“This company takes forever to ship. They were getting better but now they’re getting worse a year or two ago. They were incredible and then they switched carriers and now it’s impossible to get anything less than 30 days. I don’t know anybody who wants to wait 30 days to receive a product.”

While we aim to deliver within 10 business days sometimes delays can occur, we see that your delivery took 13 days, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. “Overall I am very happy with this company. Their customer service is quick to respond during business hours and very helpfull. The only reason they a pefect rating is the shipping time. It does take the full 7 - 10 days to get an order. Refunds do take a couple or more weeks as well so that could be improved. The process to cancel an order was quick and easy.”

“On my blu nation rewards I have 11701 points and no one will show me how to apply those points when I buy from Electric Tobacconist. I spent $3000 last year and can't use my points. I cashed a bunch of them in for $5 couponds but no store would take them. What's up with all that? Can someone help me redeem my points toward my next ($300) order? God bless”

As a result, we now work with private carriers who ensure compliance with these regulations. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). “Good product--little bit of a problem starting the produt up. Figured out how to make them work all the time. Wife loves them-I don't indulge. Beats nasty tobacco smoke and tar all over the place.”
