Awful, awful customer service. They have misleading information on their website and cannot return what I bought to the store they have listed on their own website? this store should be banned. Stay away, people! not worth your money or time. Now I have to pay shipping for 2 pair of shoes that did not fit and need to return by mail. Zero stars if I could.

ECCO WOMEN'S SOFT 7 SNEAKER Definitely not comfortable and definitely not soft. I returned them in perfect condition over 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my credit. I will never shop here again.

I've been very impressed with ECCO's customer service and policies. Even when a return went sideways, ECCO did the right thing and issued my return. I'm also very happy with my ECCO shoes, which last a very long time and are more comfortable than any others.

Purchased a pair white runners on the recommendation of your staff sale assistant, paid $259.95. The shoe on my right foot gave me a large blister which started to bleed. The other shoe on my left foot was perfect. The shoes purchased in February last year. I had spinal surgery in late March and thought the white sand shoes would help me when walking, for light exercise. I needed to rest (no walking) for eight weeks. I persevered thinking the leather in the heel of the shoe would soften and everything would be fine. It hasn’t and in the meantime I travelled overseas. Took the shoes to the store I purchased them Sydney City spoke to the Manager. Explained my situation showed the shoes informed her I did not want a refund or exchange I would like the heel of the shoe to be repaired as she could see the shoes have not been worn that much and many band aids on the heel of the shoe to prevent further injury. Prof of purchased was on my store history unfortunately because I had worn the shoes she could do nothing for me as the shoes are not faulty my feet are the problem. I have as well as my family have purchased many Ecco shoes both female and male shoes. I have never had a problem before. The manager told me to sent a email to your customer service don’t ring as you will be waiting for a long time. Went home very disappointed as she repeatedly said my feet are the problem and of course I have worn the shoes that is why I have a problem with them. Rang your customer service and again she informed that there is nothing your company can do for me. I feel that is unacceptable $259.95 for a pair of your shoes that I can not wear because they are causing me injury and pain. Most disappointed by your store manager, she was not interested in what I was telling her and insisting my feet are the problem not the shoes. I informed her I would ring customer service as I was not a happy existing customer. Ecco shoes was recommended by my podiatrist many years ago I will inform her about my experience and how unhelpful the staff in store and customer service are.

Ecco had been my mother’s go-to shoe… Ecco had been my mother’s go-to shoe for many years until her latest experience with poor quality and non-existent customer service. The latest pair (sandals) had been worn one season and stored over the winter in the original box with the silica gel packets included when purchased. With a purchase price at Nordstrom’s of $169.99, she reasonably expected to wear them again this past summer (2023). To our surprise, the soles were cracked and chunks of sole fallen off in the box. We emailed Ecco in mid-October, 2023, for help with no response. We emailed Ecco again on November 30, 2023, requesting a response but none has come to date (February 11, 2024). There is no customer service number to call and Ecco’s chat feature says it is unavailable. After researching this issue, I have found there are literally hundreds of similar complaints from consumers regarding defective soles and no customer service options. We would NEVER recommend Ecco shoes after this awful experience. Shame on you Ecco for terrible customer service and deteriorating quality!

My shoes arrived. They were too small, too narrow ugly and when I went to send them back they had no return policy no return label I had to send them back. It cost me $50 to send them back. I would never order from this company ever again worst customer service in the entire world.

I had to return a pair of boots that were too big. After contacting Ecco twice, I finally received a refund after 2 months. Never again!

Shoe quality is ok on most offerings. Customer service has declined, exchanges are no longer available and agents seems all to happy to quote unhelpful policies and obscure delays in refunds or shipping. They are not alone in the space of declining on-line service but it's disappointing because they used to be pretty good. Brick and mortar are returning to my shopping wheelhouse.

Warning prospective ECCO purchasers: i got a pair of black dress boots and wore them less than 50 times. Then the heels and soles (which were not leather but some kind of artificial material) started to disintegrate. I left a trail of black particles when I walked. Since this issue occurred after the one year warranty period, I'm out of luck. Premium brand, ha!

