Horrible experience. Ordered a 12lbs piece of lawn equipment. Got shipment notification and a FedEx tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number was stolen and not for my shipment. The proof of delivery of this package had a picture of a book labeled at 1 lbs and not at my house. Remember , I ordered a 12 lbs object. Ali keeps using this as a reason not to refund me.

I am so sorry I didn't read the reviews before hand. Aliexpress likes to take orders for products that are not in stock. After you have paid them, they write you a week later and say "Sorry dear friend, we are out of stock." Then you have to apply for a refund. The question is, "Will this refund ever come". This company has no integrity.

We ordered an item, It didn't even get delivered and was sent back to sender they charge us £40 for this service absolutely appalling. I would advise to stay away.

I ordered several products from different sellers on aliexpress, aliexpress made me two large packages with several products, when they arrived at their destination, I received two letters from customs to pay 100 lira VAT, VAT that I have paid when buying the products directly at aliexpress, because I am an honest man and I wanted the products, I made the two payments to receive the products, after receiving them I asked the people from aliexpress to return the VAT paid to them, they refused! How did things go until we receive the answer, we will not return the money! I entered the chat section on aliexpress, there I spoke with a person and explained the situation to her, she in turn forwarded my request to I don't know which department, the respective department sent me an email asking me to send them the documents to certify the payments, I sent the documents and they answered me (the records sent are not accepted, I closed the case) since that moment no one answers the email, of course I sent a replay to solve the problem but no one answers anymore, after which I repeated the whole process about 5-8 times the same answers, each time the people from the chat section told me to be calm and patient that it would be resolved and I would get my money back, just plain lies they make fun of the buyers) in other words, they are thieves and no one does anything against them! I will not stop here, I will do everything possible to recover my money! this means having common sense and respect in this world (you end up suffering)!

I was on Ali express and was looking for a DIY drone kit, I had purchased and realised that I had only bought the frame. I wanted to enquire on how to get a refund for my product, and so I reached out to customer support who told me how to do it. This is where the problems begin: I tried to log in to my account on the app so I didn’t lose the help tab, and when I tried to log in it wasn’t working it said something along the lines of ‘we are too busy, try again later’, something along those lines which is weird when trying to login to a service? I informed the customer support agent of this, but she knew of my email and the order number. Before consulting me, she proceeds to make the refund for me to which I was told it would be made to my bank account (arriving 1-10 days). Little did I know it wasn’t refunded to my bank account, as I later checked and it said ‘refunded to bonus’. I didn’t know until then that Ali express had a ‘refund to bonus’ or ‘refund to bank’. This is something that the customer service could’ve made me aware of before doing the refund, to make sure that I knew of this as it is my money that she was moving around. I then opened a case to say that I had been lied to, and it had been done on behalf without any authorisation from me as the process wasn’t even mentioned. I asked that they would move the money from the bonus to my bank, as I would’ve liked. They opened the case with the higher team, who tell me that ‘sorry we can’t deal with this case as you made the refund and you chose the bonus option’ which is simply not true, as it was the customer agent. 6 times I reach out and ask the same thing each time explaining it with receipts, and each time I receive the same automated response via email that completely neglects my question, and I’m wondering if it is even a human responding to me. Today I called as I found they had a hotline service, and I spoke to a lady who told me they can’t do anything about it as they ‘can’t make the transaction’. Later on, I decided to open this case with consumer rights and my bank. They are currently investigating and I URGE YOU NOT TO USE ALIEXPRESS! All in all it was a terrible experience, and they are extremely unprofessional with a poor customer service team.

On July 23, 2034, I placed an order on Aliexpress for 4 items which includes a Westinghouse 2550 inverter generator. The inverter generator said 'ships from the 🇺🇸. The generator itself cost $359.26. Witin 6-7 days the other 3 items were delivered. I didn't receive tracking # for generator. I went into the Aliexpress app, into account and text the 'Seller', thati still waiting on the generator . He was showing me a message that it was delivered. I told him I don't know what he is talking about because it never came. He said he was going to check the tracking# and get back to me. His next message was that there was a mistake. The courier had dropped it at wrong address and that he was going to send another one from warehouse. I have numerous conversation with this person, never reach anywhere. Called customer service, the never try to assist. Customer service told me to call the courier and investigate the matter, or I must check the postal service. We are talking about a generator here. These people are Scamers. This could not have happened on Amazon. No way. Buyers Beaware of this company. They are fraud. Please take my advise. I favw up on my money. The stress was too much. .

