“WHERE IS MY GIFTCARD FOR ORDER# 33950843 WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON JUNE 21,2019 AT 11:46AM? I SENT THEM THE TRACKING NUMBER, AND IT CLEARLY SHOW THAT IT WAS MAILED AND DELIVERED! THEY EMAILED ME TELLING ME I NEED TO SEND A COPY OF THE RECEIPT, BECAUSE THEY HAVE LOST MY PACKAGE! I DIDN'T KEEP THE RECEIPT, BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO. EVERYTIME I ORDER I MAKE SURE I KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER! I HAVE 11 ITEMS THAT I PAID TO HAVE RETURNED TO THEM, AND THEY ARE TELLING ME IF I CAN NOT PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT THEY WANT SEND ME MY GIFTCARD? I ORDER FROM THEM ALL OF THE TIME, AND MY ORDER NUMBER MATCH UP TO MY EMAIL, AND IT SHOW IT WAS SHIPPED FROM ATLANTA AND DELIVERED TO CALIFORNIA! SO IT IS COMMON SENSE I SHIPPED THE ITEMS BACK! I WANT MY GIFTCARD FOR MY 11 ITEMS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY RECEIPT. ALL THEY ASK FOR IS A TRACKING NUMBER, AND THEY HAVE IT! I HATE THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO GET OVER ON CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THEM PAY MORE MONEY! THEY ARE TRYING THEIR BEST NOT TO SEND ME MY GIFTCARD PLAYING GAMES! I PAID FOR POSTAGE, AND HAVE A GIFTCARD DUE TO ME FOR OVER 200.00! I WANT MY GIFTCARD ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE, AND DUE TO THEM BEING NEGLIGENT LOOSING MY PACKAGE NOT KNOWING WHERE IT IS THEY WANT ME TO SHOW PROOF WHEN I ALREADY DID VIA EMAIL A MILLION TIMES!!!!!!!!”

“Scam, your money for a return is not refunded Not worth a star, following an order placed at FASHION NOVA, after paying 30 CHF for a return of 500 grams of merchandise, the return is not refundable in full, they recalculate each item returned at half price, for a refund on a good gift! Pay attention, buy no! THE MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT CORRECT, SO YOU MUST RETURN THE ARTICLES AS THEY ARE TOO LARGE, THE MERCHANDISE THAT YOU COME TO RETURN IT WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED !!!! ”

“Returned items were not acknowledged via email or otherwise. Separately, was informed of a policy that a payment method could not be changed after an order was placed even immediately after submitting regardless of whether the goods were shipped yet or not. Very problematic and not customer oriented.”

“Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Their policies are completely unethical. Even if you placed an order in error and tried to cancel it one minute later they will not allow you to do so this is ripping people off to say the least.”

“let me tell you what they did! i was overcharged $10 more to my card! plus i tried to contact them they would not responde! when i got the order i had to pay another $28 to DHL when i already paid $8 to fashion nova! they said nothing about extra charge! asked to return they said you have to pay for extra for shipping to send it back plus would not let me exchange anything!!!! Please don't waste time or money on them!!!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA! I've had so many issues with them from them sending items with stains to items not being stocked after they've taken my money to items nor being shipped in a timely manner and lastly having issues with their sizing guide! Customer service doesn't really help. They just juggle you around between representatives. I just hate that I decided to give them a try again and again”

“This is a scam company. If you need to return an item, they won't refund your money, just give you store credit. Then when it comes to starting the process of actually doing the return, they want to charge you $9.99 to print a shipping label and it has to be through UPS. The US Postal Service is cheaper and more convenient to use. So they are probably getting kick backs from UPS for doing things this way. Avoid this scam company at all costs.”

“I finally gave in to my first online clothes shopping experience. Ordered the jeans, I had been eyeing and took the plunge. Jeans arrived and they didn't fit, no problem, I will return it and figure out what my size is. I paid for my return and when I received my gift card refund, it was for half the amount I paid. I reached out to customer service and they said the jeans were damaged. I had tried on the jeans only to get them up partially and took them off and put them right back in the bag it came in. I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Customer service is horrible. they have NONE. i am surprised that #CardiB would promote this clothing line as i see her as a no nonsense or BS kind of women. You have to pay for returning items even if it because of horrible costumer service and false advertisment. They change there sales so fast you actually lose more money when you think your getting the best deal. i ordered twice from them promising overnight or priority shipping but it has been 5 days and i still have not received anything. on top of that they will not accommodate or credit anything to my account. they are very satisfied with how unpleased i am and sent me information to return instead of finding a resolution to satisfy my complaint. i am hoping another company will pick up fashionova line and take it to a better place but whatever is going on right now is horrible and by what i see with the high complaints on low ratings i dont see this company lasting much longer. if you can wait weeks for your clothes go for the cheap stuff most of their things are cheap material anyways. the only thing that works are the jeans for the fitting but even then the jeans are very thin. Good luck who ever tries them out.”

“Their return policy is horrendous, they shipped damaged dresses and I returned them i have yet to receive my money back it’s been over a month! going back and forth because now they’re saying my package was never returned. Clothes is cheap material doesn’t look like the picture!! Never again will I spend my money here..”

“Genuinely worst company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Received a faulty item and after following the correct procedure was sent a gift card for the amount but nothing for the postage. Sent so many emails asking why I would bother to order from them again if I’d then have to pay another lot of postage and only ever got back auto/draft emails from supposed c/s representatives completely ignoring all of my complaint. Still get emails telling me to use my gift card.... obviously would never order again”

“I purchased a dress from Fashion Nova online. The dress cost $24.50, shipping cost $6.99 and tax cost $1.97. that is a total of $33.46 i spent on the dress. when i received the dress i tried it on and saw it was to snug. so i placed it back in the package it came in so i could return it. I spent $11.00 dollars to return the dress. Now I've spent a total of $44.46 on a dress i don't have. Fashion nova emailed me a couple of days later with my refund on a gift card for $13.02. i was in shock to see i only got 13.02 back when i spent in total $44.46. when i emailed them questioning why i only got $13.02 they responded telling me the dress was damaged! the dress was never damaged and was never worn besides me trying on the dress. Now i dont have an outfit and im out $44.46 because i refuse to order from then ever again. this is not customer service they basically took my money!!!”

“I used to love FashionNova until I had the worst retail experience. I never received my order and 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund which I will probably never receive because FashionNova never took into consideration my complaint. I would never use this again and everyone that I know have stopped using the website since my bad experience. There are so many other similar websites who actually care about their customers. It appears that FashionNova just doesn't care.”

“I go to purchase items in my cart, click the check box to save my transaction details for faster purchases later and BOOM, order is placed. Really? “ordered over a month ago & still haven’t got anything. I paid at least £100 in clothes then they said the global freight system had taken my clothing, I thought it was real so paid £27.15 for customs. I continuously email & call the company and I’ve heard no reply since I’ve paid them. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHIONOVA. ITS A SCAM!!!”
