FASHION NOVA IS HORRIBLE, IF I COULD RATE ZERO I WOULD. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS AND HAVE BEEN REFUSED A REFUND. I AM REPORTING TO THE BBB. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

Fashion nova is very disgusting. Clothes are really cheap and bad quality. Don’t know what I was expecting. Seems of rainbow or dots quality. Very nasty. Fast shipping as promised but clothes very very cheap

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! 1. They Dont even give refunds, They only give store credit. 2. They dont take responsibility for when items are missing or your package is not recieved. 3. They have a bogus phone number, you can NEVER get to actually speak to someone over the phone. Feb 14 I ordered a package. Feb 18 (Presidents Day) it says package delivered. 1st off post offices are closed on holidays so how was a delivery even possible? Long story short it is now Feb 24 and I have yet to recieve my package. My birthday is on Friday and I dont have my shoes, IM Very Very Livid at this point. This is like the 3rd or 4th time I am having with Fashion Nova. Im over it. Fashion Nova is to Popular to have such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will no longer order from this site ever again !

I never though I'd ever rate FN anything less than 5 stars. However, after nearly 4 months of loyal purchases and a bill of nearly 800 USD the conclusion is : the customer service is terrible and customer experience is non-existent, this combination diminishes any value or pleasure that one might derive from the clothing itself. And let's face it, the clothing quality is on the poor side. If you have been purchasing consistently on FN you might have been a live witness to the changes they began making on their website, since sept 2018, and the truly awful FN app that they launched. I witnessed all of these changes because I was on their website religiously spending hard earned money on multiple orders. It is customary for any international retailer to inform, educate and advise customers on any duties and courier charges levied at point of check out. My first 3 orders average USD 190 each and I qualified for free shipping and I received my order (with delay) but without any issues or additional charges. My latest order (USD 311) is a different story. Due to the size of the order there have been duties and courier processing charges levied that add a hefty line item to my total bill. Normally when I ship from other prominent retailers, the import duty advise is clear and prominent on check out and also the retailers encourage you to break down the shipment into smaller orders to avoid any duty issues. I suppose FN is too busy growing to 14M or 15M followers to actually bother with customer experience, fairness, disclosure or satisfaction. I wrote to their so called customer care and received a rather unhelpful cookie-cutter answer. I spent USD 311 on the site and now I am being charged nearly USD 80 in duties and fees! The courier company advised me that retailers are always aware of the dutied order size and do inform customers to be mindful during checkout. The courier also advised me that FN can reverse this charge if they want to by simply providing a processing code to the courier. I guess they are not interested in doing so nor are they interested in maintaining my loyalty. All I can say is, there are other sites just like FN that are more customer-centric, with free returns, better customer service and definitely better business knowledge. At the end of a hard day, you don't want to have to educate the retailer on how to treat you or how to conduct international business and manage customer expectations. It should be a given. I like fashionnova but somethings they do just really tick me off. One of my orders I got a pair of jean size 0 and you guessed it they sent me the wrong size! Instead I got a 9, i was very upset cuz I just wasted my precious money I worked for. But you know what I decided to let it slide and reorder it so I made the same purchase of the Jean same size again...I cannot believe it. At this point I am just so frustrated! They did it again! Sent the jeans but in the wrong size again! Size 9 when I ordered a 0! The second time I even left them a note telling them what happened and to get it right this time but they did not listen at all! I’m not even sure if they even bothered to read the frickn note! Like how?! How do you get the same order wrong twice?! I just...forget it you get the point just keep that in mind if you ever bother to order from them. I’ll probably return the items and try it once more. Wish me luck.

Worse customer service ever ! Called them after my code wasn’t applied, got the runaround. Escalated to 2 different managers and after an hour of frustration got an email with a store credit for $25 which is less then the code offered. They were VERY rude, spoke in circles, talked over me the entire time and to be honest couldn’t care less about anyone’s issue or the customer service they deliver. I really do wonder how much longer they will be in business. There are so many companies out there that provide great customer service these days, fashionnova isn’t one of them. I will not be ordering again. Horrible horrible service

This was the worst experience in online shopping I ever had. I probably should've read the online reviews more closely. So, I placed the order just before last Black Friday, and paid $15 for a "Flat Rate International 5-10 Day Shipping". I was thinking I had plenty of time so that the order would arrive in time for the party I was planning to attend. Well, the order arrived in the first week of January, with party being far behind by that time. When trying to reach the Customer Service, I never received a reply or an explanation as to why my order is late to deliver. The first thing that bothered me about my package is the wrapping. I know this brand is no high-end brand, but the package was in no way protected for an international shipping, it came wrapped in plastic, and it looked cheap as hell. The clothes I received were of a decent quality for the price range, but I can/t figure out how their sizing works. I had checked their sizing charts when picking the items, and according to that, the clothes were supposed to fit perfectly. Well, 3 out of 4 items were too big, and the 4th one was too small. How is that possible? I'm not returning the clothes for 2 simple reasons: you DON'T GET your MONEY BACK, you get some stupid shop vouchers that you are allowed to spend in their shops (physical or online), and there is absolutely nothing else that I would want to buy at Fashion Nova ever again. This purchase was basically a complete waist of money!

