I ordered a very expensive birthday gift for my disabled daughter who lives in a different state, and paid for express shipping for the gift to arrive on her birthday. I very clearly put the shipping information as my daughters name and her address in Virginia. Just a couple of minutes after I placed the order, I received a confirmation email saying it was being shipped to me in Tennessee, so I reached out IMMEDIATELY (roughly 2-3 minutes after receiving the email) to let them know they made a mistake on the shipping address, and I once again gave them the correct shipping address in VA. I received an email today (2 days after placing order) saying it was shipped to the wrong address and to return it to them when I receive it and they will then credit my card so I can re-order again for it to be resolved in roughly 30 days. I called today and spoke with a supervisor (Jodi) who said there is nothing they can do. She didn’t even apologize for what happened, even after acknowledging they made a mistake by shipping it to the wrong address. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER. I trusted you with a very special birthday occasion for my disabled daughter and you ruined it. You didn’t even TRY to fix YOUR mistake. Shame on you Bradford Exchange!

What a terrible experience in dealing with The Bradford Exchange as a first-time customer. In December, I ordered seven items, which included "free delivery" because of the amount of purchase. However, The Bradford Exchange submitted these items one at a time to my credit card, which voided the "free delivery" charges and instead added delivery fees for all items to be delivered as separate orders. Because of the way that The Bradford Exchange submitted the charges to my credit card, my bank flagged the charges as potential feaud as a measure of card-holder protection. I went round-and-round over a five-day period with The Bradford Exchange to rectify, to no avail. This resulted in my learning that delivery of the items would be delayed until after the holidays. Naturally, I cancelled all but one item in the order, as all others were for holiday gifts. The one item ordered remaining was charged to my account. Sixteen days following, The Bradford Exchange notified me that the item would not be delivered for another 60 days. I called to follow-up on the status of the delivery, which felt like a painful extraction of trying to get an answer. Finally, on day 57 into the wait for delivery, still going round-and-round with The Bradford Exchange's Customer Service Department, I learned that the item is nit even in stock and no date for delivery was in sight. I asked that the purchase be cancelled and that I be refunded, which was another painful and confusing dialogue with Customer Service. To date, I have not been refunded and am left to pursue the refund via legal recourse. It is important to note that, in the middle of this fiasco, I emailed The Bradford Exchange's Corporate Office for assistance, but as expected, I am still awaiting a response in the same vein as I was awaiting my order to be delivered. Never before with other companies from which I have purchased items have I experienced the mess and lack of customer service response that I encountered with The Bradford Exchange.

Don't order their checks they won't clear your bank. I had 20 books of misprinted checks they told me I'm out of luck than had the nerve to say they would offer me discount on future checks if the ones I have now won't clear what makes you think I'll buy more they are not the brightest people I guess

**0 Star Review** I ordered the 3 tier Disney Christmas table top tree. It was $200 plus shipping and it is literally dollar store quality. The painting is so sloppily done, it's bleeding into other areas, not cleanly done. The faces are ridiculous on the characters. No one could have painted this and expected anyone to react positively to it. I swear they must have done it as a joke. Jasmine and Aladdin are painted to look like monkeys or something, I've never seen human faces painted that way. It's just ridiculous. I have seen nothing but horrible reviews for this company but I wanted the tree so I figured I'd *try* them. Never again! Now I have to see how or IF I can get my money back.

I ordered the Nightmare Before Christmas snow globe. It arrived on time and we were amazed at the detail. Very beautiful. However, as soon as the 365 day warranty period was up everything started going wrong. The music wouldn’t play. The bats won’t fly around and it has grown some kind of skin creature inside the globe. Bradford will not do anything about it and this globe was almost $200. What a giant waste of money. This “collectable” is now worthless. Thanks for nothing. I will never order your garbage again and I will advise everyone I know not to either. This is a manufacturer defect and despite the 365 day warranty should be covered. Snow globes don’t grow creatures inside.

I paid for my items I ordered , they then sent two further items I had not requested . I spoke to customer services they said they would send return labels-but are demanding money not only for the items I am waiting for return labels but the original ones I have paid for!

I ordered the Cinderella castle for my granddaughter.dhe just opened it Missing the globes, horse's, everything that goes with it! She's upset and i look like a fool! Sure don't mind taken my money I've ordered for years, never again! I'm still crying Ruined christmas!

I order a mother’s ring for my sons grandma with all her grandkids. Got the order on time. Awesome! But the ring is nothing like the picture. The names are tiny and the birthstones are even smaller. I’ll let her make the call on if she wants to return it.

