I have been reading so many reviews with Fashion Nova. I have shopped with them going on two years and I love their stuff. I can’t tell you how many dresses i’ve ordered for special events and they always look amazing. Their jeans make you look so good too! However I ordered a dress from them in October and due to them changing to another warehouse, the shipping was incredibly delayed. I even ordered it fairly earlier on before I needed it and it was so delayed they eventually had low stock in my size even though I had already ordered it earlier and low stock was not notified on item. I had to cancel my order cause it wouldn’t come on time for the event I had, and I DID get a full refund. It was incredibly difficult to reach customer service though. I kept calling and calling, going thru the prompts over and over, and eventually got thru. I ordered a NYE dress on 12/7 and was very nervous that my dress wouldn’t come on time. But I received my tracking info today and it was shipped out! I feel for all the people who ordered on Black Friday and Cyber Monday though. Many people have not received a tracking number or anything. It’s a shame because they’re inventory is great, but they need to follow thru with their shipping and CS. They should ship out clothes in the order they were received, as that makes the most sense. It’s definitely gone down over time since they’ve grown so much and gained popularity. If anything, I would say do not order a ton of items at once, and if you have a certain event to go to, order at least a month in advance. Also try to steer away from ordering at popular times. I really hope they work on their customer service for sure!

Fashionnova has lost a loyal customer. I place an order with them Oct 24th, knowing that they were going through a distribution change and my package would take longer than normal. I needed my package by Nov 9th. That was a three week window. As the date came closer and closer and I still hadn't got my package I called and emailed customer service asking for the status. I advised them multiple time if it won't be to me by the Nov 9th I don't want the package. They was never able to get me a clear response so I canceled the package and got a email stating that my package request was submitted. On nov 8th I got an email stating my order has been processed. I emailed them again letting them know I no longer need package and I requested for my order to be canceled. I didn't get a response back ( prior to I was getting response back). Nov 13th they delivered the package I email them again and got no answer. I look to see their return policy. They don't give cash back and you have to pay to send package back so I have to pay 15 dollars to send package back and I still haven't got a a response back or anything. I will not be ordering from them again, which is sad because prior to i never had an issues and even had items that was too small or something and I wouldn't return it.
