I have always had great success ordering here and I am very happy with the product and the service. Delivery is reliable and timely, usually about a week. The products are legitimate. I would absolutely recommend this site for your nicotine ordering needs.

I am impressed with the service and the product. I recently went online to get all my Vuse Alto products, and although shipping can take a long time, it’s not the fault of this company. Each of the first two times I sent an email about my order being stuck in transit, and each time I did that I had my order delivered. This last time I actually just ordered what I wanted giving S&H a three week time frame and I did get what I ordered in time. This past year it has been hard to get out of the house to buy my pods, so online shopping has been a necessity. And I thank ET for their speedy intervention when it was needed. I must add that thus far I have received zero duds, which is a huge difference from buying them locally.

Very easy to shop & the website is intuitive & functional. It would be nice if the free shipping break point were a bit lower, but, otherwise, ET is a great site to shop at, & the customer service is always friendly.

I was so angry. I ordered these refills for my blue ecig and the guy knocked on my door, but never gave me time to get there. I do have disabilites an d it takes me a little more time to answer the door. Every time I would go to the door when he would come. I would see him driving away.Now I have no code to re-order And I don’t know what to do. I have money at the electric tobacconistbut I don’t know how to do it and all you have is a stupid online email. No phone number how annoying.

Electric Tobacconist is awesome but the quality of Blu Cherry Disposables has slid down hill . I see the lot number (14360) is the same for the last few orders . Sometimes the blu light doesn't light up or the juice runs out pretty fast . Hopefully a new batch will get back on track . jim edwards

Order was never received. Despite repeated contacts by email to determine the location and timing of the arrival of the order, it was never provided. After waiting for 5 weeks (and being told it was not considered late until 40 days), they told me the order had been returned and I was being charged a $20 restocking fee. Pricing is just "OK" but delivery and service are a disaster - and then charging me $20 at the end is nothing but a SCAM! Nothing positive to say about Electric Tobacconist and BLU regarding this experience.

I prefer the Blu Gold Leaf pods 1.2% over other vapes. I can't get them anywhere else, so I am delighted to be able to get them from Electric Tobacconist. The prices are good and they ship them right away. They make the process as easy as possible and the delivery time is very good considering the distance.
