I paid $9.99 for EXPRESS shipping on March 18th which clearly states 3-4 business days. It is Thursday 24th and I haven’t received as much as a TRACKING ID. This is one of many offenses, lies and deceitful behavior expressed by this business and I have had enough. The only reason I ordered again after past irresponsible behavior is because of the EXPRESS shipping as I have a special occasion for tomorrow night now I have to go out tomorrow to try and find a dress to wear after I paid $93.15 to Fashion Nova to deliver my clothes before or on March 25th. I can see now why the CEO of this company lost a case for blocking negative reviews . It is clear these people run this business on a bed of lies. I was on the phone with capital one IN TEARS reporting the amount paid as fraud. They have recommended that I contact their legal department and I am doing as advised. I have emailed my attorney and If I do not receive a FULL refund, I will proceed with legal action.

I placed a first time order with Fashion Nova online after hearing about them from a friend. The product quality was very poor - threads hanging off everywhere including unfinished surged seams, and one item had puckers on the rear because the fabric hadn't been properly matched up before being stitched. When I processed my return online one item couldn't be returned because it was "final sale" although this was indicated when I purchased it and still doesn't not display on my order. After my return was received I was given an e-gift card. I contacted customer service because I did not want an e-gift card I wanted a refund. They said they don't do refunds. What?!?!?! I would never have purchased from this company (without having the option to try something on first) if I'd known that - also not conveyed anywhere when I placed my order. Today I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am so angry I didn't check this company out first. All I could recall was all the Fashion Nova name dropping. I had no idea!! I recently placed my first order from this place. After getting the idiotic "within shipping guidelines" email, I had to tell them it was BS. The shipping timeframe is for SHIPPING time. Literally, the time that it's en route to me. Not sitting somewhere waiting to be shipped! Although it's probable that my items have not been processed yet. Now I'm realizing that I may not get my items nor my money back. After being fined millions for lying about shipping time, withholding bad reviews, etc this company seems fine to continue with their scheming practices. But hey, the owner just bought a new home for over $100 million. Sooooo, he's good.

When I first began using this online store, shipment and returns were great !! NOW shipment take weeks and in some cases are not even shipped. E-gift cards for returns take mutiple emails with customer service telling you to check your spam for the e-gift cards days to weeks after the supposed credit was issued. How ironnic that the email response to the query comes to your email but the e-gift credit somehow is LOST in cyberspace.. The redundant email from customer service telling you to check SPAM mail implies the customer who has written 3-5 emails telling them after checking SPAM mail the e-gift credit has not been recieved must be a LIAR ILLERATE, BLIND, OR DUMB. After 5 emails I am still waiting on refund...... Altough, Fashion Nova have some cute items the hassle and frustration is no longer worth the products.

I purchased clothes and some shoes from Fashion Nova for a vacation that I had planned. As soon as I went to put on one pair of the shoes, the clasp on them broke. I was basically told by customer service that there was nothing that they could do for me since this was reported after 14 days. This is complete BS, I never even got the chance to wear the shoes and I will not purchase anything else from this company because they don't stand behind their products.

Not worth it if you’re overseas. Shipping took AGES!!! When my shoes finally arrived they were too big… This is for my wedding, btw, so no pressure. Fashion Nova did not have them in stock in a smaller size (because of 2 months waiting for them to arrive) and their policy is to only offer store credit. Furthermore, returns are NOT free… cost of shipping is $21.00, but cost of shoes is $20.72… so not worth sending back. I am stuck with these oversized shoes, and looking for a different shoe to wear on my wedding…

I used to absolutely LOVE fashionnova until just recently! I placed an order and did RUSH shipping so that I could have it to wear for my birthday. I placed the order on what I believe was the 11th and my order was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. I followed the tracking and was ready I even followed FedEx tracking. So the 14th I got a text and email saying delivered I literally kid you not I was flying down the stairs immediately! No order no FedEx truck nothing! About 5 minutes before getting them I was outside but ran into the house because I forgot something. I asked my neighbor had she seen a FedEx truck she says no. Anyway I contact fashionnova they took me to wait a few days but in the mean time credited me for my shipping 21.55. Still waiting to hear back and emailed them again that I had not received my order after going back and forth with them I received an email saying I got a refund of 21.55. So maybe I’m a little slow but my original order was 85.13. I believe they owe me more back!! I am sooooo upset !! I honestly just wanted them to send the order out again because I still needed it but they instead just sent me a refund that was not even close to what I paid!! Never again!

Fashion nova has lost me as a customer. Two recent orders arrived 7+ after expected and left me scrambling. If they changed delivery services then they need to go back to who they were using before. I gave them one more chance with an order place 3+ days ago. Order has not even been shipped yet so I definitely one get this one time.

I like Fashion Nova for the most part, but there customer service HORRIBLE now! You can't call in, and the online service sucks! I've only received a few items I didn't like or tore up fast, so that's not so bad considering how much I bought from them. If they could improve their Customer Service that would make a whole lot of people happy, I'm sure!!

On the app and website it says spend $75 free shipping to USA and Canada. I am Canadian, so I paid in CAD and my sub total before taxes was $95.40, so you would think because it was over $75 it would be free shipping. No, upon checkout it says shipping $11? Why? I paid over $75 CAD. I contacted the customer service and they calculated it in USD which was less then $75 before taxes, in USD. I told them and took a screenshot of my order that the sun total was over $75 in CAD. They just passed me off and didn’t offer any solution or reason why I was charged for shipping. There is nothing on their website or app that verifies that the amount has to be in USD for free shipping. This is false advertising and fraud.

Awul experience. I used express shipping which means I paid an extra 30 dollars. My package was supposed to arrive on the third so by the fifth I got confused and contacted them. They then told me it would arrive on the 7th. Once it didn't show up yet again, they told me tot read the fine print of the shipping polices. After looking through it in very small print it says it can take up to to thirty days. Now I have no birthday outfit and have to run around last minute in my small town. 0/5 Stars.

They keep half of your payment for an item. The item had a defective zipper and they would not give me full credit to return. I returned it on time and they wouldn’t help me with anything. They will not answer phones either. They are deceiving

Horrible dishonest company!!!! Dont get lured by the millions of followers coz of the cheap clothes, I used to be a customer until they scammed me twice! First they sent a dirty item, I contaxted them with pictures 4 5 times they never got back to me not refunded me! Second time they were supposed to send me a set and they only sent 1 piece out of 3 and again they are nowhere to be found, no response, you cant get them on the phone!!! What a F***** SCAM!!!! Worst customer service or more like nonexistent, they need to be out of business! They dont deserve $1 from no one for treating people and stealing their money basically!

Fashion nova the worst company in which you can make an online purchase ... the company that makes the deliveries are the most incompetent in the world. I made an order they never found the address and they returned the package .. more than 3 weeks waiting for a refund and nothing DO NOT BUY IN FASHION NOVA NEVER EVER AGAIN

Will never use them again I have return items due to size before now Fashion Nova does not accept any "final sale" items to be returned which includes all items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98. That is ridiculous. The items I would like to return are not "final sale" items but are on sale. They just lost a loyal customer.

First my order was delayed, second it says it was delivered at 11:09pm but that was not true because at home and I have a camera with sensors all around my house. Now I have to wait couple more days before I can complain?
