“EXOTIC VOYAGES DELIVERS - METICULOUS SERVICE, COUNTRY SPECIALISTS, PATIENCE, WARMTH, GOING THE EXTRA MILE!! I am a traveller who does meticulous research when planning any vacation - I also prefer to book some aspects of the trip on my own. Attending a wedding in Bangkok this past November prompted us to embark on that once-in-a lifetime trip to Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Thailand, Siem Reap, Cambodia and Hanoi/Halong Bay in Vietnam with our adult twin daughters - major foodies!! How would we manage the perfect trip with them in 10 days? A Travel Agent friend recommended Exotic Voyages. I started planning in August with Judy (Tran Thuy) whose knowledge of her areas and sensitivity to our particular needs, were quite remarkable. .This was a kindred spirit planning my vacation - Judy was never too busy to respond to me!! Before she went on Maternity leave in mid-September, the Itinerary was complete - and she gave over to Ha Vy, her colleague, who also epitomised service with a smile. In Bangkok, we were exceedingly lucky to have their Regional Manager, Manop Sakchiraphong (Mark) take special care of us. He is very professional, warm and friendly, with a detailed knowledge of his region - it truly felt like someone in my family, a perfectionist, was looking out for me! Their tours, guides, drivers and staff were superlative - all my personal requests were given utmost priority and the FOOD TOURS were fantastic!! They helped with reservations at all restaurants I wanted and advised candidly on what suited our family. We will always be grateful.”

“Perfect trip design Diep setup exactly the trip I wanted including rural locations when others said it could not be done. Every day was perfect, hotels and food were great. The best.”

“great trip to Hanoi My Travel Designer Hoa Tran a organized a great short trip to Hanoi and environs after a discussion of my interests and goals. The visa service, greeting and orientation on arrival made the transition into Vietnam easy. I stayed at a great boutique hotel in the Old Quarter so that I could easily walk around this vibrant area as well as walk along the nearby old French colonial streets. She recommended some local restaurants with excellent food in exotic settings and she and my guide Xuon brought me to some of the best coffee places in terms of both atmosphere and genuine local experience. I took my favorite walking shoes, a camera, and took many cell phone photos, including the photogenic food and coffee places. The visit within the city and an excursion to the countryside were well-organized and adjusted so that I experienced exactly what I wanted, including historic Phat Diem and beautiful Ninh Binh. I was sad to leave my hotel and head back for an easy transfer to the airport. I had a well-organized personalized Hanoi tour with an unforgettable local experience and plan to ask Hoa to organize another great trip to Vietnam for next year.”

“Exotic Voyagers | Myanmar - Great Travel-Consultants In 2020 we are going for a 10-days vacation to Myanmar. We have found Exotic Voyagers through Google and we are so happy that we have found the perfect partner and travel agents for our family vacations. Quynh Hoa was our consultant and she was perfect. All travel-plans came perfectly on time, they very always individualized to our needs and wishes, Quynh Hoa gave great advise and helped us setting up the perfect plan for our 10day visit to Myanmar. “Superbe découverte du Vietnam de la baie d’Ha Long à Hoi An Superbe voyage organisé avec Trang ! Hanoï, la baie d’Ha Long et la baie d’ha long terrestre puis Hue et Hoi An ! 2 guides différents car un pro régime et un anti ! Super intéressant d’avoir du coup les 2 visions ! Et en plus des gens très gentils partout, de superbes paysages et de la nourriture extra. Trang a réussi à m’organiser un superbe voyage répondant parfaitement à mes attentes avec de la culture, des rencontres, de la détente et des balades ! Et tout cela en ayant pu seulement confirmé au dernier moment à cause de soucis personnel! Trang a tenu son engagement de me maintenir mon projet de voyage pendant 3 mois ! Merci et merci d’être venue me voir à Ha Noi Si je reviens au Viêt Nam cela encore avec l’aide de Trang que j’ai connu via Evaneos”

