Having shopped with Asda for almost forty years and had few issues, I was very disappointed with my latest experience. We did an online shop and opted for what sounded an ideal way to rustle up some meals. The one basket five meals. Five different meals , press on the item and the ingredients are added to your basket automatically . Great. Unfortunately not so great when some of the items are not in stock. I know you have to expect this with online shopping but defeats the object if you can’t prepare the meal. One of the items I don’t even think they stock anymore. Also no indication of how you prepare the said meal when it all arrives. Rang customer services , on the line for 31 minutes. Worked out that this particular set of meals was in the Asda Good Living Magazine September 2019 . So ended up turning to google . Sounds a great idea Asda but some things need tweaking.

No budget crisps. I had this experience before with your delivery service. ALDI & LIDL don't restrict/limit their loss leaders. I'm switching. You've lost me. Your 12 pack crisps are sold out by noon. When I buy those, I buy wine, chocolates etc, etc. Goodbye.

I placed an order online and found I could pick it up at my local Asda (Barry), even though it wasn’t an Asda order. I had to wait 20-25 minutes for my parcel. I was first in the queue. There were 3 people waiting in the end and the man brought all 3 together, which I understand, but I do feel the waiting time is excessive. The last time I picked up an Asda order I waited over 20 minutes, too. I don’t consider this is a good service.

I am becoming increasingly disappointed with the service received from Asda. We have shopped ASDA stores for most of our married life, almost 32 years, and have seen a significant decline in the shopping experience, with significant decline over the past year. An incident regarding click and collect last year meant a wait of 45 minutes in store and mixed information from staff regarding collection of our shopping. The only consistent information at this point was it was definitely not to be collected from the marked collection point in the car park!!!! More recently a particularly rude delivery driver dropped our shopping from waist height onto the floor without apology, but arguing with us and a refusal to give his name. A lengthy conversation with ‘someone’ based in head office ensued and a £5 voucher added to our account, oh yes this was compensation for being intimidated in our own home by a disgruntled delivery driver!!! So now we don’t trust ASDA to deliver. Scan and go?..... out of the last 5 times shopping in this way, we have been selected for quality control!! Totally random???? I don’t think so!! The handset registers the user therefore this is not totally random. All this being said, the staff in Asda were always known to be polite and courteous in the past, this has changed so much, it is a rarity to get eye contact, let alone a friendly greeting from most of the checkout or floor staff. Shopping at certain times of the day means the home shopping crew are blocking aisles with their oversized trolleys, pushing in front of customers without so much as an excuse me - they have a job to do and targets to meet, but behave as though they are in a warehouse rather than a supermarket. Yes I had a bad experience in Asda today, hence the rant, but surely as frequent, regular customers, we deserve a bit of courtesy and honesty, not to mention good manners from the staff?????

Get it right, for heaven's sake Why is it that whenever I order online, so many things aren't available? We have a "Superstore" here in Taunton so you'd expect them to stock everything, but no - this week a glaring example to mention but one item - no Hovis Brown Bread! My wife smokes and we try to order cigarettes via Asda but every single time they pick the wrong ones - this week they're now sending us king size and not superkings, despite my 'no substitutes' setting. I've been unable to drive for medical reasons but I'm free to do so now and I'm SO pleased. Now I won't have to rely on Asda and put up with what they send or don't send us.

I don't have complaint about service, it's a product. Does anyone else think that these wipes smell vile? They do a great job and feel lovely, but the smell is like reused wipes. I bought some a few months ago thinking it was a dodgy batch, I didn't buy any until recently thinking they should have improved, but no..... They still stink

I bought a pork Shoulder joint for £4. I wanted diced shoulder. When I unwrapped the joint it was full of fat and skin. I wanted 750g and after cutting this 1.6kg piece thats what was left in lean pork. Disguising packaging!

I place orders to obtain 2 or 3 pies and pad out the order. Each week I am told that at least 1 if not 3 are out of stock, the stores are knee deep in Pukka pies!?

New online format is awful. Very difficult to navigate. Some products impossible to find. When warned that ordered bread was unavailable, impossible to navigate shopping basket list! So confused I deleted the whole basket, then found I couldn't send complaint without order number! I've been a customer for years, but this is a shambles! Never again!

I rang my store and told them i had a missing item yet again this is the third time this has happened, they said dont worry we will redeliver it, if we can not we will contact you, they never did ,i got a email sent from asda that the store sent not straight to me ,but the store sent it to asda .com customer service saying i will get a refund and not the product, they have done this on all occasions , but the asda it self gave me £5 voucher to say sorry,i waited in all day yesterday for either a call or delivery nothing happened , i finally got a email from asda itself and not the store very late in the evening forwarding a email from the store about the refund, and further email yet again very late last night about the evoucher, i am a loyal customer who does not like to normally make a fuss

I have always found the delivery service well priced and reliable however there is an issue due to their no bag policy. My last order arrived soaked as it was raining, items such as washing powder were ruined. Several attempts to resolve this with customer services have been frustrating as they have not responded with any appropriate solution or offered a refund for the items that were soiled. This is despite sending them a video of the delivery driver pouring out the water from the crates!!!

What a waste of time, waiting in a queuing up to pay for goods. The ratio of tills opened to customers waiting was a disgrace. What is the end game here, close the tills and force customers to use self service, this avoid paying till staff, who have already been stopped helping elderly customers from packing bags, which would help to move the queer along. No wonder the likes of Aldi and Lidl are doing so well, at least there, you know how the system works and tills are opened when queer build up. Wake up Asda, our once favourite shop, is fast losing ground and customers.

After a long trip on the motorway we called in to Asda at Wakefield and decided to have a much needed coffee. We paid £4.80 for two lattes and it was revolting, and not very hot. We had a few mouthfuls and couldn’t drink anymore 🥴 . What a waste of money. We didn’t go back to the young girl that was serving because she was making drinks, taking orders, taking the money and quite frankly we didn’t want to put anymore pressure on her. We use your Barnsley branch as well and the staff are lovely there but they can’t get coffee right either. Is it the machines, the coffee you use or lack of staff training ?. When I pay good money I expect something decent for it.

Terrible produce. It all gets shoved at you no time to check it. The pickers pick vegetables that are already passed their best! So frustrating having to find someone to return it!
