They use cheap couriers who do not do the right thing, do not deliver your parcel, and do not and will not give you a refund

Sellers are shipping to random address, to claim that a product is delivered, this is AliExpress problem since they are the one to charge the credit card. don't be easy on them

Don't ever buy from Aliexpress, they can't support the customer even if the seller send product but not as discribed either size or colour or design they are cheating on clients.

I had placed orders for merchandise. Actually, there were three separate orders, from three different companies. I wished to use a new credit card as opposed to the one that was on your file. And I was getting the runaround from three different customer service reps trying to explain to them that I wanted to use a new credit card, and I don’t know if you if I was not explaining the situation properly or the agents just didn’t understand what I was trying to say. All that being said, too confusing and too frustrating. You have competitors who have a much better CUSTOMER SERVICE rapport than what you do. So, you’ve lost a customer. There you go!

Hello, do not buy anything from this company! I bought a defective fridge and return it more than a month ago. I have the receipt and confirmation of delivery. On the 10th June Aliexpress contacted me saying they were going to give me a full refund. It have been more than a month, and I haven't received the refund yet. I have contacted them several times, they keep saying, wait 48 hours, but nothing happens. I think I have been scam on my face, opening a dispute and win it doesn't guarantee a refund. This situation is giving me stress, and I don't know what to do anymore, this have been a horrible experience, and no one is helping me. Can someone, please help me? Thank you

I ordered 2 Balenciaga bags from aliexpress waited a month it never came. 2 months passed still no bag, so I contacted the seller and told them. They said call my post office because it says it made it to the united states. Making it to the united states ain't making it to my address! It never sayed delivered! The seller said well it looks to be lost in transit so tell the post office to find it. First of all I paid you for shipping to my address what I look like going from post office to office and calling every Tom ,Dick, and Harry when it's s paid to come to my address! They tried hard not to refund me saying they can send me a small portion of my refund. What?? I curse them terribly and told them I don't have my item I want every dime back or reship me my bags! Long story short I had my bank dispute it and got my money back! Aliexpress is a scam and a joke! I would never order from them again!

As many others here have already confirmed, AliExpress is a fraud. Their dispute management only support the business sides. I have submitted evidence and they kept ignoring the evidence and finally just close the case and said due to lack of evidence they have no choice but to side with the supplier. Where are you Jack Ma? You made your billions out of your customers and now this is how you treat them?

What do you mean "SORRY" you had a bad experience with Aliexpress?? Take a look at your reviews, apparently most everyone agrees. Your price on the same item changes very frequently within the same hour, what's that all about? Also, the big deal is that you cannot talk to correspond with anyone if you have a problem. I don't know how you stay in business, it is better to pay $10 more with Amazon and not go through all this stress.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on AliExpress. The customer service is absolutely rubbish and their overall service is equally terrible. The seller I ordered from cancelled my order without my permission and refused to send the item. Despite charging a lot of taxes, they failed to deliver on their promises. Every time I raised a complaint, it was never resolved. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be using AliExpress again.

Tried to buy a battery from 5 different vendors on Aliexpress and NONE OF THEM delivered. There were lots of messages claiming my address was wrong, or some other bogus delay. Ultimately, I got refunds from all five but the time, effort and frustration was not worth it. Will never try Aliexpress again, and would never recommend Aliexpress.

Ive been a customer for over ten years. They charged me twice for the same order. They refuse to refund my money. Ive been trying for 8 months. There is no way to speak to anyone that has any ability to even understand a complaint. They will repeat the same copied and pasted message via email over and over again. I have hundreds of screenshots of bank transactions, transactions from their own site, chats, emails, etc. Here is an example of the email I received in response to my complaint with all evidence attached to my message: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting AliExpress. Regarding your query about payment value of your order, please note payment for each order could be received only once in our system. Possible reasons of double/multiple payments: 1. Payment was triggered mutiple times and processed successfully. Refund will be processed to you automatically in this case. Normally, it takes 3-20 workings days for you to receive it in your bank account. 2. Payment for another order with same value. You may also go to 'My Order' and double check if any other order with same value under your account. 3. Bank hold on money temporary. Sometimes, bank sends message for payment authorization first and deduct money from your account after payment captured. In total, money will be removed once only in this case. If you still have concern about this value, please double check with bank if possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation which is highly appreciated and we hope you have a great experience shopping with AliExpress. Best regards, AliExpress Customer Care Again, this transaction is 8 months old (December 8, 2023). There has been no bank error. They stole $250 out of my bank account and refuse to return it. Ive been promised a refund several times but they just ignore me and pretend it never happened even though I have screenshots of every chat and email. This is an extremely dishonest company, with poor customer service, no address, phone number, or email available. Your payment and personal information is clearly not safe, since they can process transactions without your approval. You have no recourse once they do. They hide their contact information, ignore consumer protection laws, and dont care about a customer’s experience.

