“My children and I were disappointed this evening when our order from ASDA did not arrive. I needed a steamer in order to make a meal they really wanted, and it never arrived. We've just moved to a new estate, and apparently the driver, called Alex, could not find the address. What is the point of ASDA having my telephone number in my account, then? What would it have cost this Alex person to give me a call and ask for directions? Every other company that I have ordered things from since moving here,they call and say when they can't find our place, and we direct them. Easy peesy! Does ASDA not train or expect their drivers to go the extra mile? My poor children kept on looking out the window every time they heard a vehicle, thinking the steamer had arrived so that I could make the food in readiness for breakfast tomorrow.
