I attempted to put my savings in a forex broker's transaction during the Pandemic. Since then, I've been attempting to withdraw my savings and have been requested to pay fees and taxes each time. On June 30 of last month, I learned that it was all a hoax, and I have already lost $148,000. RecoveryHacker101, was recommended to me by a friend who is quite knowledgeable about the internet. I sent them an email, and they requested that we communicate over WhatsApp. I followed their instructions. After 32 hours of contacting RecoveryHacker101, I received a notification on my phone that my funds had been returned in full and without any stories. I have ordered items from country attire before with no issues at all. Until my last order, I wanted to return an item as damaged. I have emailed them 3 times and tried calling also. With out any success at all. They haven’t replied to any of my emails and definitely unable to get through on the phone. Not a very happy country attire customer.

Awaiting a credit for over 19 days now! Have sent two messages- no response. Spoke to an advisor after hanging on phone for an hour - they said money would be credited Thurs 13th - still no sight of it! Do not purchase from this website - customer service awful!

Ordered a Barbour jacket for my hubby for Christmas. Too small, sent back, still waiting 2 weeks later for refund. Tried calling, held on in queue for 26 mins then call got disconnected. Emailed, no reply. I'm FUMING

Ordered 2 jackets , both had to be returned due to size . Got one refund within a week , the other I have been waiting on since ..emailed twice with no response, phoned 3 times , all saying I am 32 on the list ( how that happens I don't know ) ..if I had read reviews first I probably would not have bothered with this company. order number is 8169879 RAN 1326358 ..my refund would be appreciated..

I bought a pair of boots for $118 They were of very poor quality and the buckle broke on the second wear I contacted the store and they apologised and said to send them back at my own expense and I could get a refund They could not supply me with another pair of better quality I told them it would be very expensive to send them back so they offered me a $20 refund for my very poor quality boots shrug 🤷🏼‍♀️

I ordered a pair of Joules wellies and a wool scarf from Country Attire that were stuck in customs in Memphis, for 9 days with FedEx. I emailed the company and was told I should wait longer. So, I called FedEx myself and spoke with a very nice man, who asked for a description of my items and called me back the same day. The package arrived open and empty, nevertheless, the wellies were found and sent to me. No sign of the scarf. I emailed Country Attire for a replacement scarf, sending photos of the scarf I had ordered. I received a totally different scarf and have emailed them 3 times, along with photos, with no response. Perhaps I should consider myself lucky, I did receive the wellies. I will stay clear of this company in the future.

Brilliant product and delivery, however, returns system is only designed for those with a computer and printer. I have neither! The Post Office said they couldn’t print the label. I was told they could. Took me 20 mins to get through by phone. Still no label as they are reducing their carbon footprint!! Have written details on box and expect a refund soon. Please be aware, not everyone is computer savvy! I am 67 and can only just work an I phone.

My husband purchased me a jacket for Christmas that I had asked for , being a man he wrapped it up not noticing that anything was missing, when I opened it on Christmas Day I saw straight away that the belt was missing , he emailed them on Boxing Day regarding issue left it 2 days hadn’t had a reply so tried to phone but their phone line was down so he messaged them via Facebook to then be told they didn’t have a belt to send and they no longer had the jacket to send a replacement , luckily I found the jacket elsewhere and he ordered it from Hurleys at a slightly lower price and I received it shortly after with the belt , thankyou Hurleys

Ordering and delivery were easy and quick, but jacket delivered was faulty. This fault was so obvious, I believe jacket was a second. I sent it straight back using their returns service and have heard nothing for over two weeks. Money has been taken from my account, no response from Company to my emails, so have asked my credit provider to recover payment. I would not recommend using this company.
