“I placed an order, at the noted delivery date, it was still counting down six days til shipping. I contacted the seller, they said to cancel the order as it was out of stock. Still listed on line with a two week delivery date. Total scam.”

“I ordered couple of items a month ago, one item never arrived, whenever i tracking it shows delivered. When I contact ali express figure out about this shipment, they replied that's they can't do anything for me and my responsibility to find the shipment, AliExpress used to be reliable, not anymore, be careful when deal with it”

“I would LOVE to give Ali express a 5.. I can't. It is literally like the wild west of shopping! I have bought stuff and gotten it on time or early, no problem! I bought a dress, the seller immediately marked it as shipped and then sent me a message saying the tracking they entered was wrong, and that I would get another tracking number in 2 weeks but I had to click "confirm received".. Ya know, the button you click when you already GOT THE ITEM! When I messgaed them back for clarification, the left me on read for like 2 days! When I messaged them again, the didn't even look at my message, and I messaged and again, NOTHING! SO reached out to Aliexpress via their chat and when I got to a live agent they just gave me scripted answers.. With no real resolution or result, even though I sent screenshots of the conversation. At first I needed to know what was going on, if I would even get the dress, or my money back. They said we will get it resolved, and I got an email from Aliexpress saying "the seller has been penalized" but no resolution..So I chatted again, and the same templates "be patient, we know you're excited to get your product" and I'm like "what?" and so I send screenshots again and it takes about 20 mins of back and forth and they FINALLY open a dispute. 2 days later? I get an email saying "this has been shipped to you, please be patient..." Like WTF? So I chat in AGAIN, but this time I send the screenshots of the seller ignoring me, and then ADMITTING they sent it to the wrong address and then telling me how I have to wait 2 WEEKS for a refund, and now I am frustrated, and what happens? Those templates AGAIN "please be patient for your product to arrive" TF? I am beyond irritated, and I have to remind myself that this poor chat person did not do this to me, and that this is just a J O B for them. However the use of the templates and not reading what I am sending and over all being unhelpful and then just resending the same template in the same conversation lead me to do the same thing.. So they ended the chat on me. So I chatted in again and then I got "Rafeala" who was at least MINIMALLY using the templates, looked up my previous chats and the messaging from the seller, and assured me she would take care of this, that same day I get an email from Ali express.. "Be patient your item has shipped". This has been going on since September 27th and today is Oct. 10th. I just want my money back! $97 is not a lot to a big company like the Alibaba trading group, but it is to a single person! Still today no dress, no money! However, some of the other things I ordered that same day, I have already, some I am still waiting on, and the tracking on the things I already got was AMAZING!!! Long story short, if you do not see any real reviews aside from some stars.. DO NOT BUY, and stay away from IUS or UIS store, they have magnificent pictures of GORGEOUS dresses that are SUPER cheap, and you will never get it, and Ali express will not do much for you.”

“Never, never buy goods on Aliexpress, if something happens to your parcel and it does not arrive, they will never refund you for your goods, and you will lose your money! The support will only lie to your face that our opinion is important to them, but they will not refund any money to you, despite the police report that you made about the lost parcel!!!”

“Had the worst experience online yet ordering from this website. They took my money, but didn't send the item I ordered. They gave me someone else's tracking number to make it look like the item was underway, and then delivered, which never happened. When I contacted support about this they were useless, very incompetent, unprofessional people, their delivery guaranteed or refund policy is total bs, they didn't care at all about the problem and provided no solution. At the end I paid for something that was never sent, I sincerely warn anybody reading this not to order from this Chinese website, save yourself a headache, time, and your money. Just order elsewhere in America.”

“Either AliEkspress cooperates with fraudsters, or I do not understand their actions. I bought two electric bikes on this website, which turned out to be from a fraudster, and they never arrived. After complaining about these transactions, I got my money back for a cheaper bike very quickly, and the matter of the more expensive bike went cold at AliEkspress without a decision. Interestingly, I made the purchase over a month ago and despite the increasing number of opinions of deceived people, the purchase can still be made. I found another bike, much more expensive, but with many good opinions, which I think could be purchased without risk, but the AliEkspres portal blocks this purchase by blocking my money. So it's not about sales? I'll make a YouTube video about it.”

