Quality is okay. Return policy sucks! You have to pay return shipping from your own pocket.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You Will be waiting on hold for at least 15+ minutes to speak with someone you’ll be lucky if they don’t hang up on you. Also if you speak with a supervisor expect to wait another 15 minutes. Will send you your order but the bag will be ripped items will be missing and it will take at least three weeks to get a store credit because they don’t give your money back. If items are missing they will want a picture of the packing receipt or a picture of the items that you received. Even email correspondence is slow I emailed them and it took them a week to get back with a response.

Order 28 June 2020 I didn't receive the product as of August 6th, 2020. I e-mailed them how long the international shipping would take. I never got a reply. Is it impossible to track international deliveries at Fashion Nova? I am tired because the clothes did not come even though I waited for more than a month. Tracking Number R000008052895

Terrible company and terrible service! I placed an order with the discount code they provided, at first it applied and showed the discount, but once you click paid, they removed the discount and you pay full price. I thought it might be just a computer issue, so I ignored it until the second time I ordered, it happened again. It almost feel like they scam you to buy it and take off the discount. When I try to contact someone via email they won’t cancel my order. I tried to call, I was on a hold for hours. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company!!

Customer service is non existent, bought 100$ worth of items , and my items have not been sent out, it’s been a month. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received broken glasses in the mail a month ago. I contacted them multiple times since July 10th and yet to hear or receive a refund or a new pair of glasses.

Worst company to deal with. I paid 25$ for express delivery for something that cost 15$ i wqs suppsied to received in 3 days never receive anything when contacted they took forever to reply and this is why they said without even solving the issues Hello NovaFam Dan, Due to an overwhelming response, you may have noticed a delay in our response time. I sent an email a week ago and still no answer. I work in customer service and this is unacceptable! I’ve experienced this before and still decided to give them a chance. But I’ve learned my lesson. Never purchasing again!

To start off customer service is trash nobody will answer your call or email. I placed a purchase and did not receive a confirmation number but they took the money out of my account how does that work ?

Fashion Nova is garbage when it comes to customer service. I sent a few pairs of jeans back and it was over two months before I received my refund/credit. Now I'm having issues again. I placed an order 6 days ago and paid to express shipping and I still haven't received my order. I'm so over these ppl. No I gotta act a food just to get a human person to respond to my email.

Ordered my daughter some clothing for her 16th birthday .... I ordered these 9 weeks ago & the tracking has not updated, the items have never arrived. I have emailed customer services 6 times over the space of 9 weeks and had no reply what so ever ....I have lost out on the clothing and also a lot of money which as a single parent took me months to save!

Horrible customer service. Charged $300 and not given my purchase. It says order does not exist. This type of service should be taken to the media.

Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is disgusting. I’ve been waiting two weeks for an order which I did not receive. Upon tracking it said that the package was unable to be located. I immediately called Fashionnova to inquire about the lost package and the first thing the customer service rep did was offer me the shipping company’s number (Lasership). I then went on to explain that I had already contacted the shipper and was informed that the package was lost. She proceeded to tell me that she was unable to assist and an investigation would have to be made. At this point I requested to speak to a supervisor/manager. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. When the “supervisor” came on the line I proceeded to tell him how dissatisfied I was with the length of time I’d been placed on hold. He refused to give me a chance to speak and kept speaking over me. When I was finally able to speak he informed me that in no way would I receive a refund even if I had not received said package. He said that on his end he can see that the shipping company placed the item on hold but that a refund would still not be issued. He said that the company would have to file a claim and investigate what happened to the package. I requested to speak to a manager at this point and he said that he was the highest person available and no one else would be able to assist me. I find it very unfair that I am unable to receive a refund for items I did not receive. He didn’t even offer store credit (which I don’t want). Just said that a refund will not be issued. Buy at your own risk.

I place a order for fashion Nova and my phone got frozen I end up putting the wrong size I send an email right away 2 minutes later and customer service answers me telling me that they can do nothing just wait for the order to arrive and send it back for a credit on fashion Nova gift card .This is ridiculous I receive my order today and I send a email train to exchange the dresses for different size they said no we don't do exchanges

It’s been almost a month since I mailed back clothes using the mailing label they sold me and it still says tracking “unavailable”. Still no credit and emailing their customer service department gets you no where.
