AliExpress is a cheater site . Does not support customers ,automatically pro the sellers and anti customers . Stay away from that very bad site , and buy only from eBay or amazon . They are honest sites ,and care their customers

After 4 months of waiting on 4 different products, I have had enough of Ali express. Sellers tell lies and Ali express believes them over consumers. When it comes to delivery sellers keep extending the time frame. When it comes to dispute resolution it always sides with the seller. Their guarantee puchase plan is just a marketing stunt. Amazon is better even though is make be more expensive.

Poor customer service. When I applied two dispute case, but stupid AI decided seller side. I haven't received item. However, seller insist check my post office. I never imagine this kind of stupid faud seller and customer service in Amazon and Ebay.

I would not even give them one star if I coukd. Ordered four products in February. Two of them do not look anything like anything in the picture. Third one - Samsung's case and it was pricey - sent me a wrong product. Sent them pictures over and over again of what I ordered and what I received. The Alibaba court decided what they sent was good enough for me and it was pretty expensive. The last product - I'm still waiting. No word. I'm not holding my breath. Still awaiting an apology and the actual product. PLEASE, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF ANXIETY AND HEARTACHE. STAY AWAY FROM ALIBABA. THET ARE CHEATS AND CROOKS. I ordered two LED bathroom sink faucets at over $100. Neither works properly. One shrieks like a banshee, admitted by seller who said disconnect LED (another plumber cost; not as advertised) and both hot water flows have diminished to too little to use. Offer from Ali--$8 including tax. Wish I'd seen these reviews before dealing with Ali

Terrible Company. The word China is all you need to think of. Dishonest and will try to keep your money not matter whether they are at fault or not

I ordered Surgical gowns. I was told the color I wanted was in stock. Then after paying for them they were not in stock. The companies are very deceptive. I have never received the items after two months.

The shipping logistics to USA is horrible, the worst of the Chinese site I used. They will extend the "in trasit" time to cover the real shipping time that is usually months after the original promised date. Just be ok to wait 6 months or more for an order. I ordered 10 different items from different stores on the site. Still waiting after 5 months for the last item...then I will close my account.

WARNING Very bad if your item doesn't arrive they mark it as delivered even after you prove its not been delivered. They then refuse to refund after you prove you have not received it and there reason for not refunding is that parcel was delivered, but you proved 100% it wasn't delivered. They don't listen to what you say don't use them

i have been collecting money from an year for copic markers,i need them for my jury sheets,i am a student of architecture departement . Finally when i collect enough money for them ,i orderd on 15 aprail 2020 and still waiting for my parcel. when i message the seller ,he replied that order may arrive late because of covid -19, so i wait for it again and now he replied me that your parcel may have lost.Its 1st july and i dont know when i will get my parcel or refund money.I feel too bad i collect that money from a long time and those markers are for my jury sheets which we have to display in every semester almost 5 times,and i am again gonna say to my teachers sorry i have black and white drafted sheets designs because i dont have copic markers while looking at others with colored design sheets.too bad:(

Firstly, their way of communication is horrible. No real phone number with a live agent, response back on an email was written in broken english. Sent a number of other emails, no response back. Secondly, their website has you jumping between pages to track your package and even then information is not specific. Shipping time is extremely slow! Order was confirmed April 28 and it’s July 1 with no anticipated date for arrival of my package. Don’t recommend at all, stay away from Aliexpress! DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS!

I have purchased from them several times. They generally advertise 1 moth delivery which isn't great but it's ok, at least when the order actually arrives on time. I have had several orders arrive 2 months after ordering. They don't even reach out to you to tell you why. To make matters worse, there have been issues with about 50% of the things I have ordered wrong sizing, broken, bad quality, not as pictured etc. Customer service sucks. You have to talk to a robot for a few minutes before you can speak to a human. They are kind but often times don't actually resolve the issue and instead ask you to wait. I am ready to delete my account as soon as I convince Ali express to refund my money for an item that was supposed to arrive over 2.5 months ago. We have been in a dispute for 2 weeks!

Just a warning ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Over a month, $300 charged to my card ... no product and zero customer service to help you ... it stated my order would auto cancel if the seller fails to ship ... it did not ... my order eventually showed delivered to Illinois ... I live in NY ... can't contact anyone just a chat support which did nothing. Finally charged back my credit card to get a refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just don't do it. Save yourself the hassle. I'm dealing with a seller over a significant purchase of fabric and Aliexpress is not helping out. No easy way to contact them. Buyer's don't seem to be protected at all. The overall dispute process discourages the buyer.

No support in case of problems Faulty product received -> Aliexpress does not recognize it brazenly supplied counterfeit Bosch battery (specified: 10,000 mAh actual capacity: 1,700) -> customer support ignores all evidence :-(

Bought a few items under 10$, over 4 months now and have not seen any parcel yet. The dispute process is absolutley horrible with some sellers. If youre buying from ali express , keep it cheap because youre most likely not going to see your parcel or a refund.

Aliexpress was good, now it's the worse shopping (shipping) place. I understand that COVID has an impact, I understand less when the seller does discuss to refund even when it has evidence that the packing is lost. To be honest I think the problem is that sellers use cheap providers like Singpost who do not care about the shipping. The bad thing is that Aliexpress does not ban such shipping carrier and that it's coming like a lottery. Sometime you're lucky and you receive your package but most of the time it's lost and it's complicated to claim the refund from some seller who are not honest and continue to push the delivery. On the other hand, you have serious sellers who use good carriers to ship and it's delivered in time. Aliexpress must change something regarding the accepted postal carriers for the delivery

I placed an order with AliExpress in late March. It is now late June--three months later--and I have not received the order. I filed a claim for a refund back in May, but they have refused to refund my money, and they keep sending me emails telling me to "please pay more attention to the tracking information. If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time." I have paid plenty of attention to the tracking information--it shows that my order never arrived in my city, never mind to my address. Avoid AliExpress unless you want to get ripped off and then sent insulting emails on a weekly basis about it.
