“Ordered clothes for 175.00 order value. Unfortunately all were unsuitable. I returned them admittedly slightly over the refund period. However I have not received a credit for them to spend on my account. I have emailed Apricot customer services regarding this at least ten times over the past couple of months and have had no response at all. No phone number to call so basically I cannot get a response. I even asked them to return the clothes if they cannot give a credit as at least I would have something for my money. No response to that and they have not been resent. So basically I am hundred and seventy five pounds out of pocket with no goods. Terrible company terrible customer service.. basically stolen my money. Will never order from them again and advise others to be very careful.”
“I ordered a skirt from this company as it was for my daughters birthday and that's what she asked for but I wished I hadn't. I wished I had read reviews before doing so. They didnt send me a confirmation e.mail but have taken my money. I have sent an e.mail enquiry but not received a reply. I even phoned Derby store and the girl on the phone said she couldnt do anything and I should e.mail them. When I informed her that I had she apologised and said she would e.mail them but wasn't optimistic about getting a reply. Says it all really. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!”
“I placed an order with them , they took my money and when i checked my order status it had been cancelled . There is no way of contacting them only through emails , which they have not responded to yet . I will never order from them again . Diabolical !”

“Bought a linen dress for holiday. Washed prior to wearing in line with the instructions and it shrunk. So not worn on holiday.
Took it back to the Lakeside branch and the manager revised to refund. Could only offer a credit note which cannot be used online. Have only ever bought 2 items from this store ever and both have been of the lowest quality and non existent customer service. They clearly need the £30 more than I do.
The stuff is cheap from China and the have zero interest when it shows!”
“I had such a terrible experience at the Milton Keynes store on Monday 3rd September. Firstly when I needed help to get a size I wanted there was not a member of staff available and when I eventually found a staff member I felt I was hassling her just because I asked her for help !! The woman in question was very abrupt with me, snatched the top out of my hand and said she would check for the size for me. She then proceeded to the till area and used the telephone. It looked like she slammed the phone down when finished. She was very harassed and I felt very awkward and also sorry for other people who witnessed this terrible behaviour. She did come back to me after. She was again very abrupt when she spoke to me. I was shocked and quite frankly a little afraid. The woman was blond with bobbed hair, she spoke with a Scottish accent and in my opinion was unhelpful and had no social skills. I have previously worked in customer service for 30 years. I have never witnessed such behaviour before and I hope I never do again !
I WILL NOT be visiting the Milton Keynes store again and I will be urging other people I know not to either !!”
