Don’t like the return policy. Now, I have been emailing Fashion Nova Customer Care for several days and keep getting the run around about receiving my gift card for $78+ for my multiple returns. They keep telling me to go to the Help Center then they send an email and round and round we go. My advice to customers is to make sure you choose your correct size so you don’t have to bother with returning it cause it is a bother.

Ordered late November 2021. I didn’t receive a tracking number or email and it’s January 2022 and I’m still waiting. I will not use this company again nor will I promote them.

When Fashionova initially came onto online retail scene they were awesome. That awesomeness was shirt lived. As they became dominant they stopped caring PERIOD! Customer Service email responses are all generalized automation, no live customer service, paying for overnight is a joke, nothing is overnight even if you pay. They deduct that $ immediately & take literally 3 weeks or months to get your order. Refunds or exchanging are written but it's non-existence. They have the mindset they can do whatever now because they're popular, celebrities representing them etc. But it will call come to end. They will likely any company BAD SERVICE & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEMSELVES OUT OF THE MARKET. Or another vendor will come along & take the spot. I stopped ordering. Stop giving your $ to a company you never talk to & doesn't do what they claim, yet give them access to your bank account.

Terrible customer service as its automated so god luck getting anywhere. Returns and refunds are a joke and the site has had a glitz all day and nobody has tried to rectify this problem and now I can purchase my order DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! BUYER BEWARE

I spent $300 on my items, I never received my packages. fashion nova is a scam, right down to fake ass delivery (lasership) and you can forget about contacting customer service, smfh..

I'm shocked...been ordering with them for about a year.......no problem. Until my 12.15.21 order....and I'm still waiting too....sad to say....I can't order from Fashion Nova again. This is so unacceptable and not professional at all. No call, text, email....nor smoke signals. 😤 Such disappointment and I really wanted my order. So now off to dispute this with my credit card company and inform them of fraud and never received items.

My first time ordering with Fashion Nova and I cant reach anyone to let them know I left the street address off my order. For this to be such a huge company, why cant they afford customer service and after reading these review I hope I have not wasted my money!

My package would arrive at 11/28/2021 as stated in the package details, however the carrier just stopped updating where my package is. Now it is already 01/11/2022, and still did not hear anything from them. :( makes me sad, because I was really looking forward to receiving my order.

STEER CLEAR OF THEM - ONLY STORE WHO DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Ill-fitting clothes, poor service and ethics, refuse to give you your money back fullstop when items don't fit as a tactic to getting you to spend more/ • 10 December 2021 I had made the return to this retailer for the value of $73.75. I had spent $ 35.41 on the postage. Note – this retailer, rather frustratingly does not issue refunds. • This retailer has been on the receiving end of 2 Federal Court Settlements – Google “Fashion Nova Court Settlements” • My close friend had faced similar nightmares with them – and warned me well away from purchasing from the. • 13 correspondences and counting with their, rather inept CS team. I asked a simple question “have they received the items?” I provided both the receipt, order # and items returned - all they could ask, 13 correspondences later, was the tracking number – again and again – they didn’t bother checking whether the items were successfully received. There was no tracking number. I provided the receipt + order #, items returned - 13 correspondences and counting, they’re still asking for the same thing. • They refuse to issue refunds, but not even a gift card in sight.

I understand automated responses can be helpful but that is all I have received. Their system is “unable to process a return at this time” which has been ongoing since 12/27. The clothes were delivered on 12/21 and it was a Christmas present. I started the return on 12/27 but kept getting the same response from their system. So I reached out to their customer service (which is almost impossible to figure out) then I kept getting the same response from their customer service team and then was told I couldn’t return it since it had been over 14 days even though I have been trying since 12/27. They eventually gave me $15 store credit when the dress itself was $50. They are unable to generate a shipping label for me and in the end gave me the same exact automated response telling me how to do a return. So PLEASE BEWARE of the items you may be wary on as this may become an issue for you.

Worst shipping ever! Don't get the point of paying expedite or rush shipping with Fashionnova. It's pointless. They should refund customers the extra shipping fee if they can't fulfill them.

These are the worst poorly made non fitting clothes I have ever bought plus it took almost 2 months to get them, I will never ever by from this place again in person shopping for me from now on

I placed my order on 12/26 and under each product I was ordering, it said, “Get it by December 28th with express shipping” under that it said “Order within 11 hours” so I ordered a few things, thinking it would be here by the 28th. The order still hasn’t come and it’s been 2 days past that time frame already! When you order express on their site, it says, “3-4 business days” But then sent a mass email saying, their express shipping is taking 7-9 business days at the moment! Therefore, they lied! And if I truly would’ve known that, I would’ve never ordered!! Moreover, I’ve tried to contact them SEVERAL TIMES!!! I’ve contacted them by email & they send generic, bot emails! I’ve called them, their phone doesn’t even ring! You can’t call the physical stores in CA because “store associates can’t assist with online orders!” This is disgusting customer service! It seems like Fashionnova has gotten so big that they don’t care to have helpful customer service and don’t care about their customers! It’s EVIDENT!! People are still going to order from them REGARDLESS! But I’m very much disappointed in them and their service! Just make sure when you order from them, especially around holidays, make sure you don’t believe their shipping time because it can change at any moment! I will NEVER order from them AGAIN!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased items from this company. I was told my order would be here before Christmas. I paid extra shipping costs for it to be here before Christmas It never showed up. Its impossible to reach them. Horrible company.

I placed an order a month ago and haven't received it yet. I try to contact Fashion Nova but the customer service is non-existent. I'm going to try if my bank can reverse the payment. I will not buy from them anymore! SHEIN is way better!

Trash trash trash what kind of store doesn’t give their customers refunds for packages they failed to deliver? Order never ever showed up and they offered me instore credit. And told me next time if a package is missing I’d have to file a police report because it was probably stolen. If anyone has a brain knows that not every package that is missing is stolen. Sometimes things do not get delivered. Like no just give me my money back. Never ordering from these bums again

Ordered on Black Friday. Said my order would be delivered on Dec 15. Got and email on Dec 9th saying there’s shipping delays. Here it is December 24th no package no updates. SMH Fashion Nova!
