basicaly don't consider buying from this deceptive website because you will be cheated if there is a problem with the product.

I ordered a cell phone but the phone that arrived did not measure up to the specs of advertised phone. I tried to return it and they have a dispute process but they didn't approve my request to return the phone and they only allow the despute process once per sale. So now I am stuck with a phone which only worth giving away to someone who wants to take it off my hands. Lesson learned. Stick with Amazon.

Not a very good selling platform. I live in Canada and it takes ages for the items to get here if and when they get here. Refund policy is a sham, can be some what complicated and very long and not guaranteed refund. Cheap items on the site not worth it. Better off with Amazon or Ebay even though they might be a little more expensive but well worth it and that is including their return policy.

It’s a very fake website, I will suggest everyone to think twice before order anything from this website. I have the worst experience you can imagine. Their products are so cheap and they never deliver on time . So won’t recommend Thai website for anyone.

Let me tell you how Ali Express conned me out of £600. I bought two types of headphones from two different sellers. In both cases aliexpress assured me that I could possibly return the goods via InPost Parcel Machines and receive the money paid upon return. One headphone was faulty the other was a quality failure, so I decided to return them. I reported everything in good time to Aliexpress, after which I was informed that I should receive an SMS with a code to return them via InPost parcel machine. Of course, I did not receive any codes via SMS and my contact with customer service resulted in replies of "be patient" and "no problem". In the meantime, the deadline for the return of the goods and also the refund of the amount paid had passed. The subject of the return closed automatically in the system. I monitored and emailed Aliexpress several times and finally the parcel codes were sent to me via email. I returned both parcels immediately using the code at the InPost parcel machine. As you can easily guess I did not receive any refund of the money paid despite the return of the goods. I emailed repeatedly and also spoke to the person on the customer service chat. Of course, they accepted the request, but the next day I received the information that they do not have any proof that I sent anything via parcel machine. We all know very well that InPost Parcel Machines do not print any confirmation and do not even send confirmation of the return parcel by email. (I have returned goods from other shops in this way many times and never had a problem, and never received any confirmation from InPost) Summary: AliExpress sells goods with the possibility to return via InPost Parcel Post. Later, it makes it impossible to return the goods by not sending an SMS return code, drags out the issue so that the time for return expires and so the customer is left with no money and no goods. Do not buy anything there!!!!!

Aliexpress is a middle man organization in e-trade for primarily Chinese companies selling to customers in China and other countries. Not all of the sellers are equal in the quality of their products or their policies. Aliexpress itself has its own vested interests, some you can only guess at. Like with gambling don’t risk more than you can afford to lose (or have to fight like h___ to get back.) For several months I have enjoyed buying primarily jewelry, jewelry findings, and natural stone beads. Most of it is purported to be of 925 Sterling silver, plated, semi-precious gems if of low quality, and or natural stone. I am pleased with about 2/3 of it. Recently I had 9 orders brought together into a consolidated shipment. At this point I believe a mistake was made and the wrong address was placed on the large package containing the nine orders from nine different sellers. Most likely another customer’s name and address was used. When I said something about the error being made by someone in China I was censored! The package was delivered to someone in a town 300 miles away from me. Reading here I know others had this happen to them. I had to deal with nine different sellers who all said they shipped my orders to my address and they had documentation. A couple of sellers refunded my payment including for the most expensive order. The others either fought me or deferred to the Aliexpress arbiter. One told me their shipping insurance would only pay off if the arbiter ruled against them. The arbiter maintained this was a local delivery problem and I should talk to the people at the local post office. I have mixed feelings about the sellers there but the fun has gone out of shopping there. There is nothing there I cannot live without.
