My journey was cancelled by the Kuwait airways because of the engine failure. The ticket cost ÂŁ2060 (pounds). It has been more than 6 months my money still not been refunded. Every time I contact with Kuwait airways they say that I need to contact with BudgetAir.
When I contact with BudgetAir they reply we are looking into and will take 8 to 10 weeks. My last contact they reply that it will take 16 weeks to result it. They are just trying to get rid of me.

The questions and answers are robots like. First they never have airline fares differences available. You contact airline and they guarantee airline fares are available for the next 8 months. When you mention it budget air says it's not available to them. Then few hours later you contact them again and outcomes is different. They have the he fares. Great, you decided to think about it due to the price. When you contact them again the outcome is again different, no fares available from the airline. Then when a day later you contact again, some date, the fares are 18,000.

Made reservations for a multi-leg Asian trip. One of the airlines changed their flight schedule that resulted in a 22-hour layover. This did not work with my schedule.
According to BudgetAirâs written policy:
âUnfortunately, sometimes airlines will need to make adjustments to accommodate changes to aircraft and routes. We have no control or influence over this. If this is something that happened to your flight(s), you should have received an e-mail from us informing you of the change(s).
When a major change to your schedule is made, the airline needs your confirmation on how you would like to proceed. Your options are:
⢠Accept the change(s) and proceed with your rescheduled flight
⢠Change the flight to another option
⢠Cancel the flight
The e-mail you received from us contains all the information you need to confirm your choice.â
I received an email notifying me that a change was made in the flight schedule. When I âclickedâ on the email, to my utter surprise, I was not given the above options, but instead, I received an instant confirmation that I accepted the flight changes! I immediately sent an email to BudgetAir that I was not given the options as outlined in their policy and the flight change was unacceptable. I received a reply instructing me to use their âLive Agentâ chat.
I contacted BudgetAir via their âLive Agentâ chat and explained the situation. They said that since the flight changes were âconfirmedâ, there was nothing they could do. So, I asked for a telephone number I could call, and I was informed that their âtelephones were not workingâ. I next asked if a supervisor could review my case. The âLive Agentâ refused my request. I made several additional requests via the âLive Agentâ chat to have my case reviewed since I was not given the options outlined above. Customer Service refused to review my case.
In the end, I was informed that the airlines that changed their schedule did not have another flight that worked for me and my only option was to cancel the entire trip.
Upon cancelling the trip, BudgetAir hit me with several âhiddenâ charges and I ended up paying 31% of the original purchase price to cancel the trip. Beware!”
“I book the flight depart from BudgeAir.com. Their system ask me to finished the payment which I did. Later, It shown problem of booking, and ask me to re-enter the depart schedule, I noticed the time for departure have one hour difference. I accept the time schedule. However, when I received the etickets. It automatically change the return date which the system didn't ask me to make chage. I believe that is their system design problem or they did it on purpose to charge more fees. Therefore, I told the customer service that I couln't accept the schedule. Theytold me I have to pay extra fees for changing or cancel the schefule. But I want to cancel the booking (because they charge very high on changing fees) and I refuse to pay the fees , but they are not response my case. This company is scammer which use lowest price at Google flight search, and charging customer additional fees for changing and canceling schedule. Be aware.”
