Regarding my order not received. After I contact Fashion nova customer service with multiple emails to resolve the issue. I got no help. So they made me go to open a dispute with my financial institution. unprofessional customer service. Not recommended

I wish I would have read these reviews before buying from them because everything they say is true. Terrible customer service (if they respond), no real returns. Horrible.

they are horrible. Their cloths are so cheaply made and they make you pay for returns and they only will give you a store credit. Do not order from them. You would get better quality at Walmart.

Terrible! I made an order on December 2, 2019 and have still not received my package. When I emailed I was told they cannot locate my package. I sent all necessary information that they requested and I'm still getting the run around... No one has emailed me back to say what's going on with my package. I need my wedding dress! I am never shopping on this site again.

Horrible!!!! Sent my return (and had to pay for it???) on 12/8/19 ... currently on hold with customer service on 1/7/20 waiting on a refund which by the way will not go back on my credit card but instead be store credit so I can buy more of their shitty synthetic clothes. Garbage!!!!!! Stay away

**DON’T FALL FOR THE HYPE WITH THIS COMPANY Worst customer service/return policy I’ve ever seen!! First off only a small percent of there items are actually “returnable” but you won’t get your money back for those either because they ONLY provide store credit. Don’t buy from this company as I will not again! If you like online shopping I suggest switching to a company like prettylittlething.com as they really do offer returns, they will refund you YOUR money, and the cost of a return shipment is half of what fashion nova charges you!! This company is really just screwing people out of their HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I used discount code upon purchasing. Once I confirmed the right total, selected pay and waited for payment to be processed I still was able to see the correct total with discount code applied. As soon as processing was done I see on the confirmation page that I was charged the original price! Got back some generic response that had nothing to do with their clear error in an email, saying “good thing you can still use your coupon for another order”. What?! Smh.. I also called and got the same response, then got hung up on because I asked to speak to a supervisor. Got charged $116 when I selected pay on a $66 total. I swear they treat you like one of those telemarketing scams! I called my credit card to dispute. Thank GOD for Discover!

I can't explained how much i love fashion nova before but now I no longer wanna buy from em. It is always good in the beginning then later this company become worst and worst every single time I order. I guess this company doesn't care about their customer as long as they get their money. They won't let you have a full refund either only E gift card, which I don't like because I won't be buying anything from this company any longer. FASHION NOVA should be cancel this 2020. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

WARNING...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a horrible, a fraud thats so bad the only way for them to build revenue is to not allow returns for a refund of your money. They ONLY allow a credit for the purchase price of your merchandise. Also, you pay for return shipping. Please note they use models that they perfect the clothing on for advertisement only. You get trash. Please do not buy from them. They need to be put out of business. They are so bad that they delete negative reviews. I will be reporting them to the BBB. So, they can delete the review but they can't delete from the BBB records. Do Not purchase anything from Fahionnova. If I could give them no star I would

My package was not received upon filling out an ontrac claim with them and submitting it to them instead of ontrac they said the package said delivered and refuse to compensate me in some type of way for my $187 order. Hopefully bbb can solve my issue but do not order through them. I know the prices are tempting but when you don’t get a package with your items and they don’t refund or send a gift card to you it’s like giving them free money. The tracking is absolutely awful. My package said out for delivery until December 4th then it said delivered December 3rd I contracted fashion nova saying I didn’t get the package they told me on December 6th it was still out for delivery now they’re telling me it was delivered December 4th. Sooooooo upset but never again.

The customer service is so bad that I can't put it into words. They need more than a week to reply to a simple message and they end up sending a "copy-paste" response that doesn't even answer your question. Then you need to wait another two weeks for a copy paste respond that again doesn't answer your question. I do not know what are the procedures there but they need to change it immediately. It's awful, I ended up not buying anything because I didn't get an answer to my question. Customer service matters people, it's what makes us customers stay loyal.

My daughter ordered a couple times, first time no issues. Second one we watched the tracking and it remained in process past the due date. After another week I investigated and found that they claimed we had returned the item which was untrue. They gave a credit and charged us for the return. I lodged a complaint and they gave my daughter a 25%off coupon instead. I lodged a second complaint demanding the refund and they responded they were busy and would review. Two note weeks and still no response. Based on prop reviews I believe this is their common practice and would avoid making any purchases. This company has fraudulent behavior and Count on customers being OK with store credit.

This is a horrible company #1 when you order from them there sizes are all over the place so you never really know what your going to get. Then when you return you can only get a credit not a actual refund and it takes them damn near a month to even issue you that credit sometimes longer. What really made me never order from them again is I ordered a dress from this company when I received it the dress had a hole under the arm. I emailed them with a description of the dress , because there policy is that you notify them within I believe 3 days if you receive a damaged item. I emailed on the exact day I received this item, I even got there automatic email that they received the email but they finally emailed back stating I didn’t email them within 3 days when the email clearly shows I did. I emailed numerous times and they wouldn’t even respond I made the charge threw PayPal and they were no help. So I will never shop with this company again they clearly don’t care about there consumers.

I paid $8 to return four of six items that didn't fit well. I should have received a credit for about $60 but they only gave me a credit of $38. When I contacted customer service asking how much I was credited for each item they never give that information to me. I essentially paid them just to try something on since I had to send it back due to bad sizing and never got a full return. That was my first and last time ordering from Fashion Nova. NEVER. AGAIN.

For the last year I've been purchasing from fashionova everything has been way to small or way to big. I've never had this problem before all the promoters. You cant have the same size chart for different vendors. All of my discounts have been not worthy because I have had to send majority of my items back having to pay double shipping. What's so crazy all of my peers who have brought things from them have had the same problem. I recommend to not purchase from them. because that email that you have to send because of your problem comes to late and all you get is a response it will be forwarded to the right department. Oh and lets not forget 25% of your next order that expire before you make your next purchase.

Item received damaged. I gave as a gift and they said I needed to tell them within 7 days after purchase. I gave it as a Christmas gift and did not know until after she opened it on Christmas. Then they charged me for the return. Poor service. No body charges for returns anymore.

Materials were decent some Jean's fit bigger because they do stretch. What gets you is their return I had returned 2 items $24.99 & $34.99 to only get back $29.99. How they justify it is by saying you got a discount when you bought it. Their return policy clearly says what won't be refunded, not that they will slap you with a stupid excuse! Never will I shop here!!
