I made a duplicate order by mistake and was told they can’t cancel the extra order , to make it worse I have to pay shipping and handling fees to send back and not only do they not give a refund they only send a e-gift card so here I am out of my pocket with them I will never order again

I places my order in may and now, two months later I still haven’t received it. I have sent them a lot of emails and complains but the customer service is so bad. The clothes are bad, the shipping I bad and the service is horrible. I have gotten better products from Wish.com

I placed an order in May an it was returned, they said they don’t do refunds and would give me store credit, I have been sending emails since then and getting generic responses and no store credit. Customer service is non existent, it’s the first and last time I’m shopping here

I love fashion nova clothes until I buy a defective piece of clothing and I can’t get my money back. I did send an email and they replied to it. I told them the strap on the dress was defective so I wanted to return it and get store credit. They ask me to send the order number and I picture so I sent it again because I had already sent it in. They stop answering to my emails after that. I created a new ticket on Friday still no response. I wonder if I can sue them for saying on their website they have easy returns and is not easy at all so is false advertising. I guess I’ll have to inform my self on that. Is not ok to be stealing money from people when they are saying they will at least give I store credit but not even that smh

I ordered a pair of jeans paid $41 and received the wrong size. Contact them to ask about their exchange policy. I was told they don't do exchanges because they cannot guarantee they will have the item(s) available. However, I can still return my item for an $8 fee and get a store credit. Cant get my money back because the price of my item ended in .99. Anything ending in 00, 97, 98, or .99 is a final sale. WTW????

I ordered a dress back in April. A couple of weeks went by and it still hadn’t arrived. Granted it’s during covid so I didn’t think much of it initially. On the third week I decided to reach out to see where my item was. I got a response to send them my confirmation number ( even though I had already provided it) and never heard back. Again, I wrote to them with no response. I thought I’d email once more before contacting PayPal to return my money. Again. Nothing. After contacting PayPal. I reached out one final time, to give them the opportunity to explain. Yet again met with no response. It’s now 3 months since and I’ve only just received an email saying they are returning the item, I will get the amount I paid but not the shipping cost of $8+. I yet again, reached out again, naively, and haven’t heard anything. I will no longer be supporting this company. You can’t have a business without customer service.

Hello, I ordered a package from the 28th of June. I got a text saying that the order was shipped on the 30th of June. It is now the 10th of July and I don’t know when or if I will even be getting my package. I called UPS and they do not have my package. They said that the sender which is fashionova has not sent the physical package to them as yet only the billing information. It’s really frustrating that every time I check my order on the fashionova tracking page it keeps increasing the date for the estimated delivery. I just want to know if I’ll be getting my package or not. I spent my money on it so where the hell is it?????

ill start by saying this is my 4th and probably last time ordering from fashion nova. my total is CA$445.28 + $20 express shipping = CA$465.28 SUMMER code (30%) gave me 133.68$ OFF total = CA$331.60 however.. my credit card got charged 465.28 so im conveniently missing 133.68$$ ... the exact amount of the SUMMER coupon.. I called their customer Service waited 22 minutes to get through, was on the phone for an hour 1 minute, she repeatedly put me on hold while she "spoke" with the support team who was not helpful one bit. They blamed it on the currency change, blamed it on my bank and told me to call them to fix the amount??? finally blamed it on not seeing the Canadian amount on their end so they couldn't help I was only charged @00 and something she said.. I have literal proof and screenshots of the bank, the Invoice, the completed transaction stating my credit card is getting charged 465 when the total was 331 ... the end of it they couldn't do anything. They did offer finally to try and cancel my order but i would need to sit on hold for a long time again for a maybe, i figured whats 133 to the 465 i already spent lets get the order and hope for the fkn best and most likely (depending how in love with the clothes i turn to be) never ever order from them again. I order the 28th of June and I received and email saying it should be here July 8th clearly my package hasn't shown up since today is July 9th. I also checked my tracking order and it shows that my package hasn't even been sent. This is my first and last time ever ordering from fashionnova, it's a terrible company. I gotten no customer service help and I can't receive my money back.

I order the 30th of June and and 3 days later I received my order has been confirm and got my UPS tracking number now it said it was gonna come on July 8 which was yesterday and then it change to today so I was expecting for it to arrive today but I open my phone today and go on to the fashionnova app and I see that my order is coming until next Friday, I can’t keep waiting, it’s been a week already now I have to wait for another week, this is bad customer service and If i dont receive It before the follwoing week Im going to cancel because Im leaving for vacation and if it arrives when Im away, Im so going to be mad 😠

I ordered on 6th of July and now it says order paid and unfulfilled! I need my money refunded if the order is cancelled. I sent them several emails but I haven't received any replies. I'm so disappointed in their service.

Ordered something on June 28 , showed they process it June 30th. Before I placed the order it said delivery date was July 9th . So i said perfect . 3 days before my bday . They posted a tracking number which said delivery date July 6. Nothing . I went on fashionova website it now says delivery date July 16, hours later it says July 17. Out of you go on UPS no details ,It’s now July 7, and it’s saying waiting for UPS to pickup . I leave July 11th . Bought shoes n all for that dress n I don’t think it will be delivered on time . I ll never shop with them n best believe I will dispute everything
