Great platform until you need customer support Great Platform to buy cheap products. If you ever need customer support to defend you on a dispute probably you will be ignored and the seller will win even if he scams you. Most of times the decision center seems like they dont even read the complains and respond you random stuff or just ignore the problem.

I have not had a great experience with AliExpress. My first order too forever to arrive. The seller sent me a FEDEX tracking number, but the package came to my business with someone else's name on the label and it came via UPS. My next three orders were all paid for and like clockwork the orders were canceled and the payments refunded. The excuses were almost identical and blamed the warehouse for not having the item. I can't be sure, but it seems like a scheme to use my money for a few weeks and then give it back. The biggest problem is that AliExpress makes it hard to get answers and impossible to leave feedback on lousy vendors.

AliExpress Vendors Started Cheating on Shipping about six months ago Most merchants lately charge a base price, usually very low to catch your eye, and then block standard shipping and force you to pay their own special (exorbitant) shipping price and worse yet, per item! - even if its a 2 gramm item delivered in the same package. Some sellers are still honorable but they are the exception now. With AliExpress allowing this manipulation it is so much harder now to find a decent deal. I submitted to them the following request: I am requesting that AliExpress stop the features that allow sellers to manipulate shipping prices. Most of them started playing the "shipping game", post the item at a low nominal and then charge arbitrary, often exorbitant, shipping charges and charge shipping per item even if the item is small and several fit into a low cost shipping delivery. At the same time the standard AliExpress shipping is not available on these items. This is unethical, wastes people's time and turns people off. I have reduced my purchases or limited them

Don’t believe estimated delivery dates. I ordered in Nov with an estimated delivery date of Dec6. It’s Dec 24 and no sign of my order. I assume I will get it at some point but I could be overly optimistic.

i have received some items correct and as described but most Items I ordered were scammers and never sent the correct item. I would have to say it is not reliable.

I order a quanitity of one product, it was sort delivered. Messaging with the seller sent me to ask for a partial refund. But the refund/return process just kept saying "oops network issue, try again". The customer service chat bot has no boxes for you to write in and just times you out due to no communication. Customer service A JOKE. Not receiving the correct amount of what i have ordered has created a real headache for me and there really is not a way to comminicate with Aliexpress.

I ordered the DeWalt 20v battery that has never come. Also, when AliExpress sent me an advertisement for DeWalt drills that are under $30 each, but when I clicked the link to their official website, I found out that none of the $30 DeWalt drills exist, but over $50. Another words, AliExpress is using deceptive sales to lure people to their website. This is illegal here in the US, but I guess in China it may be a normal practice. I’ll never buy anything again from AliExpress.

I would LOVE to give Ali express a 5.. I can't. It is literally like the wild west of shopping! I have bought stuff and gotten it on time or early, no problem! I bought a dress, the seller immediately marked it as shipped and then sent me a message saying the tracking they entered was wrong, and that I would get another tracking number in 2 weeks but I had to click "confirm received".. Ya know, the button you click when you already GOT THE ITEM! When I messgaed them back for clarification, the left me on read for like 2 days! When I messaged them again, the didn't even look at my message, and I messaged and again, NOTHING! SO reached out to Aliexpress via their chat and when I got to a live agent they just gave me scripted answers.. With no real resolution or result, even though I sent screenshots of the conversation. At first I needed to know what was going on, if I would even get the dress, or my money back. They said we will get it resolved, and I got an email from Aliexpress saying "the seller has been penalized" but no resolution..So I chatted again, and the same templates "be patient, we know you're excited to get your product" and I'm like "what?" and so I send screenshots again and it takes about 20 mins of back and forth and they FINALLY open a dispute. 2 days later? I get an email saying "this has been shipped to you, please be patient..." Like WTF? So I chat in AGAIN, but this time I send the screenshots of the seller ignoring me, and then ADMITTING they sent it to the wrong address and then telling me how I have to wait 2 WEEKS for a refund, and now I am frustrated, and what happens? Those templates AGAIN "please be patient for your product to arrive" TF? I am beyond irritated, and I have to remind myself that this poor chat person did not do this to me, and that this is just a J O B for them. However the use of the templates and not reading what I am sending and over all being unhelpful and then just resending the same template in the same conversation lead me to do the same thing.. So they ended the chat on me. So I chatted in again and then I got "Rafeala" who was at least MINIMALLY using the templates, looked up my previous chats and the messaging from the seller, and assured me she would take care of this, that same day I get an email from Ali express.. "Be patient your item has shipped". This has been going on since September 27th and today is Oct. 10th. I just want my money back! $97 is not a lot to a big company like the Alibaba trading group, but it is to a single person! Still today no dress, no money! However, some of the other things I ordered that same day, I have already, some I am still waiting on, and the tracking on the things I already got was AMAZING!!! Long story short, if you do not see any real reviews aside from some stars.. DO NOT BUY, and stay away from IUS or UIS store, they have magnificent pictures of GORGEOUS dresses that are SUPER cheap, and you will never get it, and Ali express will not do much for you.