I placed an order yesterday and PAID extra for overnight delivery today I got an email saying my items had been delivered to my front door I was excited til I got to the front door nothing was there I immediately went to contact fashion Nova why spoke to a representative by the name of Gerson where he told me there was nothing they can do that I will have to contact the shipping company on track so I contacted on track with the message of them telling me it's going to take up to 10 days in order to see what happened to my items where I called back to Fashion Nova and spoke with an agent by the name of Aleia employee # 2338 who was so rude saying that they would have to do an investigation and they just cannot resend me my items out which they had no problem taking money from my account this was not my first time purchasing items from Fashion Nova I love this site I love the clothes and I've always had bought items from them soon as my items come up missing they told me that they cannot replace them right away my birthday is coming up in this is why I ordered the outfits for my concert I was going to and they told me that they can't replace it's about time that they can replace it my birthday will be long gone and passed this is the worst customer service that I have had in a long time to to be belittled and acted as if I was not important and then my items was not important that my customer service was not important as mine blowing this is a company that makes millions of dollars and you guys cannot simply replace the items that I ordered

I placed an order from fashionnova.com on 1/6/19 for a total of $262.38. I used gift cards totaling $235.64 and paid the remainder ($26.74) on my Visa Debit card. I received an email the next day which stated: "Some items in your order have been refunded Note: This can be from either customer protection or an inventory discrepancy. Total amount refunded: $31.49 USD Order Number: #26122031 Refund Date: 01/07/2019" I never received the refund. I emailed on 2/19/19 to inquire about the refund and was informed that I would be refunded via gift card. Fashionnova's own refund policy states: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled." I have called the customer service phone number numerous times and have been hung up on or told someone would call me back and ultimately that because of "the system" the refund has to be in gift card only. I want to be refunded the amount I paid in cash "$26.74" and the other portion on a gift card is fine since the original form of payment is gift card/cash. If the original form is a combination and they purport to refund in the "original form of payment" it is unfair and deceptive to choose to only issue the refund in a gift card, especially when the item was not even a return, simply an item that wasn't in stock. I would have had no way to know that the item wasn't in stock and that I would have to forfeit the USD I paid for a gift card. The money was stolen from me because that part of the order was not even fulfilled and they kept my USD, even though it is clearly against their own policy. Additionally their own email plainly stated to me that I would be refunded $31.49 USD but I never was. I will never use Fashion Nova again and have filed compliants with the consumers office of the attorney general in PA, the BBB and the FTC. Hopefully someone will hold them accountable as they take advantage of more and more consumers.

I placed an order by mistake. I tried to get to the next page for confirmation and it placed the order automatically without confirming my order. I wasn’t even able to put in my discount codes losing out on a good chunk of change. I called customer service and like always was unable to resolve my issues. I must say nice clothes but customer service is horrible. They are just there to answer the question phone and tell you that unfortunately they can not doing anything about your issue. I’m really disappointed and I will not be placing anymore orders. I’m tired of the service and technical problems with no solutions.

It's absolutely ridiculous that hm you can't modify an order at all before shipping. Their customer service is infuriating and only talk in circles. I recommend going to a Victoria's secret and avoid fashion nova.

Fashion Nova does not post reviews that have any negative feedback. I bout a dress and it’s beautiful but it ran big. They removed the post. Had I have known it ran big I could order a smaller size.

I made a purchase paid for express shipping. When my package arrived I opened it right away and that's when I realized one of my items was missing. Not only was one of my items missing but there was jumpsuit included that i didn't order. I checked my invoice and order history to see if this was my mistake... it wasn't. I emailed fashion nova explained the problem and expressED how much I really needed this item by the weekend. someone did contact me right away. Only the reply was anything but helpful. I was told... "attached is a return label, use it along with the return form to return the item. Once we receive the item, which could be 5-7days, we will then issue you a gift card. With this gift card you can then use it to purchase the missing item agin". WTF!! The worst customer service everrrrr...

I am giving Fashion Nova a 3-star although I shop here frequently. Over some time, I've noticed their sizes have gotten smaller ever since they added their PLUS size line. This is very frustrating to me because I used to wear a medium, now I have to get a large and STILL some outfits come super tight for a large! Another thing I have noticed is their customer service is downright awful. I returned some jeans (size 9 that looked like a size 3) and I have yet to receive my credit back to buy a bigger size. I emailed customer service and get the same response that I need a receipt from the post office where I shipped out from. I used standard shipping, there is probably no way to track my package so I will be out $30. I used to recommend this place to everyone and now I find myself saying, "be careful" when shopping on Fashion Nova because its definitely a 50/50 risk.

This is probably the worst online shopping store I’ve ever come across. First of all if you plan on having your items for an event I suggest ordering them MINIMUM a month in advance cause you will NOT be getting them in 1-2 weeks like every other online store. Ontop of the poor shipping, customer service is even worse !! I contacted them about 6 times now asking where my order was which I placed over a month ago and they are literally copying and pasting me the same email not even reading what I’m saying. I wish I can give this website less than 1 star. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and shipping time for mediocre clothing.
