“An absolute farce from start to finish! Waited 15 minutes in store to be told I could only buy online, item of furniture arrived looking like it had been run over by the delivery lorry, took 2 weeks to get it collected. A month later and still waiting on the result of my complaint. Very poor customer service I won't be using them again.”

“Went into dunelm Taunton today And had a very good and helpful member of the staff hr name was heather and she helped me choose the right bit of furniture then helped me to the car with it and packed all this by herself and she wasn’t a youngster so far play to her store number is 0623 hope you give her some recognition regards Mrs teresa bishop”

“Today i was served by a gentleman called Martin, he went that extra mile to ensure I had all my products , Martin is a credit to your team.. thank you Martin for finding me a sailor duck that no one else could, we need more people like Martin on the checkouts Bev”

“Had a really good experience at dunelm today nothing too much trouble for Ginny and Dan . Found exactly what I was looking for. A lovely pair of customer service assistants . Good experience go shop there 🙂”

“We have just had a delivery from Dunelm, the delivery company was Panther, there was a little blip as our telephone no wasn’t taken correctly but other than that the service from Dunelm and panther were excellent, we could track Panther’s progress bringing our package and the driver phoned us about 1/2 hour before arrival, all in all a very good service.”

“I ordered voile curtains excellent unfortunately my husband measured wrong we phoned them very friendly staff said return them and we will sort without any charge brilliant service would recommend them to anyone”

“Further to the below: Colliers Wood store staff redeemed themselves! Despite the poor impression given over the phone, the items were indeed in stock and I was offered help to carry them to my car despite the rain. I was impressed with the variety and quality of wares on this, my first (and now not last!) Visit.”

“I recently purchased a door curtain and a blackout blind. The Dunelm website was easy to navigate, had an excellent choice of quality products, and the checkout was easy, offering multiple ways to pay for my goods, which made the process so simple. Delivery seems to be very efficient and my goods were well packaged. A happy customer, who will check out Dunelm's website again.”

“Visited Lancaster store today and Denise the helpful curtain adviser was excellent. We were looking for some made to measure curtains, had picked out a pattern and she gave us a price. Helpfully she then pointed out that for our curtain measurements they had the same pattern in the premade curtain section, much cheaper and ready to take away and hang immediately. Very grateful for her advice and helpfulness, bought the curtains and tiebacks, hung them straight away and very pleased with them. Great customer service by a member of staff putting the customer first.”

“lovely assistant happily collected more cushi on fillers from warehouse. Kev helped my daughter & I get the correct size rug then carried to the till & out to the car.Helen was lovely with a great sense of humour too.”

“I can't comment on the divan bed which I purchased as it is still unopened. However I can comment on the smashing delivery guys, Paul and Lee , they text and phoned to say it was on its way and put the divan in the correct room for me. Smashing guys and genuine. Many thanks. Pauline .”

“Normally people are one to jump on the negative reviews but i truly believe that Dunelm Customer service deserves to get a positive review. Long story short.. bought a beautiful chandelier and there was so much wrong with it however Dunelm were superb in rectifying the situation, reordering it for us and checking to see whether we had received the replacement. Couldn't be happier with the way they responded to our complaint. So professional and helpful! Things do go wrong but the way it gets handled speaks volumes. Thanks again Dunelm!”
