“The parcel took forever to arrive and it arrived damaged. If you want to leave a review, you must get the Aliexpress app. Really, really not worth it; I will never use them again.”

“I never received my items and wasted time going between post office and AliExpress which both are demanding proof against each other . At the end I lost my money and time . The dispute are useless because they want a signed proof from post office and vice versa . AliExpress advertise a buyer protection but it is a scam .”

“I still waiting for refund , from Sep 08 , this year. I don't know how much take, they said 3 to 20 days. I made a purchase by mistake , and I cancelled immediately. To complicate to get your money back after cancellation .”

“Product got caught in customs because it's a medical device (inidividuals are not allowed to import it) and the seller sent it as a nail polisher. Even if you provide proofs, they will keep repeating it is just a delay and it is your responsibility to customs clear it and pay the tax. Even the seller agrees that i will be reimbursed but he does nothing to help. They just ignore whatever proof you bring (sms and emails exchanged with customs) and will repeat the same : currently your product has a delay. It was supposed to arrive in 10 days. It's been a month that it is held in customs and it will not pass for sure.”

“I've about given up on AliExpress. Too many SCAM VENDORS with poorly described JUNK. Mostly COUNTERFEITS with FAKE logos. (18awg wire that's more like 30awg). Search results are useless, yielding about 10 bogus hits for every valid one. (search for chip sockets, get tampons). AliExpress floods my inbox with useless shipping "updates" to tell me my ordered item has been moved from one side of a warehouse in China to the other side of the warehouse. AliExpress floods me with endless SCAM PROMOS for cheap products with HUGE SHIPPING CHARGES ($6 shipping charges sneakily added during checkout, for a $1 product). Like many, AliExpress has lost their ways. They are too plugged into the social media frenzy of endless promotion and fake excitement. They need to "stick to the knitting" and match valid sellers and buyers, with well-described, and fairly priced products, and reasonable shipping. End the scammy promotion gimmicks.”

“This sellers on this site are mostly Chinese if not all. Bought a pair of sandals. I specifically chose a size and received another. Seller will not allow returns and Aliexpress sided with the seller and offered no buyer protection. Be very careful with this site.”

“Ali is anything but express. I ordered a Car radio and was told before ordering that it would take 10 days to reach me even though it was coming from China. I felt that was aggressive but achievable if the item left China immediately after the order. 10 days later I find out that it still hasn't left China and they were waiting for some information from me which was never requested when they took my order and my money. They have some make believe customer service review that I requested cancel the order since it was still in China but they refused to cancel. Now I have to wait to receive the unit just to return it on my dime. Their prices are good but its buyer beware. And I am still waiting for what I paid for just to have to attempt to return it.”

“I am extremely disappointed at the customer support service of Aliexpress. The team that are supposed to check the refund request cases one by one and on evidence base, seem to just use an automatic answering email for my requests without even considering the evidence uploaded. With a screen recorder i proved that when i search the Track and Trace code of the package, the post office website shows that my combined package is sent back to China. I showed them that the shipping address was incomplete and lacked house number, that was why the package was never delivered. Still I get "invalid" refund request. This is the most unfriendly and dishonest website I have ever bought anything from. Though I have been a customer for a long time, I have never faced such an issue. But the level of cooperation and help one get while in need of support is the indicator of the service provided by the website. This is the most scammed I have felt in my whole life. This is literally stealing money and making it look fine! I had to pay for more than 15 items while didn't receive any of them! Disgusted and disappointed with the whole process. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS again. I would rather pay more but receive what I buy than buy cheap and never get the items”

“i ordered some items and thought that i had paid for them. Then i get all kinds of emails saying that they were not paid and being shipped. then i paid for them all. Then i get all kinds of emails saying awating payment. Ten i get all kinds of emails saying all my orders are closed. i have no idea wat is going on and if i got charged for these items or not. this is extremely confusing and frustrating. i will never order from yuou again or recommend you to anyone.”

“I ordered a hat but it was just way too small for my head (it was an adult unisex hat). I tried to get a refund and sent them a picture of the hat sitting on top of my head (I couldn't pull it down any further). My refund was refused. It shouldn't be this difficult to get your money back if you are unhappy with your product, stay away from this website.”

“Beware of the scam! Ordered a device for 100 euros to Germany, it came from a Polish warehouse, the device didn't work and we opened dispute. The seller asked to return it to china, which costed a lot and asked to get the cheapest shipping label. We purchased a label from DHL for 50 euro and shipped it. The item got returned to us because of the battery and after submitting the appeal with all evidences possible we still got rejected. This way we lost 150 euros with aliexpress. What a scam. These Chinese goods became expensive and the service is still on the level it was decades ago.”

“No stars, I would like to give this shop a pile of dog exretion as reward. I have never received this item, they have falsified a tracking number with an official stamp, really funny. Following the Chinese tracking company, it says that the package has been delivered to Germany, so I asked seller to provide my signuture against my dispute, they did not have. Furthermore there is another tracking number which provided by German Post, not trackable. In dispute, the refused my claim twice by misjudgement: I claimed that it says the package was delivered, but I have not received is invalid. They refused my claim which I have never made: the package is still in transit is invalid, no refund. Don't touch this shop!!!”

“Do not use aliexpress. com. Save your money and time and order from reputable companies like amazon. com. I ordered 4 products including this one. It never arrived. The shipping company marks as delivered without delivering or contacting me. The seller never replies, only sends automated messages. Their shipping company does not answer calls or messages. Aliexpress fails to resolve issue saying that I do not provide enough proof. I lost money on all four items and never received a delivery or resolution from the seller, delivered and aliexpress.”

“Me robaron mi dinero, no hay información de seguimiento, el producto nunca llegó a mi país ya que la empresa de envíos local no tiene trazabilidad de la supuesta guía de envío UN023115177MH, en la empresa de envío Cainiao tampoco aparece información de seguimiento desde hace 2 meses, puse el reclamo con la poca evidencia que tenía y no quisieron reembolsarme, el vendedor dijo que si no llegaba en el tiempo acordado me reembolsaría y esto nuca pasó. No lo recomiendo, vendedor ladrón y Aliexpress también, la supuesta protección al comprador no existe.”

“I placed an order and my credit card was charged. AliExpress immediately canceled my order stating that a coupon was used in violation of their policy stating that I had multiple accounts. I do not have multiple accounts! It was a coupon for $0.42. I tried to get refunded through the website and got a message that the items weren't eligible for refund. I attempted to chat with customer service online, however there was no box for me to type anything in. I had to write on paper and take a photograph and upload it to the person I was chatting with. This went back and forth several times. The customer service agent finally told me that it would take up to 20 business days for me to get a refund for an item that AliExpress canceled and charged me for. I was also told to check with my bank also because sometimes the refunds don't go through. I will never shop on this website again! They are thieves! Now I have to fight to get my money back and have it consume my time for items that they canceled and charged me for anyway!”

“Stay away from AliExpress you get scammed had my account hacked and AliExpress Customer Service if you can it that did nothing just push the responsibility back on me also seller Professional slingshot store or factory on AliExpress who did not loge proper customs decoration so it got destroyed and seller refused over and over blames for it and I lost the item and money when I logged a dispute AliExpress Customer Service where not any better very poor communication and they send jugiments inregards to disputes even though I had proff they also dis nothing plus 2 other sellers requesting extra money for shipping after I bought a package when yhe wrong address etc”
