“ In investigation through PayPal shows they took the money once as a regular purchase and had also set up the payment as a recurring payment which also came out of my account! I cancelled the recurring payment and then tried to contact EMP Customer Service through their online chat and it was so poor - whenever anyone tried to type a messge the chat would close down. ”

“ Extremely poor customer service , took almost 2 months to get a proper refund and even then they deducted costs they had originally agreed to cover. They appear to be set up adequately from on IT perspective. Couldn’t provide return labels and the accounts department work manually Avoid purchasing with this company at all costs !!! ”