I received the products that I ordered. It is very similar to the Temu shipping times. I don’t have a problem with that. What I really dislike about the website is the user experience. For the products that I purchased, I consistently see a specific price listed on the listing, but when you click into the listing, there are 5 to 8 products within the listing, and they are all different prices so you have to drill down into every listing to see if you still want to purchase the item at the new price. That is absolutely A horrible customer/user experience. You can never trust the price that is on the listing. You have to drill down into every listing to find the item and see if the price matches. Sometimes the image on the listing isn’t even available. The price and the listing image are basically a bait and switch tactic to get you to click on the listing but lure you into other options available.

Ever since they started using Better Trucks to deliver packages in the US they have gone downhill. Never had packages lost until them. Worse part is you have to wait the 90 days to apply for a refund.

The parcel we ordered came 10 days after it was due. The email they sent us had a "1 doller coupon." To apologies. But prices are pretty good.

I am heartily sick of my profile being wrongly shown as USA and US$. Corrections do not save and the cycle continues. There is no way I can communicate this through the website. All queries are channeled into the common problems that people face. I have used AliExpress for nearly 10 years and found the products and service to be excellent. The search facility is probably complicated by translation issues but it is a chore to locate items to purchase.

I started with Ali about 10 months ago. Most of my items have been decent quality. I realized that for women's clothing, you need to size up. Sometimes, 2 sizes. Sometimes, the quality you receive is not like the photo. Some are great finds. And come out better than you would think Regarding my issues 1. Wrong size 3 items were relatively cheap and I gave them away to charity. 2. A clothing item was not made according to the size chart there was a refund given and I used that to tsilor the item. 3. One items was not at all like the photo and the seller denied all my complaints and said ship it back. Catch there is no free return shipping and can cost like $40 to return which obviously is more expensive than the item. Another one not like then photo was a 50% refund. The item was very poor so I had to throw it away and could not donate, another reveived a full rrfund . 4. Some items were really mediocre, but I was able to make it work. In all of all my purchases, isdues about 8% either got a refund, partial refund or went straight into the garbage.

Their return policy is the worst,beware,their products look enticing but they charge shipping as much as the product price and just a few has good quality ,the rest is just a waste of your money and they will also charge you twice for some items,so pls be very careful,you might as well really buy from Amazon ,if ppl really want to buy some items fr this online site,they can just spend maybe the most $20,it's a trial n error but me I spent nearly $300 and hasn't gotten all the items I ordered.This is a ripped off.So pls ppl BEWARE!!!

November 28 2022, order #8158771407036052. I bought this item by mistake, and CANCELED it after a few minutes. Seller ignored all my messages and sent me the 2nd item ASAP. So, I paid twice for the same order. I wanted to return it and asked to send me Return Label. Recently I had heart operation and I'm not allowed to use any electrical devices- massagers because it is dangerous to me due my Medical Cardio Stimulator/heart pace maker that stimulating my heart muscle. I still have not opened parcel. I did not used or tried item which I bought and did not ordered. I sent messages to seller & Customer Service. I got link from them "500 Internal Server Error." It is NO BUYER SUPPORT. I can not communicate with Seller and Customer Service web site. It is difficult to find any help. Seller want me to check Operating Error in item, make video of it and provide like evidence. Why I should do it if I bought item by MISTAKE, DID NOT ORDERED & still have NOT OPENED PARCEL? Now What I have to do with 2 useless items? Connect & communicate with Customer Service website IS NOT POSSIBLE. They want only money from you not giving support.

Do NOT ORDER ON ALIEXPRESS EVER The Best place to do business is on Https://www.Alibaba.Com/ Then look for manufacturers that have been VERIFIED AND have been in business for over 5 years minimum. Remember they MUST BE VERIFIED. Also this is Alibaba’s Wholesale Direct Site. Most of the Vendors on ALIEXPRESS buy their goods from this site. Not everyone will qualify but if you buy in quantity and or you need samples this is the site to go with. Also when you deal with a Verified Manufacturer do not pay with MONEY ORDER, Western Union etc these are the SCAMMERS!!!!! Any company that asks you to pay like this is positively a SCAM. Instead pay with a credit card so you have back up with your money. Also make sure you register with Alibaba so they are aware of the transaction before it ships. Get your tracking number prior to shipping to make sure that number is in fact registered to the account and name of the company you are dealing with. If they are an honest and forthcoming company they will provide you with as much information as you need in order to make sure you feel comfortable purchasing with them. If your gut feeling is that they are avoiding giving you that then go somewhere else immediately. There are plenty of other companies that sell the same items that are more than happy to provide you with all of the details you require. I have been a purchasing agent on Alibaba for over 25 years and I have never had any problems. I highly recommend this site. Good luck and God Bless.

I've been using them for years, mostly successfully. However, as soon as I had a problem with a delivery address, the system failed. AliexpressΒ΄s own customer service, not the sellers, is VERY POOR. IΒ΄m very disappointed.
