“I did feedback but the issue keeps happening it has been happening for weeks now I order two packets of kippers and only get on one packet of smoked haddock, and I gave one positive thing on the feedback that the beer substitute was really ok and hubby likes the substitutes, but I don’t think Asda have read the feedback properly and I read my email this morning and the same issue with the kippers has happened again but on top of that the beer is out of stock but instead of substituting it they are not delivering any of the beer at all”
“I have given feedback about the same issue lots of times and it keeps happening I order two packets of kippers and you substitute them but only give me one packet of smoked haddock as a substitute,I gave a feedback back on my last order about this but I also gave you a compliment about the beer substitutes and my husband liked them but I don’t think the feedback was read properly as today I have read my Asda email and you have given me the same substitute for kippers again but on top of that the beer was out of stock and instead of substituting it you are sending none at all,and my husband is on the clinically (medically)list and no one can leave the house at all”
“Asda is a joke, the quality of the fresh meet and fruit is rubbish, and how could Asda put up the prices of the most everyday products during the lockdown, I won't be back to any Asda shop, I'll stick to Aldi where the prices and quality are much better,”
“A huge thank you to Jay (Sanjay) based in Wisbech for our home delivery yesterday. Punctual, professional, friendly, 100% excellent on the safe social distancing. Massive respect to Asda and the team keeping the country supplied and safe.”
“Thurmaston store. I definitely don’t feel safe shopping here during the current pandemic. Social distancing rules are totally ignored by people once inside the store. Even the staff brush past you. One way system is ignored and people block the aisles while they stand and chat or dither about what to buy. People seem oblivious of the 2 metre rule as they are too concerned with chatting & looking after themselves.”
“Shona at your store in Ryhope Sunderland is Amazing. She was on checkout 3 on saturday gone
I have cerebral palsy and walking difficulties. She packed all of my bags and put them in my trolly with a smile. She deserves recognition for restoring my faith in human kindness. Well done Shona and Asda”
“The amount of items "out of stock" is ridiculous and really don't like substitute system would rather be able to switch it off.
After this lockdown is finished and my subscription for my slot runs out ,will not be using Asda again”
“Longwell green Asda has a intimidating/ lemon sucking woman working there! Very rude to my son, then wandered off sniggering... she kept turning back and laughing.pony tail loads of ear rings Sue I think”
“ASDA GREAT YARMOUTH. ASSISTANT MANAGER JASON DOES NOTHING BUT FOLLIW YOU AROUND THE STORE, EYEBALLING YOU WRONGLY PROFILING YOU AS A SHOPLIFTER. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT I'M DISABLED ON A MOBILITY SCOOTER WITH FIBROMYALGIA AND OTHER INVISIBLE ILLNESSES! WOMAN HATING, ARROGANT, RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, OBTUSE, NARCISSISTIC CONTROL FREAK BULLY. ASDA STAFF LIKE TO GOSSIP AND DON'T LIKE IT WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. TO BAD, I KNOW MY RIGHTS!”
“Vulnerable lady 87years old. Has paid for a delivery slot fir the same day for over 12 months. Thais lady live in her own and family live about forty miles away who orders the shopping every week online for her. Came to look today...... shopping basket has been emptied and was told slot has been given to vulnerable person....... is this lady not also vulnerable disgusting. Shame on you ASDA !!!!!!’n”
“Excellent click & collect staff at Asda Broadstairs. Polite, friendly, efficient and above all helpful when items weren't quite right. The online ordering was patchy, with ordinary milk and bread cancelled as not available the day before the shop, yet fully stocked on the day of the shop. Cue very helpful Asda staff member who went looking for what we needed. Thank you.”
“Ordered a baby mattress, waiting 4 weeks to be told it’s too big, customer care helpline was anything but care..still
Waiting apparently will be another 3 weeks..I’ve never experienced such low standards of customer care!”
“Shocking experience! Delivery account said shopping was out for delivery. We waited all afternoon and evening. No call or text...or delivery! Tried to call - no answer. Phoned following morning to be told ...that they could not find address and had tried to phone me. There had been no call or text sent to me! I do not trust Asda and will never shop there again. I will be sharing this experience with as many family and friends as possible.”
“This is only my 2nd time shopping with Asda online will continue to. However I've discovered that I can't checkout using my iPad but the app on my phone is very good and works. I would ask the staff to look into this, otherwise very good.”
“Ordering online is useless. Their stock system doesn't work. Order today "in stock" - tomorrows delivery half of your order is "out of stock"... pathetic really. They obviously don't have a stock system.”
“Asda is a discrace to society not providing set times for pensioners to do their shopping, they are the vulnerable people in this epidemic. This age group help put Asda were they are today and have now been abandoned, Introducing a card scheme is a poor excuse for a pathetic response. You might be old day.”
“Thank you Asda so much for providing a priority slot for us during this public health crisis. You so efficiently and effectively identified our household as falling within the "extremely vulnerable" group and helped ensure that we had enough food and supplies. We're so thankful for your help and wanted to shout about it given that you were there in our time of need.”
