“ I sent a lot of email to coop, now is 10pm and still no one reached me òut! I tried to call the customer service number and the automated voice said I should wait 1 h for my place in queue to speak with some one so I decided to wait, doesn't matter, but after 40 minutes on hold waiting the escalation they close my call. ”

“ Customer service is mostly outstanding however the prices are ludicrously high. Co-op now makes marks and spencers look cheap... Four pounds for a box of cereal? I mean, where does it end? So much for co-op being about the people. Wasn't that the reason coop was started after the war... To make living more affordable? There I was thinking sainsburys is expensive... Not in comparison. They have weekly price hikes. Avoid.. ”
