Avoid this company! They send phishing mails as follows even when you have used the same credit cd for previous orders: „ All we need is for you to contact your bank and obtain the "Processor Authorisation Code" from them and contact us with this information. As soon as we receive this we can match it with our information and then release your order. This is just to ensure the safety and security of our customers by verifying that you are indeed the owner of this card. Please be aware that if you do not provide this within 72 hours from receipt of this email your payment may expire and the order cancelled.“ Hotline not reachable and no response to contact form on their web page.

Ordered an item that was supposed to arrive the following day. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, because it's a busy Christmas period, I waited a day and a half before ringing them. I was on hold for 25mins, then finally I got through... the man checked and told me that there was a problem with my order. First he told me that the warehouse noticed a fault, then told me it was out of stock. I kept him on the line to check through all of my emails, including junk and the email he told me had been sent to notify me simply didn't exist. During me asking him what it is that I'm expected to do now and what my options were, he cut off. That was it. DREADFUL. Clearly a company where the left hand doesn't know what the right one's up to. When there's a problem they lie, refuse to apologise and then hang up.

Ordered a Barbour jacket but accidentally ordered the wrong one. I have been on hold for 25 minutes so far to try and ask for a refund and apparently I am 7th in the queue! They claim to have a live chat facility. They don't. Terrible customer service wish I hadn't bothered with the purchase.

Try to cancel an order , almost impossible . Their response to my email was the item already shipped , 35 minutes after I placed the order . Now it will cost me $ 19.60 to return my order . Buy in the USA

This company has the worst customer service. Any price you may save is not worth it. Do not order from them. I ordered a pair of boots that were over $340 US dollars. The next day, before i received them, the price dropped $20 US dollars. I called several times to request a reduction or to cancel so I can reorder at the lower price (if reduction would not be offered). I was on hold for in excess of 90 minutes. I sent several emails that went unanswered. Eventually, after being on hold for 2 hours I got through, and the person said that there was no reduction, and hung up on me. I would never order anything from this company again.

l placed order had a delivery date waited in all day,when it did not come then went to track which said problem with order ? and to check emails none had been sent after checking with the bank all ok so contacted Country Attire to be told that payment was flagged and l had to phone my bank to get a code? complete waste of time very disappointed with sevice not good enough esp when order was over £700

Ordered Birkenstock Sandals 3.5 weeks ago. They made an odd request for information from my Master card bank that is not available from the bank. They took my $82 and didn’t send the sandals. They don’t respond to emails, phone calls etc. I believe they are a fraudulent company. Very frustrating.

Country Attire is a fraud! No phone numbers or emails work on their website. Beware. I ordered a jacket and they are requesting a copy of my passport or driver's license before they will fulfill the order.

I spent nearly 400 on a coat that was left on my doorstep. I have been in contact on an almost daily basis for over 4 weeks and it is still unresolved. I just want a refund. Poor all around

Received a Barbour jacket. £140. Worn three times and stitching is coming away. They don’t return emails or answer the phone to arrange return or refund of faulty goods.

They have first idea about customer service. Sent wrong size and I had to foot the bill to return from Australia They don’t respond to email and while their automated phone service answers the you transferred to phone that not attended to.

I ordered a package and it was supposed to be sent through BPost. It was never delivered to my address (a new, secure and well-managed apartment building), even though it said it was delivered 3 times on BPost's package information page. Country Attire (aka Internet Fusion) has lied about how long it would take for them to get information from their shipping partners (didn't even name BPost) and still has not gotten back to me. They said if they lost my package, I would get a refund. So even if they delivered to the wrong address I wouldn't get a refund? I am escalating this with Paypal (thank god I paid through Paypal) so I can get my money back and not have to pay for a package that was so clearly never delivered to me.

Countryattre - a fraudulent company! Checking my accounts, I noted that Countryattire have never refunded a return. Also an order that has been cancelled 5 minutes after the order process has been invoiced but never been refunded. Wrote various mails with my credit card statements (David). No reply. Countryattire seem in full decline! I am appalled! Stay away!

Firstly, their customer service is not that bad but the reply is too slow, normally it needs to wait for their reply for 2 days, however, most of the time, we, as customers especially I'm from elsewhere not in UK, would like to have an immediate reply on the matters, such as to cancel the order or amend the order . My experience was that I wanna cancel the order due to mistakenly clicked the wrong size of the rainboots and I sent email to them within 15 mins after placing order, but they sent out the order without replying me any message. Secondly, I can't find the tracking information even I login to my account to see the order history. I hope that they can send the shipping confirmation email with the tracking information with link to access in future. Thirdly, I have placed order in early September and the estimated delivery date should be on Sep 12, but now I don't know where is my parcel now and keep waiting for their reply. I hope they can improve the CS and set a live chat system, all customers can have an immediate reply on those urgent matters. Thanks.

Returned goods for a refund weeks ago, no refund yet ??? Numerous emails to the company and ALL TOO FAMILIAR ..... NO REPLY, also no answer on the phone when i call im just on hold for 20 minutes + this company is absolutely disgusting and should not treat paying customers like this, especially when we are making your living, DISGUSTING you should be ashamed with yourselves

Item never arrived.Company has not responded to 7 emails Ref: Order 4476530 Ordered a Blunt umbrella for my wife on 26th July. One month later and no item received despite a delivered by date of Aug 8th shown at time of purchase. Company ship items with multiple shippers. My purchase is sitting in a Belgian Post Depot, I can track it and it shows that its in the depot. Seven emails later to Country Attire and not one reply. Absolutely shocking non existent customer service. I would highly advise everyone not to buy from these dishonest fraudsters. Go to Amazon. At least you get a reply when something goes wrong.

Very poor service. I sent my return to the address Country Attire sent me in an email for my return. It was delivered over a month ago and they refuse to give me the boots or my return money. An awful company that will just steal your money, go elsewhere for a better deal and better service!