My dress shoes have been worn maybe 4-5 times and look brand new. At a funeral yesterday, I noticed chunks of rubber at my feet and realized my shoes were coming apart. The heel came off on the walk out of the church. I was afraid I would be barefoot before I got to the car. For what these cost, they should last a good long time. In contacting Ecco, I was told they were out of warranty. So many people are reporting this issue, the company needs to make good on their product. I certainly won’t invest in this brand again.

I have over 15 pairs of Ecco shoes, golf, dress and casual. I have recently has three pairs of my men’s dress shoes have their soles deteriorated and crumble off. These shoes were 4-5 years old but like brand new. As I am retired they were worn very little throughout COVID. When I contacted Ecco they would not stand behind their product and stated it did not fall within their warranty criteria. I am no longer a Ecco customer. This is a common issue with their shoes. Please do your research before buying their dress shoes with a light weight sole. I am truly disappointed with Ecco. Long time, loyal customer. Dave

I'm writing for customers to be aware of Ecco's policies. I have been trying to reach someone at Customer Service for weeks and have mainly received generic content emails telling me about their return policies. The email says returns are processed and refunded in 2-4 weeks. A MONTH to see your money back?? Worst of all, 2 of the pairs they sent me were damaged and had some sticky, white stuff all over the sole that was unwashable. I sent everything back pretty promptly and it was received back at Ecco Jan 5. I've been fighting ever since to get an answer or more importantly a refund. This really amounts to fraud at this point when no one is responding at the company so I can't escalate anything. Also they're keeping all the money while not answering so before I get my credit card merchant involved, I truly have no idea if and when they plan on giving customers back their money. Very shady and please save yourself the trouble!

I do like the shoes and have several pairs. However I recently returned a pair because they were uncomfortable. They were received by Ecco on January 12, 2024. It is now the 23rd and as previous posters have said, the customer service is simply terrible. No telephone number, chat service never available, so you must email. And then you will be told to expect up to 4 weeks for a refund. Sorry Ecco, not good enough. I have returned other items to other retailers since returning these shoes, and I have received those refunds. I will not do business with Ecco any longer. You won't be able to sit on my money again!

Be aware some footwear comes from Poland. I waited over 3 weeks for an order - too late for a planned holiday. When the boots arrived I arranged for them to be returned where I was informed I'd have to wait until the footwear arrived back in Poland before I can have a refund. Not good enough customer service Ecco.

I ordered shoes in November and I still have not received them. Ecco has done nothing to assist me with finding my shoes or offered up any solution. I’ve been a customer for years and have referred several people. I’ve always purchased shoes in the store, this was my first online purchase with them and will be my last purchase ever. Terrible customer service.

I ordered multiple pairs of shoes in November for Christmas gifts. The website gave the opportunity to select the US size so we selected a size 6. When the shoes arrived, they were a 37 (which is not comparable to a US 6) instead of a 36. I've dealt with European shoe sizes on a consistent basis so this was a shock. When I tried to contact Ecco, they have no customer service phone number available, their chat feature consistently says that there are no agents available, and so the only available option is through email (which takes days to receive a response). They do not accept exchanges and require you to pay for shipping for returns (which cost me $75 - they do not provide a return label and deduct it from your refund as many companies do). I returned the shoes with a tracking number (per their return form) and it says the package was delivered on December 16th to the warehouse. I contacted them at the end of December because I had not received my refund or even confirmation that they had received my return. In response, I was told to wait until after January 8th (nearly a month after they have received the item). It is now January 11th, I have not received my refund, confirmation of my return, their chat feature still says that there are no agents available, and the only way I have to contact them is through email. I WILL NOT buy anything from Ecco again. This is absolutely abysmal service.

It is about customers service,Milford Mall North Shore Pure harassment by the saleswoman, unprecedented We came to exchange purchased sneakers, which I bought the day before, for some others that I had tried on but didn't buy, and I decided that I would like them to be more expensive but stronger and better for my feet. We didn't succeed, the saleswoman thought that I had to try on the sneakers again so that I wouldn't have to come and change them every day, brazenly and rudely, we didn't explain ourselves, we took the money and left.