“The most horrible experience I have ordering online. I just wasted my hard earn money for orders not delivered. Even if I did provide proofs on undelivered items, still they can't refund the money I payed for it. In addition of their poor customer service, hotline agents that uses script using sweet words of promises, and passing their responsibilities to resolved issues to the customers who just thought that they meant their business, AliExpress needs to incorporate professionalism. Too bad that it's not covered by the business bureau (maybe that's why they still operating).Pointing fingers towards seller and carrier. What about you AliExpress? What is your role? Just to sell the items, get your commission and when there's a dispute you just point your finger to either seller or logistic delivery. That's not fair, customers thrust you. But it seems like you just want your part. Never again doing business with you. $50 is $50 it might be a small amount for you, but it's a hard earn money for me. Hope KARMA moves on its own ways. Never spend even a cent in this online business”

“This smart watch doesn't show notifications on screen. it just vibrates. all my Smart watches in the past gave me on screen notifications. the notification on phone and app is turned on. it also disconnects from phone. once I turn app on then it connects. this is also annoying. I contacted seller and they want me to send a video. It's very bizarre. How can I send a video of this. I find all sellers on AliExpress ask for video regardless of what the problem is. This why I'm shopping less from AliExpress and more from Teemu. I used to always shop from AliExpress and their after sales was much better.”

“Hi to all readers. It's a early warning to all those who intend to place or buy items from Aliexpress. Here is my story with Aliexpress. Never ever buy online from Aliexpress. They are not able to help or provide a solution to help customer who is in need of help example a refund. I bought the product as a gift costing $582.00 for my customer but the packaging is very poor as the plastic wrap on the product is poorly done. The wrapping is loose like been used by someone before, like it had used and after use, placed the product back onto the box. The name of merchant is call "PONBOS Tools Specialty Store". Also noted wad the manual booklet has many scratch marking and torn abit like it has been tampered with or used by someone and quietly placed it back onto the box. The whole box is not sealed and product could be taken as used product. As a gift to my customer, it is totally unacceptable and is not presentable to hand a gift in this condition. As I could not find a button to switch to 7 times magnification as claimed on the product specification manual, I feel the information is misleading as there was no 7 times magnification zoom features as claimed. Lastly I notice there was a permanent sign that appear on the LCD screen which was unable to remove or switch that sign off as it remained permanently stay onto screen thus obstructing a full clear LCD screen. IIs a total distraction to keep seeing that sign whenever the screen is turn on. You may refer to my video on this matter. I inform the seller at platform chat I would greatly appreciate a full refund and I would be most happy to return back the product to the seller in China. Just let me know where to drop off or deposit this product in SG. I was told by the seller that I need to find my own shipper to sent back product to China at my own cost and yet Aliexpress could not help customer on this part. I.can sense on the chat that seller sounded very unwilling to a refund. Both Online Lazada and Shopee platform would glately help customer get a refund if a refund is requested and both platform would arrange for a courier to pick up product from your house but unfortunately Aliexpress do not do that. The full box include some accessories, manuals, and external wrapping is all intact like new product to be returned. I have not use the product ever since the product was received and it has been kept at home till now. My bottom line message, do not buy or order items or products from Aliexpress as if a refund is made, you will end up hard to get a refund.”

“The worst company to do business with ever. I want them to see this review idc they suck. I order my item back in May. Almost the end of September I check back again to see it said my order is on the way and I been home two days later it still haven't arrived. Only to see the website saying received. I still ain't get my item. They got me good I gave them free money basically. Never again. aliexpress suck. Do business with them at your own risk but me. No no no”

“I have one order due to be delivered from Ali-steal-my-money-express. Once that has arrived I will NEVER use Ali-lets-take-the-mickey-express ever again. Regarding this order, the delivery company dumped the parcel at my front door; then left. No opportunity to refuse delivery because the parcel was clearly empty. Absolutely nothing in it. As I could not refuse delivery, I took a video as I unpacked the parcel, as it was clearly empty. All that was inside was the empty packaging! Customer service said no to a refund. No to a refund for an order I could prove I had never even received! Woeful and pathetic. Robbing, dirty, low down thieving animals. I'm not pleased by my experience, as you can probably tell.”

“If I could give these guys zero rating or a negative value, I would. Just a scam. I do not know how they expect me to prove that I did not receive my order. They are the ones who claim they sent the order, so they must prove that I received it. Somewhere I signed confirming receipt maybe. My case was closed without even getting to the bottom of this matter. Really frustrating. Seems my hard earned money has been discarded down the drain. Do not waste your time or money ordering on Aliexpress. You will regret it.”
