I received a request for a review and as often is the case, an error had been made. Instead of typing a message, I accidentally hit the stars and then, continued with the message stating that I had NOT yet received the item, but would certainly review it upon arrival. I heard from the seller wondering why I had given a rating when I didn't have the product. I immediately responded to her explaining the situation ... and now am attempting to contact you, to eliminate that error. Please help. Thank You ... The seller is ClassyFabCharm. Donna Baker

We ordered a name necklace order #1230960322 on Sept. 24th with instructions on where to mail this gift.
