Avoid at all costs !!! Use bigger retailers with better customer focus. Country Attire offers no customer service or flexibility on terms, including returns for replacement. Bought a pair of Hunter boots as a gift, unfortunately unwanted, tried to return / swap but as 6 days out of 30 day returns period was flatly refused. Requested to speak to a manager but told they do not take calls, when asked if the call handler could speak on their behalf, told rather condescendingly “yes, as they deal with this issue regularly and there is never an alternative outcome”. Next, John Lewis to name but two businesses with far better respect for customers and therefore repeat business.

Received order which did not fit, charged €11 for return! No refund yet as the tracking says the item is on pallet in the the carriers hub after a week in transit. Not recommend due to costly returns and have to wait upto 15 days from them receiving the return ti getting money back. Bear in mind an item that took 3 days ti arrive to me has spent 8 days in transit to a hub.

Do not trust this company they refused to cancel order after less than 24 hours now they claim free returns online w but it is a minefield you have to use their rebound system which is totally unusable !! shame on this online company who take your money and more than others for the same item and do not bother replying and issue a full refund disgusting !

Very slow delivery and even slower refund...no email to confirm order, return or refund unless we contacted them.....it will be the last resort to order again

I called to check on sizing of a boot and was told by the company to order my size as they run true to size. They are enormously large - I should have ordered a size down and now I have to pay $22 to return them.

Mainly that their sizing is totally off. They advertise a UK 4X as a US 18. Definitely not accurate as that would be my size but the jacket I ordered fit more like a US 22. Then to add insult to injury, to return the item cost me an additional $72 plus approx $25 Duty (to ship to Canada).

Aweful service Lacoste face masks not even taken out of wrapper size sent too large say they don’t accept returns nonsense avoid these scammers at all costs !!!

F*cking useless!!! Didn’t get an email confirmation for my order even though the money was taken from my account so I emailed the customer service and they took three days for a useless reply saying they couldn’t find my order on the system. Still haven’t got confirmation that I’m going to receive my order nor do I have a refund. So freaking useless

I had no problem with the purchase and delivery. However, their customer service is in a word terrible. The product I sent back is delivered to their warehouse on 31 July. Since then they did nothing. They are not paying back to me. They share no information. They are not helpful at all. I won't use this horrible website anymore. I will take legal action against them if necessary.

Ordered expensive uggs from here. Couldn't choose signature option for delivery and I never received my order. Courier GPS says it was delivered so they say case closed and I'm down $200. Terrible communication, I had to chase them up ONCE MORE after they said they were waiting to hear back. DONT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU'RE FROM NZ.

What a scam. I ordered wellies last Friday through their site and they charged me straight away. They also claimed for it v rapidly as the transaction is no longer pending. Nonetheless, I haven’t received an order confirmation and have tried their customer service number twice - only to be put on hold for 30 mins and then cut off. They tell you what position you are in the queue which I can only imagine is fake as I was at “position 2” for 20 minutes. They don’t have an email, only their online contact and I haven’t heard from them via that means either. Keep away from these cowboys!

You didn’t put a contact phone number for the delivery service so I couldn’t pay duties and it got sent back. Now trying to get a response from your customer service is slow and difficult. Wish I could give it less

Country Attire uses Landmark Global as their shipping partner to customers outside of the UK, which means you'll never receive your purchase. Frustrating and ending up feeling taken advantage of.

Terrible service. Shoes does not fit its purpose. It caused me huge feet pain after just wearing 10 min popping to a local shop. Could not put a shooes on my feet for 3 days. Sent back and they said no refund as it is used. What an actual f. I have tried to explain it has issues and does not fit its purposes but they dont seems to care and sent back the shoes to me using more packing materials. Very sustainable… After several Email conversations they still say no, simple. Very unprofessional and cant do anything with the shoes as cant wear it.

I ordered a pair of Polo Ralph Lauren swim trunks for men and the dye from the shorts ran on them and turned the white parts navy blue. I have many Swimming trunks from Polo Ralph Lauren and this has never happened before. This has only happened when I ordered from Country attire. Will not be purchasing from this company again. I also paid for 3 day shipping and received order over 2 weeks later.

Sent back a £380 Filson wax jacket that tore just getting in the car. It is now over 6 weeks and apart from an initial email from 'Sorah' saying they have received it and are dealing with it they have not answered any emails or sent a refund. I wish I had read other reviews before buying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would absolutely not deal with this company again. I ordered some sunglasses to be delivered to the US and paid extra for expedited shipping. They failed to provide the necessary customs information and it’s been sitting at fedex for over a week waiting for clearance. Sent multiple emails, no concrete responses, I’m dealing with fedex on my end trying to provide the necessary manufacturer information to get the package cleared. It’s an absolute mess.
