Es Unterscheidet sich grundlegend von allen anderen Sportprogrammen, die man erwerben kann. Man kriegt dauerhaft Feedback und Unterstützung, ist nie alleine und hat eine mega Community. Mein Fazit: ich würde mich immer wieder zur 90-Tages-Challenge anmelden! Meine Erfahrung: Eine super Community und ein mega Support vom Sjard Fitness Team! Die größte Herausforderung: Eigenverantwortung übernehmen. Immer wieder gern gebucht - ein sensationelles Konzept aus betreuter Schulung, Gruppendynamischer Motivation und Unterstützung, unglaublich wie sehr das pushed.”

“Bought a battery for $200 from Moyeh Store through AliExpress, it stopped working after one single use. I've sent ten mails to Aliexpress and several to the store, but get no respons. Its now two months since I first tried contacting them. Do not expect any help from this store if you run into problems, I recommend avoiding it all together.”

“If you ever wish to return something and they promise hassle free returns DONT LISTEN! I have been fighting with this company for my money back on a return from 3 weeks ago! I have opened claims/files only for them to be denied. DO NOT BUY from Aliexpress. They are scam artists!”

“My package was worth over $100. It was lost in the mail, but Ali customer service said they needed documentation for a refund. I contacted USPS and went down there several times. I ended up requesting a letter from USPS stating that the package was lost, and Ali customer service STILL refused a refund!”

“Très mauvais depuis quelques temps. Les produits commandés et payés ne sont tout simplement pas livrés. Aliexpress nous tient tête en affirmant que nous les avons reçus...Ce qui est totalement faux. Finalement, nous payons sans jamais recevoir les articles. Après plusieurs fois, nous avons fermé notre compte qui datait de nombreuses années. Aliexpress n'est pas fiable. Nous ne le recommandons pas.”

“I made a purchase online with AliExpress for $109.27 on 6-14-2023 & was supposed to have received 8 Disney shirts (purchased for my Disney Cruise which is on 8-1-2023) by 7-6-2023 and NO Later than 7-11-2023 per their "on-time guarantee" delivery. I have contacted the seller, AliExpress, ACI (shipping partner that claims USPS has it), and USPS (which claims the shipping partner has it) and NO one knows where this pkg is BUT AliExpress claims the carrier is trying to deliver it, and wants me to wait til 8-18-2023 for delivery of these items that I purchased on 6-14-2023 that has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023. AliExpress nor the sellers are able or willing to give me any information as to where this package is, what carrier has this package, or an ETA for this package. I only receive daily emails claiming to be "shipping updates" - I have yet to receive my refund or the order. AliExpress claims to have purchase protection for its consumers but I have yet to receive a refund for the goods I paid for on 6-14-2023 and per the website "on-time guarantee" delivery. which my order has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023”

“Do NOT buy anything from AliExpress/ AliBaba Website. If you get a defective item, there won't be any refund! It is so risky and you may lose your money. No customer service!”

“If I could leave less than one star, I would. Do NOT order from this site!!!! I recently spent a lot of money on a large order, and for some reason can’t log into my account. I tried to contact customer service about this issue, and all I get is a bot. If you want to talk to an actual human, you need to log in. How am I supposed to talk to a human about not being able to log in when I can’t log in?! This is ridiculous. I filled out the form to reset my password and the bot said to confirm over email, an email which I did not receive. Imagine my frustration when I still keep getting the onslaught of spam they send to my email but not receiving the password reset. Oh, and by the way, I still haven’t received my order. Only order from this site if you want to spend a bunch of money and not receive your order and are happy with a ton of spam and ZERO customer service.”

“The seller makes false advertisement with product images, also sends faulty damaged, not functional products, then pretend not receiving complains and scams clients, Aliexpress also sides with scammers all the time, the complain section of their website is a disaster, I don't recommend buying from this site, you will be disappointed and angered by these thieves.”

“The seller lied to me and sent the wrong item. I ordered 9kg item, he sent 4.5kg item instead. He asked me to send him 30 more dollars, so he can send the right item. Aliexpress asked me to return the item, seller pays return postage. Checked with Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, Fedex it was more than the item cost. £62 item (same price for return postage). Tried to contact Aliexpress multiple times, you just cannot get in touch with them at all, their chatbot Eva is useless. Aliexpress is a scam website if you have a problem and want to return an item. They will not help you. In the terms and conditions it was said that if the return cost is higher than the item cost, contact Aliexpress for the solution, but it was impossible to contact them, chatbot never transfers you to the live agent. It works as a scam.”

“I started with Ali about 10 months ago. Most of my items have been decent quality. I realized that for women's clothing, you need to size up. Sometimes, 2 sizes. Sometimes, the quality you receive is not like the photo. Some are great finds. And come out better than you would think Regarding my issues 1. Wrong size 3 items were relatively cheap and I gave them away to charity. 2. A clothing item was not made according to the size chart there was a refund given and I used that to tsilor the item. 3. One items was not at all like the photo and the seller denied all my complaints and said ship it back. Catch there is no free return shipping and can cost like $40 to return which obviously is more expensive than the item. Another one not like then photo was a 50% refund. The item was very poor so I had to throw it away and could not donate, another reveived a full rrfund . 4. Some items were really mediocre, but I was able to make it work. In all of all my purchases, isdues about 8% either got a refund, partial refund or went straight into the garbage.”

“The dispute process is extremely frustrating -- maybe it's just that their auto translate system is faulty or their limited meu choices cause the frustration. But I was unable to find the way to select my order for their process to work. It is almost impossible to get a human to chat with and the selections of dispute reasons is just too limited.”