I did not receive my order. I have been trying to contact them unsuccessfully. They want to charge me for something I never received and they cannot present proof it was delivered to me at my address.

They fail to deliver to a standard address and then send you an email to say you can apply for a refund. Their system goes down so you can't make the refund application and next you get an email saying that you didn't request the refund in time so lose your rights. What a crooked scam

I moved abroad from the US where I was accustomed to shopping online with Amazon. I had ordered from AliExpress once or twice over a number of years, so I was familiar with them and didn't have any issues, so decided to test them out. So far, after 4+ orders, they have done pretty well. The only disappointment I have is the shipping is very slow. I understand the items are coming from distributors, but the lag time is ridiculously slow. It would be a big help if the items shows where they were shipping from. I'd rather order items that are at least within the same country or close enough where I can have a general idea of when the items will be received.

AliExpress scammed me. Gave me a bogus tracking number and shipped a 2 ounce package to an address in my area instead of my 30+ pound benchtop drill press. I never received my order and Customer service refused to give me a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

AliExpress it’s big fraud My story is same. I bought the battery. The seller provided tracking number. AliExpress know that it’s been four months going to be and I disputed from my bank and I canceled the disputed. I canceled the speed between 15 days and I’ll express it doesn’t give my money back, saying that you file Charge you have to cancel it. Cancel it already long time ago 15 days and they’re not giving my money back. They keep coming back the same things. I’m sorry we apologize. No it’s lie. All of them lie do not buy anything. Anything from AliExpress. I need my money back that’s all. Date of experience: June 25, 2024

Twice 100% FAIL!Purchased x2 items on ali from the same seller. Waited to the delivery, then the time passed. According to the courier company the parcels were already delivered: one to WA another to VIC but none of them had my address. Jumping onto ali's miserable contact options, explaining what happened or at least tried it... Eventually all rosy... end chat... to find it out that only processed x1 refund. Jumping back on the keyboard, start from beginning but this admin(?) AI(?) had less pleasant previous night so had less empathy to understand the issue... So, promised refund by ali, quickly check if someone else selling the similar but failed products because they were needed. Found them at two different sellers, great! 50% less chance to screw it up twice! You think???? When ali issued the Tracking Number next day, quickly jumped on the courier tracking site... And voilá! Again, multi item package but none of the Tracking Address were mine. So called the courier company, and talking(!) to a real voice(!) very helpfully traced the numbers to the addresses and yes, none of them mine! Get on the ali helpline - soul or AI - and he/she was so unfit to understand the issue, it is legendary! Provided the screen capture of the orders, of the tracking number from ali seller, the courier tracking planned journey/destination.. PLUS! The statement from the courier company proving that those numbers have nothing to do with my name or address. Then endless confirmation from this "helper" from ali how much they are committed to sort this issue out, and how much concerns they have to the Customer... The resolution: (even if both of us know there will not be delivery) I have to wait for the expected delivery date, then plus 30 days and apply for refund... But, by then the parcels were delivered - only not to me - I have to get proof of this...Then deliberation, contacting seller by ali... Interestingly in their miserable Message Center none of the seller answered my messages, all 3 of them (are those 3 really 3 and not only 1 whom acting under different fantasy names?) All 3 reply were the same word by word... Then started to only communicate in Mandarin in Chinese characters and they were not translated by default as the others were... Here we go. My 2 sets of payment are parked in the bowels of ali. Dont know when i receive them back, because surely they will not arrive, the can not, and they do not know me... My next purchase from ali? NEVER!

I will NEVER order from Ali Express again! Here is my experience: I ordered one item for less than $6. The next day somebody hacked my Ali account AND my associated email! This person attempted to order TWO PS5’s, a PS5 controller, Hello Kitty pants, and a bunch of tee shirts. Fortunately we stopped it fast and my bank card was cancelled before payment was made. The only item that went through was the controller which the idiot had sent to our address!?!?! They attempted to delete my email address, attached their own gmail address to my email (their name is Tony), and I had to retrieve all this, change passwords, get new bank cards, and get that Tony email off my email! Not worth it! AND I have yet to receive my actual order which has not even left China yet, is very late, and I can’t figure out how to contact customer service!!! Their site is not secure, their guarantees are garbage, and their customer service is nonexistent!!!
