Supermarkets priced per zone so cheaper t drive to one further away, constant swapping of prices so one week a staple item is reasonable and next week it is expensive. I love so called discounters lidl and Aldi and avoid ASDA as quite clearly over priced poor quality tat.

They always have low prices on both brand and own brand products which makes my monthly shops incredibly reasonable with money left over for some treats. The website remembers my favourites and I have an 'essentials' shopping list saved with them for ease of use. When it comes to check out, there is a reminder area of things you have purchased before that might have been missed - I always find 2 or more products I had meant to buy but forgot on that list. The delivery personnel are always incredibly friendly and very helpful.

They delivered within a few days of ordering. The cold shoulder maxi dress I ordered was an absolute perfect fit and nice enough for an evening out of for the summer. After seeing and trying it on I would have paid more for it but, it only cost me £14.00. I shall be looking and probably buying more from here in the future.

Most of the groceries I required were in stock but not all of the items were available, these were simply everyday items such as the bread I like to purchase.

The Asda's in Toryglen is always good, staff always seem happy & always helpful. Products always seem to be readily available on shelves unlike some other supermarkets.

First and last time using Asda Home delivery. Called customer service to ask how many water bottles I could order. 24. Fantastic. Ordered. Also ordered veggies, 50 protein shakes and asked for no replacement. Come the day of the booking, where I can no longer change the order: Asda writes that they unfortunately cannot find 24 bottles of water in their 9 football field warehouse and they cannot find aaaanny substitute because they only have 6 brands of water. So they changed the order to 6 bottles. Not the point when you specifically have called customer service to make a decision to make an order, and they lie to you. Also, Asda does not have the 50 protein shakes, and have decided to substitute this for 6 chocolate snacks. 50 meals are apparently the equivalent of 6 chocolate bars. Even though I asked for no substitutes which was still written on the order. And they didn't have ANY pepperfruit in their ENTIRE SHOP. Which smegging shop that size doesn't have pepperfruit. On the night of the order which was booked for delivery between 20 and 22, I discovered that someone had decided to kick in our door buzzer and it wasn't working. Around 18.00 I called customer service just to let them know this, and to please ask the driver to call on arrival or send a text message as I can't hear a knock 4 floors up. The woman on the phone in the call centre somewhere not in the UK informed me that there is no way to give any message to drivers with pickup notes to help them. She informed me that Asda was not delivering this order and it had been outsourced to another company. The woman had 0 access to the system and could not find any contact information for the driver, even with me telling her his name that had been sent in a text message. I put a note on the door and hoped for the best. At 22.00 the driver called me from a hidden withheld number to say "I'm tired, I've had a long day and I am not delivering anything to you". Imagine the post man calling you to say that? Even Hermes etc? Such a weird thing to do. He then told me that I need to call customer service to cancel the order. I dutyfully called customer service, only to be told by another lady on the phone that it is not possible tocancel an order when it is out for delivery. I told her about 8 times that I am not cancelling anything and that the driver asked me to call customer service. Customer service told me to wait for my order to be delivered, no discussion. I asked how long I should wait for the delivery, and she said I needed to be available for delivery the next 48 hours. What?!?! What does that even mean? "Mam this is out terms and conditions". How is that legal? When am I allowed to sleep? I asked her if I needed to stay up and not sleep, and she simply said yes. At 23.30 the order was cancelled by someone, which I only found out my looking at the app constantly. No cancellation email or call or text. They still have my money. Fantastic service, Asda. This should be illegal.

We've been with asda home delivery for about a year now. And we have no idea why we stayed. Each delivery has subsitutes. Which wouldn't bother me if it was the same food item we originally wanted, instead it's completely random. And when we book a time slot they either not turn up or come 2 hours early. When the whole point of the time slot is to help you if your busy. In general the whole experience is frustrating. And to get a hold of the helpline takes about 5 hours. Would not reccommend.

Asda warrants no stars. Your home delivery service is disgusting, it's so bad you should give it up. Your customer service rate only as sorry. Appalling. O and the driver must have a chocolate addiction, as it always the chocolate missing. Maybe that's why the driver never shows up.
