I have been emailing you and messaging you for over 2 weeks. You are ignoring my facebook messages and have been on hold for overall for 6 hours. My item has not arrived and it doesnt even have the correct address even though I gave you the correct one and you confirmed it would be okay. What am i mean to do this is appalling

I have spent over 5 hours on hold, reached out via media and sent emails. NO ONE has bothered to reply. The wring address was out onto my order, THE ONE TIME I got through to someone and gave them my correct one, guess what she put the wrong postcode. I want to know where my package is, this is an absoloute joke. Your customer service is shocking you should be ashamed of yourselves. WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I received an email from what is claiming to be your company, confirming an order that I did not make. It's most likely a scam to aquire credit card information, but I figured I'd check, in case I need to report credit fraud. The order number it gave me is : HF-850-1572-1B If this order was made, please cancel it and I will report the issue to my bank. Thank you for your help.