Paid for harry potter snow globe $156 with tax never got what i paid for just some Chinky Coca-Cola motorcycle not worth $5 and instead of send me the snow globe they ask that i send back the motorcycle pay for shipping then the would Refund money lol all i wanted is what i paid for a good company would have said keep the motorcycle and send the snow globe with sorry note

Brandford is a big scam! I lost almost all my total savings to this scammers. I filed a petition against them but all effort was in vain. I shared this experience with everyone I knew. Luckily, she came through for me FILE YOUR COMPLAINT : "isabellajones70 @ gmail.com Telegram : @ isabellajones1 ". I was told to provide proofs of my transactions on the company website. I gave them all the documents I had, and they confirmed that I had legit claim to my money. In no time, they started working on my case, it took them about 8 working days to recover 80% of my funds. That's literally all the money I lost, I'm glad they made this happy ending for me.

Worst experience with an online retailer. Nothing but issues and at least 8 phone calls with no help... It was suppose to be a simple order and said guaranteed by Christmas, they kept giving me excuses that my address was wrong ad couldn't ship. Not till the 8th phone call, 2 managers, and 2 weeks later come to find out the the item was on back order, After if was supposed to be in stock and shipped days ago. Also issues with the online account that you can have multiple customer numbers with the same e-mail address and my order went into a different account then I currently ordered from.. Ironic that the item was a nightmare before Christmas piece and that it was... After further research there are over 101 people this year that had nothing but issues as well..

I ordered the Granddaughter I love you globe early Nov 2020 for my Granddaughters birthday on the 18th December. I have sent several chaser emails and included everything they asked for EG name address , DOB etc only to keep getting emails from Mark asking for the same info which they already had. Finally got through on the telephone today after a very long wait and was informed they are out of stock of the item and issues with parts and engraving etc and I would not get it by the 18th. This company advertises items that they know they do not have and cannot fulfil orders within a reasonable time frame. I gave subsequently cancelled my order and account with them. I would advise anyone NOT to order anything from this company.

Ordered a Xmas musical box beginning of October told it was out of stock would arrive end of November hasn’t arrived yet Bradford took two instalments out of my account tried numerous times to contact them by phone and email no response

Bradford Exchange processed and shipped my order in half the time I expected. I was kept informed on every step of the process, and they made it clear how much my total cost was and when I was being billed. Every email from them came with clearly labeled contact information. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I spent 2 weeks dealing with the delivery service. They acknowledged the mistake, but were uninterested in doing anything to fix it. I finally contacted Bradford Exchange in frustration, hoping the delivery service would be more helpful if the shipper was involved. In less than 24 hours I received an apology and a notice that a replacement was being sent. The email included the name of and direct contact information for the customer service representative handling my account. It was an unexpected relief and I was very impressed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE THEY ARE UNETHICAL. I PLACED A ORDER BILLED IN TWO INSTALLMENTS .I WAS CHARGED BOTH INSTALLMENTS THE SAME DAY, 4 MINUTES LATER I WAS CHARGED FOR A WALLET I DIDN’T ORDER. I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN 5 MINUTES AFTER RECEIVING TWO SEPARATE EMAILS AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER COULDN’T BE CANCELLED. I CALLED AGAIN. THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME IT WAS A ONLINE ERROR AND SINCE A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE DIDN’T ISSUE THE ORDER THEY WERN’T RESPONSIBLE. THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS FOR MY ELDERY SISTER IN CHICAGO. AS FOR THE WALLET I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS UNTIL SHE RECEIVED IT, HAVE HER TAKE IT TO THE POST OFFICE DURING THIS PAND1EMIC AND I WOULD RECEIVE MY $77, 7-10 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE WALLET. HE ALSO STATED WHEN I SPOKE TO THE FIRST REP SHE COULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, THEY ISSUE UNAUTHORIZED ORDERS..

I have subscribed to the Limited edition Mickey Coin Collection. Every coin that arrives is scratched , and I have to return them for a replacement, and even some of the replacements are scratched and need to be returned !!!!! I have notified them numerous times and they just don’t give seem to care and blame the postal service . There is no quality control . There is no customer care . Would not recommend anyone to purchase their goods ? Hugely disappointing customer care .

We have been customers of Bradford exchange for quite a long time and have purchased many items from them.Recently we ordered a ring from them to start with they sent the wrong ring after phoning for a returns label which never arrived I had to return it at my own expense. They did then send the right ring. Halifax sent me a new card so a payment was missed I phoned them to give new details but the person on the phone put this in wrong payment system we then missed further payments due to their mistake. We then received a letter of notification to pass this on to bailiffs. I made numerous phone which were never returned you can't even leave a voicemail . When they eventually got in touch with me I asked for a written letter so if bailiffs did come I would have proof this was their mistake it never arrived and their response was to remove us from the mailing list I would never use them again

Ordered product in July and very happy. However, in August found a withdrawal from my credit card. I called and was told a subscription produce was being sent unrequested. I sent it back when arrived. It took 3 emails and 2 calls before getting a refund today. The company immediately withdrawals money but isn’t prompt in processing credits.