I bought a tablet from Alibaba Express. The seller didn't use the Alibaba Express tracking platform so I had no means of tracking the tablet l bought. When the tablet arrived, it was an old tablet with scratches all over the back camera, no film on the front or back of the tablet as any new tablet should be, put in a bubble bag and packed in an unbranded box, with a poorly photocopied user manual leaflet (you have to struggle to see what is been photocopied) and an inferior charger. There was nothing to show that it was a new tablet rather it has signs of wear and tear from previous owner. I made video and pictures which was attached to the dispute submitted but Alibaba did not say anything about it. I contacted The seller but he tried scaring me away that, I would lose if i returned the product as i will pay for the returns and it will be deducted from my refund as well and he was offering me peanut compensations. Customer service are useless as they will ask to wait while the check details and they will never get back to you. I screenshot the conversations and sent to Alibaba customer service but they made no comment on it, all their interest was on the dispute page asking me to pay for the returns without confrontation the issue on ground. Alibaba does not have the interest of buyers at heart that is why the sellers have the confidence to sell a lie. Apps like Temu and SHEIN will never tolerate this attitude from the seller, they will provides you with return details, all you need do is to drop it off at the expected courier which is usually available in the neighborhood and get a FULL refund after inspections. This is my first time of buying from AlibabaExpress and i am highly disappointed.

Don’t ever use AliExpress. There are so many scammers on this site. I was scammed by a seller who sent a random package to a different address in the same ZIP code. The fraudulent seller is called Super Super Super Excellent Store. Because the USPS delivery confirmation only shows the city, not the street address, the scammer used that as proof of delivery. I called USPS on July 5, 2024, and it confirmed that a package (likely containing a small object) was delivered to a different address in the same ZIP code. I have reported the fraud to the U.S. Postal Service Inspector, and they will launch an investigation into this fraud. Follow-up on July 6, 2024: I have followed up with the seller and AliExpress many, many times (see the conversation thread on your website). AliExpress wants me to prove the package was not delivered to the correct address. Although USPS Customer Service (800-275-8777) told me yesterday that the package linked to the tracking number was not delivered to the address I had provided but to a different address in the same ZIP code, the bureaucractic agent refused to give me a written statement to that effect. I explained the situation to AliExpress, but my refund request was still rejected. Apparently AliExpress would rather be on the side of the scammer instead of helping the customer. I am so sick of the AliExpress online platform. You can complain to AliExpress customer service all you want; they'll promise to help you but then won't. Do NOT buy from these fraudulent sellers on AliExpress: Super Super Super Excellent Store and ZHAO CAI Shop Store. Update on 7/9/2024: After many days of anger and frustration and fighting with the not-so-helpful customer service, I eventually got my refund. This was my first time shopping on AliExpress, and the experience was so bad that I will never again shop on this platform. AliExpress should really weed out the fraudulent sellers on its platform, such as Super Super Super Excellent Store and ZHAO CAI Shop Store. Mail fraud ruins not only AliExpress's reputation but also China’s reputation.

I'm sorry everyone you will scammed here for sure, the shirt that arrives is shocking quality and the sequence is non existant, its a stuck glue transfer made of dots not sequence as per the pictures or this fabric DO NOT BUY THESE SHIRTS I AM SEEKING RETURN AND REFUND. The product that arrives does NOT MATCH the pictures.

Nu recomand. E ca la loterie. Uneori primești ce comanzi, alteori nu. Doar îți iau banii și îți spun că produsul a ajuns la tine în țară deși tu nu primești nimic. Asta ca să te facă să comanzi cu garanție, și în felul ăsta le iei mai ieftin de la tine din țară. Cont șters, nu am nevoie de asemenea site. Prefer Temu sau Shein
