Two orders, returned them both. Defective items or not as described. Cheap and not trustworthy company, will not buy from again.

Purchased a drone for over 400.00. It never got shipped. Upon contacting the seller he tried to extort an additional 135.00 from me or he wouldn’t ship it. I canceled and AliExpress opened a claim 30 days ago with 0 information to me and 0 money back. The item was never shipped so I filed a claim as it was paid threw PayPal they too have refused to resolve my claim. Both AliExpress & Pay Pal have money back guarantees neither of which are worth the paper their written on. Stay away from people who lie and allow you to be extorted or a fraud victim!

Non-existant customer service 5 years ago I stopped buying from Aliexpress. They accepted my money but never send the batteries I bought. Their client service must be the worst in the world. Try and get past the bot. It is allmost impossible. Made the error again and tried them again. They use a courier company that never answers the phone. This same company taxes me 110% of the value of the article and there is no-one that answers phone, WharsApp or emails. Not the courier and not Aliexprees. They just find that it is not their problem and case closed. So if you want to experience the worst customer service in the whole wide world. Buy from Aliexpress

It was a tough time with this trader. Starting with the minimum deposit. The request for more money kept coming until I had put in over a hundred thousand. The withdrawal process was never successful as it was from one small problem to another. I had to hire a company that specializes in such matters, I came across Mrs Bruce Nora recovery agency. I ordered an item which came damaged. Contacted ali express who advised to return the item but between asking me and returning they provided me with a partial refund and the rest to be refunded after receiving the item back. Well guess what…. Item returned and they now say “ you’ve taken partial refund and won’t receive anymore”. What the actual “eff”. So bad customer service and worst thing is that when you constant them they say “ we’re here for you and to provide the right outcome”. All lies and would never shop from these guys again. Stick to eBay or Temu and definitely stay away from Ali express

I purchased a $300 item from their website. They said they shipped it to the wrong address and it has not come back so they cannot refund my money. Then, they sent me a fake Fed Ex tracking number. I hear they have sent fake Fed Ex tracking numbers to many people to show delivery but no one checks the "deliver to" address. They just see delivered and do not check to see delivered where. This scam has probably won AliBabba / Ali Express millions of dollars from shoppers who were unaware of this company's reputation. I don't know how they have been allowed to stay in business after ripping so many people off. They are a Chinese Company. Very dishonorable company and very dishonorable people working there.

There is a reason this company has such a low rating ....their products are cheap because they are trash....I sent two items back ..even thou they had agreed to pay me the refund ..but they never did and finally put the refund on freez...and the customer service are a 3rd party and have no control over AliExpress ....so do yourself a favor and stay away from this fraudulent company ....

I recently started purchasing here. and thought wow fast shipping considering the items come from out of country. Then I had an issue with 3 silicone bag items defective and creased because they folded it so small to fit in a small bag. I made a complaint and they responded with we can submit for partial refund. I waited for a week and then to get denied that. And was told that they have to package it that way. and nothing they can do, for me to use a heater. RUDE. i was even willing to take a loss and get partial credit to keep damaged items.

I ordered an item, and due to delays they sent a notification for me to ask for a refund,when I requested a refund their customer services asked me to prove i didn't recieve the item, which is insanely ridiculous, anyways trying to close my account but can't due to pending items that they will not deliver

If only I could give negative stars. I would. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Do not buy from these guys!!! All they do is take your money!!! You’ll buy products and never receive them. Don’t do it, for the love of god spend your money elsewhere!

AliExpress has proven to be utterly unreliable when it comes to conflict resolution. If things go wrong with your order, they conveniently step aside and push you to "deal with the supplier" yourself. Their chat support is a joke—after briefly looking at your case, they respond with something like 当前服务已结束 (translation: "The service has ended"), and that's it. No further communication. They’ve completely stopped responding to me. I'm now out hundreds of dollars, and AliExpress refuses to take any responsibility. Honestly, you're better off throwing your money away at a casino—you might have more fun losing it there. Their customer service deserves an A+ for being the absolute worst. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away. Share this post to warn others before they make the same mistake!

I am frustrated customer …I have received all your items last evening & am dissatisfied with some items but I have problem activating Return & refund process ! 1. Your system is Faulty as it pops out "sorry you can't request refund/return for this order." There is no way to communicate to someone as there is no feedback channel .. 2. No Helpdesk 3. No Feedback email (for communication) Only robots that spews useless repeat messages unrelated to the issue ( ref No 1) Zero Customer service, as all your resources are focused on sales and marketing with zero on after sales service Customers are stuck with purchases as there is no means of communicating your issue...shocking ! I will now revert to using others like Amazon, Lazada & Shopee!! Angry Customer

I revently orderd the 1875 to 2025 150 home ireland rugby jersey it cost me 30.75 i got an email saying that i got the jersey i saw red and i semt them an email to say i did not recive it yet i cant send a photo as i did not receive the pakage how dare they treat people like this im due to get the pakage on the 4/1/2025 its an absolute disgrace im fuming.

I ordered six storage containers. They arrived and four of them were broken/damaged. I contacted Ali Express who informed me that I could have a partial refund OR I could return them at my own expense. I agreed to the partial refund. They then offered a sum which only covered two of the items, which I rejected. Every time I contacted them, they took ages to reply. Eventually they agreed to refund the amount to cover the four broken items. However, I then discovered that they had "refunded" me in the form of a "bonus" which could only be redeemed on Ali Express! I asked them to send the refund back to the method of payment. They refused. I left a review on TrustPilot saying essentially this. I've just had a reply from them saying yet again that they can't refund me, and I can only have this "bonus". Please do NOT give these people your money. They are quite happy to send you absolute junk, and to leave you out of pocket to either pay to return useless items to them, or be given a "bonus" which goes straight back into their coffers. They are a disgraceful, dishonest and shoddy group who are quite happy to rip people off blatantly. Please steer clear.

AliExpress: Scams, Lies, and Missing Deliveries I recently had one of the most infuriating experiences with AliExpress, their sellers, and the shady shipping company Cainiao in France. I ordered several items, but none were delivered. Despite countless refund requests, AliExpress kept demanding "proof" — a stalling tactic. I reached out to Cainiao, the so-called shipping company, which conveniently only partners with AliExpress. Their response? The items were sent back to China. Total scam. To make matters worse, the sellers — who are responsible for approving refunds — were completely unhelpful. After nearly three weeks of frustrating back-and-forth and repeated denials, I finally mentioned filing a police report. Suddenly, most of my items arrived, except for one, which they still claim was delivered. It wasn’t. This whole ordeal was a nightmare. I will NEVER buy from AliExpress again and urge you to save yourself the headache — avoid them at all costs.

Now sellers are deleting review of the customers! Aliexpress itself and almost all sellers are greatest scammers and frauds. My review got deleted by a fraud seller after one day! Such a disgrace.

Fine when it works, but any issues are dealt with by non -English speaking persons and so go against the consumer. Case in point, ordered an item, package arrived with totally different item. Requested refund, was declined as item was delivered. Escalated with evidence, refund agreed subject to returning item, return postage download didn't work so requested they re-send, refund was then declined. Two further weeks of back and forth and as they cant read English, don't read previous notes and despite proof being provided and refund agreed they still wont refund!

I ordered $151 in merch. They printed my addy wing on the label so it was all sent back to them. I never received any of it. They won't refund my money! They froze my account & won't refund or resend with the right addy. PayPal didn't do anything either! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
