I placed an order and then I saw the wrong size, I emailed them right away to change the size but they haven't response yet and I got the dress in the mail so now I have paid to returned the 1st dress and the 2nd dress is too small so Fedex and UPS are charging $51 to returned both dresses. there is not phone number to call, I'm not buying again so if you do not your size think twice before you ordered or you will lose your money or pay a lot for returns. Also if you return the items they do not refund you card you will get credit from the Store - scam.

Poor return process. Not only do you have to pay for shipping, they wont give you a refund. And if you paid with quad pay and returned the product they'll still charge your account. They won't tell you if an item is a final sale before purchase, and they wont allow you to return them. Save yourself the money and headache. Shop at rainbow it's the same quality

First order was great sizing right and quality was good. However the second time I ordered the page refreshed and my code for 50% off was gone and the order processed at full price. I emailed fashion nova right away multiple times asking to cancel the order as it wasn’t at the 50% off which it should have been. It took 3 days for them to reply and they said there is no way to refund my order even if it hadn’t shipped yet. They didn’t offer me anything besides a 20% off code for a future order when it was their website error. I was extremely angry with them as I still am. They should have refunded me half or canceled the order.

Customer service sucks. They penalize you for items received damaged if you don't report it within 2 days time. This is the 3 time receiving damaged items. Don't waste your money. It may be cheap but so is the quality of service.

Listen if buying FROM THE UK do not bother , first and foremost baby They said they attempted to deliver , I was waiting all day and heard nothing, the day they said they attempted to deliver. Second of all I had to call all different type of carriers ( which is £3.60 every minute ) to tell me that I had to drive and collect my order with a £15.00 Fee so make sure you do your research on ordering around the world internationally , this is the last time I’m buying from fashion Nova and this was the first purchase.

I would never order from them again. I had a payment plan and they charge me twice. Customer service is the worst. They are the dumbest people ever. I showed these idiots my bank statement showing they have charged me twice and they kept on saying it was my bank! No moron it was not my bank! They over looked everything I said! They should be sued and shut down for business bc they screw people over! I would never ever shop there again. I told a lot of my friends and they know they are the worst ever!!! Don’t wast your time with them! They are unprofessional, stupid morons that are insubordinate the worst customer service ever!

I even showed on my bank statement that they charged me twice. They keep saying that it is my bank. It was my bank dumb ass! They also kept on over looking what I was telling them. I would never order them from again. They should be sued for screwing people over. I hope they run out of business! They are morons, unprofessional, insubordinate, people ever!

My order was delivered on a different continent. After reaching out, I was told to reorder, giving me additional costs and this resulted in most of the things I ordered being sold out. The delivery error was not my fault, however customer care responded with an automated email multiple times rather than actually helping or trying to aid in finding a solution.

Me fue muy mal en esta pajina no me devolvieron mi dinero y terminé con una burla de su agente de atención a el cliente diciéndome pendeja, guy la diversion de sus compñeros. Era una clienta de esta empresa y no estoy conforme. Es una falta de respeto para mi como Clienta.

Era clienta de fashion nova, en mis últimos dos órdenes tuve una mala experiencia. Para resumir ya que es larga la charla en servicio a el cliente puede decir que no me resolvieron nada, en realidad me hablaron siempre de una gif card que no resulta efectiva en la devolución. Y para colmo escucho en el teléfono a una agente de costumers Servis hablar de mi proceso de devolución con otro compañero y se expresa de una manera no apropiada en un lenguaje Hi de subo hacia mi,se refería así esta pendeja no esta poniendo el código .Wuooo me quede muy desanimada en segundo plano no octube ninguna respuesta positiva en general. Creo que ya no haré más compras en fashion nova. No tube una buena experiencia.

DONT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA. they stole $200 dollars from me. The pants I ordered were AWFUL quality, & when I tried to return them they took weeks to email me my return label that I PAID FOR. They said return it to the nearest UPS store where I was informed they don’t even accept those packages. I’ve emailed fashion nova endless times, & no response. RIP my $200.