“Full Service Trip Planning EXCELLECE We were gifted several days in Vietnam with Exotic Voyages as part of our honeymoon travels through SE Asia and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. Not only did Annie ensure we were well taken care of during our time with Exotic Voyages, but she helped us plan our trip before and after the time with her company, including restaurant recommendations, site-seeing suggestions, and personal WhatsApp texts to make sure we were safe and well. 100% recommend and would absolutely travel with Exotic Voyages again. “21 Day trip from South to North Vietnam Hoa Tran was my Travel Designer for my wonderful trip from the South to the North of Vietnam. She did a fabulous job setting up my trip. I never waited for anything. Every place I visited the driver and guide would be waiting for me in the hotel lobby. Likewise all the special activities for me to enjoy during my travels the hosts would be waiting for my arrival. It really made me feel like a VIP. My trip was a cutural / military trip. I am not veteran but a good neighbor and friend was killed during the Vietnam war. It has been my wish for many years to visit the place of his death. Hoa researched the information I gave her regarding my friends circumstances. She did a great job setting me up with veterans from the war who were able to locate the exact location of my friends death. It was a very emotional and yet satisfying time for me. I was able to close a chapter in my life from many years ago. The hotels were fabulous. Again all the places I stayed treated me as a VIP. All the meals were delicious. I have never experienced this kind of personal treatment anywhere I have traveled before. So in closing I can truly say that anyone who wishes to see Vietnam would be doing themselves a big favor choosing Exotic Voyages. “Excellent Bangkok Tour Diep helped plan an excellent tour. Our guide, Toto, was very well-informed about the city, history and in particular about customs/Buddhist practices - important for us. Plus he was very considerate about our interests, pace and my wife’s bad knee. He was a pleasure to spend time with. They handle everything: custom trip planning, hotel pick-up, site admission, meals and transport. And, they do it well. We have found them to be responsive, easy to communicate with and, most importantly, highly reliable. We have been very please with them and have used them several times in the past. We plan to use them to organize tours in the future and highly recommend them. Note: we booked our hotel and international flights ourselves.”

“Ten Days in Saigon, Hong Hong Kong and Macao Just flawless...all arrangements were meticulously planned and carried out. The hotels in Saigon, Hong Kong and Macao were top class and provided very friendly reception. All the guides were very knowledgeable and made our sight seeing trips more interesting. “My father and I did a tour of Vietnam ( Hoi An, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh), as well as three nights in Siem Reap Cambodia. I worked with Mai Phuong who I cannot recommend enough. She went above and beyond all expectations. She took care of The visa paperwork, picked excellent hotels in central locations, checked in frequently, and always made sure to ask what we wanted to do. The tour guides working with Exotic Voyages are funny, on time, and knowledgeable. Thank you again for an amazing vacation. - Lisa”

“We had a two week gap in our schedules and decided to take a last minute vacation to an unfamiliar destination. The amount of planning it would have taken to line up all the tours and hotels, plus the domestic flights to northern Thailand and Phuket would have eaten into our vacation time. Ha, our Travel Expert from Exotic Voyages, crafted a two week experience that covered most, if not all of the Thailand experience my wife and I wanted to experience during our stay. From the flower market of Bangkok, to the Elephant Sanctuary in the mountains of Chiang Mai, and Phi Phi Island at Phuket, Ha planned an itinerary that was comprehensive and covered what we were looking for, when we didn't have a firm idea of what we wanted to experience. Our only regret is the trip didn't last a few days longer. Exotic Voyages will on the top of our list to contact for our next trip.”

“It is always a bit worrisome to use a new travel advisor so far from home, but in this case, Exotic Voyages and Diep Nyugen, could not have done a better job. I took my twin, adult daughters on this 16 day trip for their birthdays. We started in Hanoi and ended in Saigon, with other major stops and events along the way. It really was the “perfect” trip. I highly recommend them.”

“We used Exotic Voyages for our trip to north Vietnam and central Vietnam. We had a trip we'll never forget. Annie, our travel designer, mapped out a well-paced, relaxing, and fun tour throughout Vietnam. She went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel special and taken care of. Her tour guides were fantastic and informative. Annie also helped us plan out our trips to other SE Asian countries with advice and tips. Will definitely use Exotic Voyages again when traveling to SE Asia.”

