My daughter bought some shoes after the assistant got her little toddlers feet measured . She said she was a 61/2 she is actually a 51/2 now we know that . She was sold a full size bigger than she is . She is thumping her feet falling over and shoes slipping off how dangerous . We can’t let her walk alone can’t take her out of her buggy . I have done an online chat today . I was told just go back to the store and she told me tell your daughter to check the fitting and sizing herself . Really ????. My husband was not happy he said so if you pay for a service then You the customer have to do the job again to check . What a rediculuse reply

Before this point I was a huge fan of Clarks and would have recommended their shoe openly. I own many pairs of their shoes, and had never had an issue until this point. I received these as a gift and the sizing was a bit too big. This felt like a normal thing to happen and I thought it would be an easy thing to fix. I attempted to go through the return process and I kept (and continue to keep) receiving a stock reply. It has been at least a month and I have gotten to the point where I will never shop this brand again. No matter what I do, I cannot find a way to simply exchange for a smaller size. I have even messaged their individual stores and they will not give me a real answer. I will never shop here again or recommend this brand. I am at a loss for why a brand would treat a customer this way and am just stuck with a misfitting shoe for no reason other than horrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER SANDALS FROM CLARKS! They are not sized correctly. I have a very narrow foot and their medium was too narrow. I wear a size nine and my heal was hanging off the back of the shoe. Returning them for a refund is a huge pain in the ass. The sandals looked like they had already been worn.

Worst customer service I have received recently, really not what I expected from what is supposed to be a trusted brand. I called up twice to get an issue with my online account fixed and just got told 'IT team need to fix it' No ETA, no chance to speak to anyone else. I have credit on my account that I cannot use so I have to pay to shop elsewhere when I could have bought my daughters shoes for free. The persons I spoke to was really not willing to do anything else but 'email IT team' to try and help me out and was quite rude about it.

Hi I am really disappointed and unhappy with the service I have been given today both on-line and in-store. I booked a appointment at Long Eaton branch for my daughter today she was measuring at one foot 13.5 and the other a size 1. The store had NO SHOES IN HER SIZE!!! the assistant brought out a 1 and a1/2 the only pair she had tried them in my daughter and said they for perfectly !! How can they got perfect when she has just been measured for a completely different size??? My daughter Dias they were too big!!.She was very disgruntled when I said I would not be buying them and walked off! Customer service terrible she said “ I shouldn’t have waited until the last minute to but shoes!!!!. My daughter has her heart set in a certain pair so I decided to buy them on-line and in my rush I ordered the wrong size and to make matters worse I ordered next day delivery! I rang customer services straight away to ask if they could amend the order to be told no! But she would try to cancel them! I explained that I had spent my last £50 buying these and my daughter could well be going to school with no shoes next week!. Well guess what they haven’t been cancelled so They are going to arrive tomorrow! So I have to send back wait for my money and then re-order!. Why couldn’t they just be amended? Surely I’m not he only one who had done this??. The customer service is absolutely terrible!! This is not the first time I have had problems with Clark’s and I do not think I’ll be returning to shop with you any time soon! Sharon Scanlon

Clarks have let me down after being a loyal customer since childhood. I don't mind paying for nice things, but recently their quality has reduced significantly. I bought some boots. Sole looked like blocks of solid rubber. They were hollow....about a 2mm thick base, so within a short time they'd worn through and let the water in. They cost £100. They looked "as new" on top when they went in the bin. The soles are split on a pair of leather trainers I've only been wearing since March, mostly in the house! They weren't interested in the first issue, said "wear and tear". They still use those soles, I looked at the weekend. Sadly I think I have bought my last pair of Clarkes shoes. They used to last forever, now you're looking at three months. Shame.

Estimated delivery was August 2nd. Today is August 5th and I am now told to allow 3 more BUSINESS days for delivery. Love the products but not reliable for delivery.

I ordered my shoes for a very important date. Was told shoes would arrive on July 29th 5-8 business days. As of Aug 1 the 8th day, the shoes have not arrived. Fed-x is now saying Monday the 3rd. That is past the date I am leaving for my event. I realize Clark's can not control Fed-x. However they guaranteed delivery! Fed-x will not redirect with out Clark's and they are not reachable on the weekend. There web site in very hard to use and this whole experience has been really annoying.

MY PACKAGE GOT LOST DURING SHIPPING WHICH IS NOT CLARKS FAULT HOWEVER, I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FED EX WILL ONLY ALLOW THE SHIPPER TO FILE A CLAIM. AS MUCH AS I LOVE THESE SHOES, THERE IS NO WAY TO GET HELP FROM THE COMPANY. I WILL BE SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS THERE IS NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE.

I ordered my third pair of Breeze Sea sandals on June 29th. Estimated delivery date July 6th. They arrived July 1st. I have been wearing Clark Shoes for years and i have never been disappointed in their comfort or wear.

I spoke with 3 different reps about a returned I did 2 months ago , I called several tome about my refund I haven received , I spoke with the manager he had such a bad attitude The manger joe was like that your problem that we didn’t get the returned after providing the tracking number, what the fuckkkkkk, customer service is the worst in the world, I will never order ever ever ever again

Bad customer service. They don't know what they are talking about. I just wanted to exchange the shoes that I bought online, for the same shoes with different color. When I called, the customer service person told me that, I could return the shoes in the store and buy again online with the same deal that I got. But. when I tried to buy again, I couldn't get the same deal. When I called again, customer service person (Steven) told me that, his colleague never had told me that I could get the same deal. (!!!???) He also mentioned that, his colleague didn't leave any notes of previous conversation I had with her. So, my concern is, how Mr. Steven knows what conversation I had with his colleague, without even having any notes? And how can he tell me that his colleague never had told me so? Does that mean that I am the one who is lying about it? If he would politely refuse to give me the deal, that would not at least heart my feelings, although, I am loosing my time and money because his colleague giving me wrong information but, I would just forget about it. Customer service should know the current deals and their time line and they should never try to blame the customers for their own fault. There are many companies who have great customer service and they are also knowledgable about timeline of their deals. I would just stick to the companies that provides good services.

Can't return a pair of shoes as I was never sent a receipt, I can't access my account as they never send me a change your password email (requested it 6 times). Utterly useless customer service!

BEWARE. Sent a pair of shoes back. First time order. Took over two weeks for them to receive. Now, they are telling me (after two emails and three phone calls) that it will take 1-2 BILLING CYCLES to credit my Visa. I will never ever order anything from them again. This should be illegal.

I love Clark's in Skipton, the staff there are always cheerful and helpful. Ann served me a few weeks ago , I went in to browse and came away with a pair of boots and some shoes and spray for my boots! Very happy with my purchase, and hope to see Clark's skipton come through the awful virus situation soon.

Have a pair of Clark Moccasin slippers. Don't waste your money buying them. The heels separated from the shoe and the rubber or better yet plastic is so brittle, it snaps off and breaks off like a potato chip.. JUNK< JUNK!. I put these on my poor quality bad manufacturer DO NOT BUY LIST.

Online ordering abysmal Not showed up now seem to be lost! Contacted Clarkes 3 times and told would be sorted but nothing. Online tracker says will be delivered yesterday?!? Clarkes used to stand for something buto it seems no longer. Hugely disappointed
