I have used Costa coffee outlets for many years. I am NOT impressed with the policy of allowing dogs into the coffee shops. The world has gone dog mad. In the past animals (apart from assistant dogs) would not be permitted anywhere near where food is served. So why now? It appears to me that animals are taking priority over humans. My granddaughter who is neuro diverse is terrified of dogs. Well Costa is now out for us. Has Costa thought about allergies, if more than one dog in the premises takes a dislike to the other dog. Have they considered floating dog hairs, smelly wet dogs, dogs trying to climb on soft furnishing, customers fear of dogs. Keep the dogs outside where they belong not in coffee shops or any other shops (assistant dogs permitted).

CROW ROAD, GLASGOW Toilets need a good deep-clean. Very off-putting. The corner had never been touched by the look of all the Fort and the toilet brush was revolting and should have been put in the bin. Coffee fine but over-price biscuits. Won't let me add a photo so will try to add later.

I live in Crewe and there is a big difference in prices. Toast and cortado cost £6 in town and £4.85 at retail park! Cortado and waffle in town £5.15 and at retail.park £4.85! WHY

Quick service but served shoddily, handed me a drink spilt that spilt and didn't apologise for that, store isn't the cleanest and there's an unhealthy amount of flies around the produce.

Lack of staff at least 7 tables not cleared. With at least a couple of trays dumped on them Couldn't get a table. Had to clear three trays off a tabletop to be able to sit down. Usually enjoy the one in braehead but not so good recently.

After visiting Stevenage Town Centre and receiving half a luke warm cup of chocolate, I had to sit on a stained and ripped bench seat that smelt as bad as it looked. Needs urgent upgrade.

Nice environment to study and work in but their is no air conditioning or windows to open so gets hot and stuffy quite easily. There is also very few plugs available to charge devices.

Used to love going to Costa but the coffee has changed, the staff are harassed and therefore impatient, bordering on rude… the coffee is hit and miss - as in you never get two the same… I am considering not returning especially as when I raised concerns with Costa they never respond!

Having used Costa many times,at several locations ,we decided to vist the Oldham Spindles shop again yesterday ,the previoys visit being very acceptable .... This time however the manager was attempting to use a phone whist operating the coffee machine ,which causing only to slow everyone down .it also meant he had to ask each customer the same questions twice .Eventually that call finished expectancy resumed.....but no ,he decided to put a mobile phone on the counter in front of the machine ,tapping away as he again made drinks and served slowly..again questions asked twice ,and once three times can somebody please tell these people it's just plain rude

Why aren't staff trained to sweep around the tables and entrance area outside the Costa Coffee Houses. All the ones I've visited are filthy. You wouldn't want to put your bag on the floor.

Cost now £3.35 for a medium latte. Now very pricey. Plus the Cheadle Hulme now paper cups due to staff shortages. Cakes mow smaller and again pricey. Not be visiting and have cheaper elsewhere. A

The price of your cakes is mixed. A lousy bun costs 17 aed and a pastel de nata a 6aed! Do you know how much work it takes to make a pastel de nata! A genuine differentiated product!!

Dorchester Costa review. Nice large cup of coffee which is the norm for Costa. BUT The toilets on the ground floor are atrocious. The first time I used the facilities I thought it might have been the cleaner’s day off or a one off but the next time I realised there was no change despite a gap of over 7 days between visits to the store. The waste bin was filthy. There was no toilet paper and the floor looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned since the last visit. There is no excuse for this sort of lack of attention to hygiene in a store which serves customers of all ages. I certainly wouldn’t want to change a child’s nappy on the changing mat.

Dirty, staff get orders wrong. I've complained before and you gave me free coffee. I don't want coffee, just a clean place to enjoy a coffee. Crewe Costa town centre is disgusting.

I visit many Costa Cafes, as I do enjoy a nice Cup of Tea :o). Generally I find the environments nice and relaxed, excellent customer service / staff and a good choice of drinks and food. Although I wish there were more vegan and gluten free options. Anyway generally very good. Except there is one big negative for me, which I wish Costa Senior Management would become aware of and that is the use of chemical Air freshener 'Sprays' in their toilet facilities, which are an absolute health hazard for people like myself with asthma. Potentially fatal for some and others with lung conditions. costa as a well established Company really need to become aware of this, especially in today's health conscious world that is/has moved towards a more caring health conscious society that's values inclusivity and well-being for all. In case anyone from costa reads this, here is some scientific evidence and health organisation information that may be helpful: * Air fresheners and indoor built environments: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0360132316304334/ * https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5773620 * 5min.
