Ordered some Ecco Soft white trainers to replace some that I’ve had for several years. I ordered the same size I’ve always had in Ecco and they are like boats! My husband who is a 42 could wear them. I’ve sent them back and I won’t be ordering them in a smaller size as the quality is nothing like they used to be. What’s happened to Ecco quality that you could always rely upon?

I have been happy with Ecco for many years. As Ecco have decided to keep trading with Russia after Russia went to war with Ukraine I will no longer be an Ecco customer. Ecco you should be ashamed.

I bought I pair of shoes I bought I pair of shoes, return and never received my money back. Tried to contact to customer services, lost of time. Still waiting for return call from a ECCO company. WHERE IS MY MONEY?????

poor quality, prices very high. something went wrong with this company. I used to love these shoes in the past, nowadays they aren't worth buying. and you have to wait ages for your money if you send shoes back to shop.

In the Makro store I bought Ecco shoes, they hurt me, I wanted to return it as a defective product, but I was refused in the Macro. In the Ecco store they can't help me either. Money wasted due to a defective product. Regards

Never received my order, seems to have been lost by Canada Posts but I still have to pay the shoes! Never got an email to tell me. The first and last time I order with Ecco Shoes.

Bloody shocking customer services. Dont answer phone dont reply to emails.. After 4 weeks got a reply that you have my return. But apparently another 10 days before I get refund Awful....

Bought several pairs of shoes to try on at home. All were large fitting. Returned and took almost 2 months for a refund! Had to return a few pairs by one method, and another by a different service because they’d been shipped from different places - annoying. I received far less when the refund finally arrived because they’d been reduced in the sale several times. Felt scammed that they took so long to process a refund - don’t know any company that takes so long? Thought this was a good company, but returns process really frustrating. Had to phone & email & didn’t receive a call back when I was told I would - just never heard anything.

I used to only wear Ecco shoes as they were the only shoes that lasted and were comfortable. Not any more. Now the factories seem to be mainly in Asia, the shoes are not the quality they once were. Price hasn't gone down either . Shoes also seem a skimpier and narrower fit. And I can't wear Ecco all day like I used to. I have now had 3 pairs where the sole split and/or crumbled into a sticky black mess. Another pair, Mary Jane style shoe, the black sole is turning white at the bottom of the sole and I'm not game to wear them out in case they fall apart. One other pair I wore out and the soles came away and completely fell off as I was walking. Awkward and embarrassing. I put up a review and got a reply saying the shoes were an older design. Sure, they might have been an older design, but they should still be able to be worn without the soles completely coming away when I'm walking. What if I had been an older person out walking and my shoes fall apart ? Ecco management doesn't seem to care about the deterioration of a once quality product, customer care is poor and the price remains high. As long as the money comes in, eh .. Money should be refunded, even in the absence of a receipt and no questions ask when the soles deteriorate/crumble away, no matter the age of the shoes. No more Ecco for me. Buyer beware.

Terrible quality shoes and a total lack of response from customer service. Bought a pair from the Lisbon store and they came apart after one week (see photos). Store did not respond to a single email or phone call. Head office said it's not their problem, and contact the store. Shocking.

I bought an Ecco shoes from Oxford Ecco store for about 3 years ago but the sole was damaged as you see from the picture.

ECCO TREDTRAY WOMEN'S BOOT Most important, Ecco remove client's review from its website. !!! Not ignorable These boots have so uncomfortable, the heel cups made from very tough material (not leather) to bleed heels. They are fashionable but absolutely not comfortable

I bought a shoes 2 month back from Pune store but shoes color got fade and not store person saying it's normal but before they told if there will be any issue in color we will replace the shoes

The gentleman in the Harrogate shop on Saturday was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he was really polite & professional but lovely with it.

ECCO stands by their products. I returned 10+ year old shoes when the sole literally disintegrated. An easy, prompt and cost free return that provided a $150 voucher for replacement. The new shoes have a far better sole. I own six pairs and the new Holton design a great fit and comfortable.

Very pathetic quality without warranty for wear & tear. The shoes of worth 20k got torn in 4 months and ECCO isn't bothered to repair it under warranty. Firstly if you are making such expensive shoes, the basic requirement is good quality. And if you can't offer good quality, better consider the wear & tear under warranty for approximately 12 months.

The shoes ordered online were defective. I returned them and the customer service was terrible. I asked for a replacement. After more than a month the sneakers arrived yesterday. The laces were dirty with spots and the shoes were recycled. In the past I purchased from Nordstrom and Stan’s never online. I have never had a worst experience and to think the shoes were recycled is maddening.

I bought a pair of shoes from the Square One mall in Canada. the new manager Indrani was very nice and pleasant. She was informative about the product and leather used to make the shoes.
