I will NEVER step foot in a Dicks, poorly trained assembly in bike department. Manager was no help at all. Dicks does not stand behind the bikes they sell. Online discounts are confusing. No need to shop at Dicks as you can get equal or slight better from a big box store. I was in Smith Haven LI store, and came into contact with the manager, casher, and they are Dicks employees. I pick up a bike that the seat was never attached properly. I went back and met with the child, kid, maybe 16 years old who put the bike together. Called customer service, did nothing, offered maybe, possibly, a discount on next purchase, never going back to a Dicks!

Me and my daughter stood in the shoe department for over 30 minutes trying to get help while the manager stood there and talked to other employees looking at us. We left and went to finish line and bought two pair of Air forces at a higher price because dicks was unprofessional

Can now understand why Dick's apparently is going out of business. Up front we tried to return an Xmas gift without a receipt. It was a GIFT! Online the item was marked down from $99 to $69. When we went to the right store NOT Dick's Warehouse we were told the items credit value was $15!! Heck of a way to make a profit but more importantly lose a customer. Goodbye Dick's!

My husband placed an online order for a Christian Ronaldo jersey. He received an email stating that it was going shipped. Then they canceled the order saying it was out of stock. Horrible don't order online from. Never know if your order will just be canceled right before Christmas. That was one of his big Christmas gifts too.

Dicks sporting good lost my entire family’s business when stopped selling guns, ammo, and in our local stores cannot find any hunting clothing either…. Their liberal ideas are affecting business practice which is not good for their business….Our local store does so little business they have grass growing in their parking lot…I can’t say I care whether they close the doors or not, because we have an Academy sports < than a mile away that is awesome and gets all of our business….Haven’t missed DICKS for a moment…..

Went PC, Quit selling guns, got rid of all ammo and lost this former customer's business. Haven't shopped there since. Dunham's, Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse blow Dicks out of the water!

Dicks used to offer traditional American sporting goods for hunters and sportsmen, now they are just a far left, virtue signaling tramp. Keep selling your Nikes made in Chinese sweatshops. Some of us know what you really are, sad.

I ordered over 50 pair of shoes and still have not received 24 pair. I call, no one returns call. When I finally get someone on the phone they refuse to let me talk to their supervisor and have the never to tell me to take it up with my credit card company. WHAT? I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. BS THAT IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD. YEAH. NO THANK. YOU. I HAVE FOUGHT CANCER ALL YEAR AND CAN NOT AFFORD THIS LOSS.

Do not purchase the "no sweat personal protection plan" from Dick's. It's run by a third party Asurion and the plan appears to be bogus. We submitted a claim and get the run around from Dick's and no response from Asurion. Buyer beware

What kind of sporting goods store doesn’t sell ammo? If you own a sporting goods store and you support gun control maybe you should consider a different line of work. Some of us are lifelong hunters and exercise gun safety seriously, not all of us use surf boards and spandex. For sure maybe you should adjust the name to “ Dicks SOME sporting goods

I came into Hickory NC store and Taylor Specht came to my rescue. I was looking for a baseball glove for my grandson. I had limited time and she was extremely helpful.

0 stars. Tried to sell me a shoes that they didn’t have in stock. Even though I have photo proof against that claim. (See below.) when I called in 4 biz days later, they told me to expect shipping on 10/14… no email, no call, nothing. First and last time.

Received order inside another box. The box with my order was torn and crushed. There was also some old wrapping paper taped on the back of the box. It was obvious this had been returned by someone and they did not bother to rebox the item. I can't believe you would find this acceptable. This was a gift ! Needless to say, I will never order from Dicks again.

Do not order online from here! I ordered a pair of bowling shoes and saw I wasn’t logged into the app because my shipping wasn’t free. I immediately tried to cancel the order and was told that once the order is submitted I can’t cancel it but I could return it within 90 days, MINUS the $8 shipping! I should have ordered them from Amazon!

Husband and I drove 30 minutes to your Katy location for the sole purpose of purchasing 2 pairs of HOKA shoes. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to get our sizes. Manager was busy, but didn’t even say hello or I will help in a moment. Customers standing around waiting for help. We had to leave. There’s a reason people buy everything online-lack of in person customer service and save time!

Prices are Always way to high so I rarely go to this sporting good chain. They often say they have an item then when U go to the store they claim has the item- they say-‘no we don’t have that!’… no apologies for the false advertising.(This nonsense has Also happened to other people I know.) No respect for the customer at all from this retailer. They just want to get U in there Any way possible and sell U their overpriced junk. Also I was just recently there and purchased an item and in this day and age tried to use a online coupon that every other store accepts in this day and age and was Blatantly told -“We don’t take any online coupons here!”… I said -that’s Not Cool. This all above mentioned is at least commonplace at the Virginia Beach store. The company will post a fake response to this non-coupon taking saying they All Ready give U the lowest price possible-which is a bunch of Hogwash. There policy is Only in the interest of their company-give us your phone number- buy A lot of our overpriced stuff First- then we will give you some kind of discount in the future. Whether they like it or not this is Selfish business for the company and Not the customer.

Horrible experience exchanging goods at the Store in White Plains, NY. They violated store policy for exchanging items. The manager is rude and doesn't care about customer relations. Don't go to this store.
