“Hate them, worst website I have ever experienced DO NOT SHOP WITH CLARK SHOES. I worked on these pop ups for 30mins just to get 15% off and it still never applied the code or gave the option to enter the code. Then if you try to cancel the order they tell you they can’t help or do anything about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“Received a pair of Clark’s sandals as a gift. Within a month the rubber-type material on the side of one sandal began cracking and coming apart. I took photos and sent them to Clark’s. They requested a receipt and, when they found out the shoes hadn’t been purchased in a Clark’s store, they said they weren’t responsible. This was clearly a manufacturing flaw but they took no responsibility. The whole side of the shoe finally collapsed and I threw them away after 4 months. The other shoe was beginning to crack also. I have been a Clark’s fan most of my life. They are still comfortable but the quality is terrible! I won’t be buying any more Clark’s.”

“Wrentham location sucks , there are rude , the store stinks, some are working hard than others . Would never shop at Clark’s again ! Shut this business down !!!!”

“Simply scandalous. To begin with Clark’s website and in line ordering has been an issue for at least the past three months since I have began shopping with them. Today I had two Clark’s gift card, one for £50 and one for £48 the purchase was for £100. It accepted the gift cards total of £98 and ask for me to pay the balance which I did with my debit card, which should have been £2, once I completed the purchase I realised that the have taken the gift card money and £90 instead of £2 from my account. I have been on the phone to customer services and they say they can not cancel my order and I have to wait till I receive the goods then send it back. Which I will do gladly.”

“They are sneaky about their discounts. Most shoes don't qualify for those discounts where they ask you to join phone list. And the codes they send you are ridiculously long. They want to discourage you to use them. Shady to me. Don't like supporting this kind of companies.”

“I placed an order online ten days ago for the item to be delivered to the Whiteley Hampshire store. I have had no update whatsoever. Only one poor response from customer service and still no sign of the item being dispatched. Clarkes customer service has seriously gone downhill since China has an input. I do not recommend Clarkes.”

“Clarks Sandals Kilty Way tan leather--$100--Beautiful shoe with comfortable foot bed, but sadly adjustment straps are too long to anchor regular height foot and slim ankle. If you have big bones, thick feet and ankles or extra high arch or plump feet and ankles, then these will be perfect for you. For my size 8 and skinny ankles, I can only attach the velcro for 1/4" and hope that will hold. The middle arch overstrap is also too big, attached to piece of elastic---which will lose stretch as all elastic does. Cambodian manager must think all women have wide ankles and big bones or very plump feet. Bad sizing for top part of sandal. (jpgs won't upload to your site)”

“Today, upon vising the store to inquire about exchanging the shoes for a different style (Wallabee Boot /Beeswax) available on the Clarks website, with the desire to pay the difference of the price (10 euro) I encountered several issues: 1) Despite the availability of the desired style on your website, I was informed that it was impossible to exchange the shoes for ones not current in the stock. This lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach is not only inconvenient but also contradicts the customer service standards expected from Clarks. 2) Furthermore, I was shocked to be told by the seller that a refund was not possible due the fact that they are not Original Clarks and they have nothing to do with Original Clarks in London (literal citation), despite the fact that I can see the address of the them listed on the website (https://www.clarks.eu/it/it/store-locator), especially given the circumstances of my request and the dissatisfaction with initial purchase. 3) Additionally, the real reason of my request, the treatment I received from your stuff, I believe, or at least the representative of your Brand, was totally unacceptable. The individual was impolite and failed to address my concerns with professionalism and respect that should be standard in customer interaction. If I had read the reviews earlier, I would never have bought these shoes.”

“Slippers fell apart. Replacement slippers are falling apart as well. What’s happened to Clark’s quality? The tongue portion of the upper tears apart from the bottom portion of the uppers. The suede material is tearing off at the stitching. China made Clark’s are junk. Walmart slippers hold up much better.”

“Purchased a pair of men black leather shoes the heel of the shoes just fell apart they cost me £100 phoned customer service the are in south Africa after umpteen phone calls they would give me promises of satisfaction which where all false i am £100 out of pocket I would not purchase a pair of shoe laces off this firm”

“I ordered a pair of boots a month ago which I didn’t receive. I tried to track the package and was told they had no record of it. I contacted your customer support several times and they gave me a song and dance about logistics. I expect either the boots or my money back”

“TERRIBLE customer service after buying directly from Clarks and receiving a shoe that broke and was not wearable after 2 1/2 weeks. Called and emailed. Have been a loyal customer for years. beyond disappointing and shameful.”