“Nous avons connu Trang lorsque nous avons sollicité la plateforme Evaneos pour notre voyage Cambodge et Viêt Nam Grâce à ses conseils nous avons déterminé le temps et le contenu de notre périple. En quelques échanges nous avons réussi à concocter le voyage sur mesure que nous souhaitions. Tout s’est passé comme prévu au rythme de ces pays magnifiques et des rencontres toutes sympathiques sur place et avec des guides toujours professionnels et à l’écoute. Nous repartons grâce à Trang vers le Viêt Nam Nord et le Laos en mars avril 2020 pour passer le nouvel an laotien. Nous sommes très impatients 😃”

“We used Exotic Voyages for a previous trip to Myanmar, and their service was excellent then. So when it was time to go exploring the remote area of North West Vietnam, we didn't need to look any further for a travel agent to manage our unusual trip. Exotic Voyages are easy to deal with, and nothing is a problem for them. Both Ly and Rose were extremely helpful. Thankfully Rose noticed my passport was about to expire and sent me an urgent Messenger message and email, in time for me to rush a new passport and visas through. Our journey was 5 days, 4 nights setting off from Hanoi towards Ha Giang. This part of Vietnam is remote and still untouched. We stayed in the best accommodation available, including a thatched bungalow in a rice terrace. Our guide Trung had a great relationship with the local people, so we were invited into people's homes for a look around, into schools, markets etc. He always found somewhere for lunch that was safe, healthy eating. He extended one day's driving to venture to the Vietnam/China border at Tianbaozhen which we loved. The roads were atrocious but our trusty driver got us around every hairpin bend and up and over every mountain pass. We only had one truly scary incident when confronted with a car passing a truck on one of these hairpin bends. Trung was friendly and knowledgeable with excellent English. He was an expert on all things Vietnam, and managed to answer all our questions. We had a lot of laughs during our long days driving. By the time we finished our tour, we felt like we'd gained 2 more friends. I would highly recommend using Exotic Voyages for any travel within Asia.”

“WOW! What an amazing trip of a lifetime. If you are EVER looking to go to SE Asia, you should look into booking your trip with Exotic Voyages! Our trip was truly amazing based on the customer service we received on this trip. From the moment we thought about going to SE Asia, we knew that we were going to need help booking this trip. From the moment we contacted Exotic Voyages, all of our anxieties about arranging this vacation were greatly put to ease. We had the amazing Vy help us plan out 2 week trip to Thailand so we could attend the Lantern Festival. All the way from the initial questionnaire to the final booking process, she was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We spent time all over Thailand (Bangkok, Krabi & Chiang Mai) and every single day we saw such amazing temples, ate the best food and stayed at some of the most beautiful hotels. Our day guides (Mong in Chiang Mai was the BEST!) made us feel comfortable and we truly felt that we got to know them as family. I am so glad that I used Exotic Voyages to help us plan our trip & they really took all of the hard work of planning out for us. I hope that one day we will return back to Thailand or explore other parts of SE Asia and I KNOW we will use Exotic Voyages. Thank you again for the most amazing trip ever, Eva & Justin”

“We used Exotic Voyages for our 3 week trip. Annie made it organized and easy from the very beginning. She worked with me to develop and tweak many itineraries. All of the airline connections were efficient and complete, right down to seating and boarding passes. All hotels were immaculate, reasonable and central to the best locations. All tours and excursions were professional and spot on. There was always someone waiting for us at the airports to help with immigration and luggage. Annie even personalized our trip with a local dinner in Hanoi! She stayed in touch every step of the way. I will use Exotic Voyages again.”

“Tran Thuy (Judy) organized our 7-week tour of Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos & Cambodia. She was so attentive to our every request. She followed our stated budget, made many changes to our itinerary (5 drafts) before issuing a detailed itinerary with all important details, contacts, times etc. etc. Even after we paid the full payment she was quick to respond to any concerns we had. In addition, when we arrived at each destination we received a letter indicating what times we would be picked up for various tours or to go to the airport. Evaluations were done throughout the journey and we were always met by someone at least 15 minutes prior to our pick-up time. It was so comforting to be met at the airport in-spite of numerous airplane delays. The guides all expressed how happy they were to work for Exotic Voyages. This was a journey of a lifetime. We would recommend Exotic Voyages highly and are very grateful to Thuy for all her efforts. Thank you very much, Joy & Tim Canada”

“Exotic Voyages put together a wonderful itinerary for our 3-week tour of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia from which we recently returned. A huge thank you to the staff at Exotic Voyages, particularly Diep, for a very memorable trip. Every detail was executed flawlessly. All rendezvous times and meeting places were honored and there was just the right amount of communication from Diep throughout our trip. I really appreciated Diep’s understanding of our travel goals and preferences all of which were met perfectly. For example, lodging, special trip selections and the amount of free time were just what we had in mind. I found the provided travel guides, who were all good English speakers, to be very accommodating, informative and pleasant. My husband and I are glad that we decided on Exotic Voyages to put this trip together for us and will certainly work with them on our next Southeast Asia trip.”