I never received my order. Requested a refund and I didn’t receive that too. £50 poured down the drain. If I don’t get my clothes or my money I’ll definitely not shop from them again

The fact that they won’t allow u to change or update an order right after u place ur order is really ludicrous I ordered a dress and realized I ordered the wrong size called the company right away and they had the nerves to say that they can not change a order once the order is placed which Is ridiculous especially if the order wasn’t even shipped out yet and for u to have to return the item if u made a mistake on ur size is just crazy most businesses allow u to change an order especially if the order hasn’t been shipped yet I’m done with Fashion Nova will never order another item again no wonder my friends stopped ordering from them im done will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from them they are the worse when it comes to customer relations which really discourages people to spend their money with this company

I've ordered from fashion nova now makes my 2nd time. The first order I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of a few of my items but I said owell whatever. This time around I ordered a dress for Valentine's that was over 100 bucks. Quality was extremely poor for the price so I didn't wear it. I asked for a refund and they absolutely refused and told me that they only do refunds if it's their fault. As if I chose the material of the dress. Pretty much was my fault bc I purchased it and they charge for returning it. I will never shop with them again with hopes that they go out of business bc of their horrible service and quality.

First time I ordered from Fashion Nova I received the wrong size in a pair of pants and I ordered thigh high boots, first time wearing the boots, the heel broke! Decided to give them another try and ordered some jeans, this is the only reason I gave them 2 stars because their jeans have always been awesome! Ordered regular modest long sleeve body suits for work and apparently the model in their image is wearing it wrong because the neck line is so low its a freakin reverse crop top... cant leave reviews on their website, what a coincidence...

Ok everyone I’m posting this HORRIBLE experience I had with Fashion Nova!!! I just bought this jumper and wore it this weekend!! I had NO CLUE that there was a HOLE IN THE BUTT!! At this point my husband and I were already out on our date which we were 45mins from home! There was no turning back at this point.. so yes I had to deal with the embarrassment of HAVING A BIG HOLE ON MY BUTT!! I decided to email FashionNova because I figured they would want to make things right 😡😡 since I’ve shopped with them many times before and I this same experience before but didn’t make a big deal of it because I caught it while I was still at home! But unfortunately they Do NOT CARE ABOUT customers feed back or experiences! I’m seriously soo upset with them AND WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!! 💕BE FORWORN!! Fashion Nova is horrible!!

Exactly, what happened to the review bellow attached is what happened to me... This company is fraudulent and false advertisement!!! You are better off going to FOREVER21 and other chains where you can walk into their store and return items if need be... My experience was I ordered a few items and they were all out of stock, instead of refunding my money its put on a online gift card! I used MY MONEY they put on the gift card for a different order and that was all of a sudden out of stock after I ordered it... WELP... They took 1 month switching the delivery dates and it NEVER ARRIVED!!!! NONE OF MY ITEMS ARRIVED as fashion nova exclaimed... The customer service Representative was far from informative and sounded like she needed a hug!! It's simple don't mislead your perspective customers who shop on your site with good intention of spending their hard earned money, when we could go someplace else. I hope this is a learning experience for you, do better in the future. Alexandra Y. “Ordered over $200 of stuff, was supposed to be delivered on the 4, then it said on the 11, now it’s telling me on the 14, so I called today about my order and they said it was delivered on the 4. I purchased an exspensive dress and the stitching has come undone, clearly poor stitching to come undone as I have not even had the dress for a month, and the fact that I have only wore this dress once. When I tried to get a exchanged of a new dress they told me that I need to report the damaged with in 7 days, but I could not report this as it was not damaged to begin with.

I've bought through them multiple times. This one time I bought 2 of the same body suit, yet they came in made with different type of material. Bogus AF. You can also tell that most of the 5 star reviews are fake by the way they are written... And also copy-pasted by other reviews. Lmao... Petty a$$ company.
