Why does message not send to Dunelm on their 'Where is my parcel' page. Have tried several times and does not send. Fed up with waiting for a 3rd item since the end of May.

i ordered a set last yr not had it for more then 12 months chairs falling apart parasol snapped i have tried to email on several occasions can you please contact me to return the goods for a full refund

Ordered 3 items on the 26th May. Still waiting for the third. According to Dunelm its on it's way, but it must be by pigeon post, because not received 1st July. Will not use their Online service again.

Wrong labels put on click and collect items. No receipt given out for refunded item - had to be done electronically - ergo wrong refund given and still waiting for balance owing. Emailed, acknowledged. Eventual reply asked if complaint sorted. Well no, still waiting. Wrote long screed giving full explanations codes included (noddy to big ears)..... hoping for reply and refund.

Never received my item that was due over 5 weeks ago. Call centres are closed and I have left 2 emails. Nothing has been done.

Ordered 5 items: 1 was paid for, had a call to confirm delivery the following day, then had an email confirming my cancellation. Customer service did not answer call as I had not cancelled so sent email which was answered a day or two later saying the item was out of stock. 1 item arrived broken and on returning it to local store was not given any evidence of my return and was asked to wait for an email, however, as emails and phone calls had not been received with other orders was a little worried that no email or refund would be sent and with no evidence of return I would have no recourse. 2 items arrived damaged but not so bad I can't disguise or hide it in some way. 1 item ok. Have no confidence in online service. Customer service have never answered a call. Emails and calls on day of delivery not forthcoming. I did receive refunds when I was told I would but not as quickly as the money was taken. Would buy from store so I can check product myself. Will never order online again.

Placed order 17th may, payment was taken 19th may, have sent 40 emails, just get automated reply, phone lines are closed, have had to contact credit card company to get a refund, would never use this company in the future, and advise anyone thinking of placing an order not to bother, worst company in the UK

Terrible company, ordered wallpaper that hasn't arrived, raised a complaint, no response from them, can't call them (no answer), sure they will blame covid-19, can it really take a month to organise delivery of 5 rolls of wallpaper. Other companies are delivering fine. An excuse of a company.

I'm still waiting for my delivery that should have arrived on or before 1st june. No contact after completing the online form for the 3rd time. No contact number works to physically talk to someone. So I'm left out of pocket with no product

My order was promised on 12th June, I then received an email to advise the order had to be rearranged because they didn’t have stock. I rearranged for 17th June but then received an email to advise it would be delivered on 12th, I stayed in all day waiting and nothing. I also did the same on 17th and nothing. I filled in a contact form & was told it should have arrived on 12th so the issue would be passed to the investigations team, that was on the 17th! I haven’t heard from them since! I have requested a refund of £199!! And they haven’t even acknowledged the email and you can’t contact them by phone. They have £199 of my money & I can’t get anybody to respond to my email. I will not deal with Dunelm again. Disgusted with their customer service, I realise we are in extraordinary times but don’t promise things you can’t deliver!!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, when I contacted customer service they responded and contacted the delivery company (Hermes). After Hermes said that it was delivered and signed for! Dunelm customer service stoped contacting me! I am telling them that I was not the one that signed for the parcel and I have not received it and all!!! My emails are being ignored! I spent £40 and nothing is being done about it! Never shopping there again!

I payed in full for a rug on 25th may after 5 emails and one saying my rug has been dispatched I still don't have my rug. All I get back is they will investigate it and find out where it is, Its over 3 weeks now.

Paid in february for 4 items of furniture one arrived damaged. After lots of emails, most ignored, numerous phonecalls and broken promises finally got defective item picked up today. Nearly 4 months later. Covid or no covid is pathetic. I can see by other reviews is not just me. What a shower last time I deal with them.

Ordered blackout curtains they arrived and I sent them to have them shortened cost £50. Put them up and the first time we closed them was when the grandson stayed over so still day light at bed time. I complained that there were several places were small amounts of light came in. I contacted Duel customer service they did offer to replace them or refund if I sent them back I explained that I would rather a part refund as I had no curtains to put back up and I had paid to have them shortened. Was offered 20% refund and no more. Had me over a barrel as I need curtains at the window and did not want to pay another £50 to have replacements shortend

I work in customer service and am appalled at dunelm customer service they need to have people to investigate what went wrong . I ordered curtains that didnt come and got a generic response due to virus couldnt have 2 people delivering furniture what rubbish I was ordering curtains they need to review there customer service I will never order from dunelm on line again

I ordered a roller blind for £32 and paid online as stores were closed due to lockdown. The colour was wrong so when store opened again I went back to change it. I picked another one for £24. By then my first blind was in the sale for £16 so instead of refunding me £16 they had the audacity to charge me another £8 to make it up to £24. Absolute day light robbery. Is this legal? Disgusting service.

Order from another company I placed an order for a rug and the dispatch note said I would be contacted to by the courier to arrange a delivery date Dunelm do not have a customer services chat or phone line you have to email and wait for a response 2 weeks and three ignored emails later I'm finally told the order was delayed as the courier was unable to contact me This is completely untrue as my correct number was on the dispatch note and I have not had any missed calls Its obvious that the original order never went through to the courier as today the rug on the website is now mysteriously showing as unavailable I have been told I have to contact the courier to arrange my delivery Telephoned them and they are closed Shocking customer services from Dumelm and I am still out of pocket with no rug

I recently purchased double fitted sheets for my two daughters. Both reported back that the sheets did not in fact fit their double mattress and were too small.
