I ordered clothing on November 30th and December 1st. I got a shipping update 8 days ago through UDS a company I’ve never heard of before. The other order has stopped in Ohio for 4 days and hasn’t moved yet. I put in a claim through PayPal to see what can they do. This is beyond crazy I will never shop with fashion nova again. You can’t talk to anyone on the phone or email. I hope this company sinks they are not right. The worst company by far.

Their customer service is basically non-existant. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get a refund and am still waiting for a response. Extremely misleading sizing, will never be buying from this store again. I feel like I've been scammed.

Placed an order 11/15 and I still have no received it. No response from Fashionova. $85 on outfit for my daughters sweet 16 and it never came. She was very upset

Placed 2 orders: One on Nov.15 & the second one on Nov.24. Still haven’t received my Nov15th order (delivery date has changed twice) and my Nov24th order the same. Last update on both orders say the same thing that it departed FedEx location at Ellenwood, Georgia. Still no sign of a update just a change of delivery date.

I have placed an order on November 26,2021 and it’s still waiting to be shipped.. This was a birthday gift and now I have no idea when I will be receiving my order..There is no contact number to speak to a live representative and Fashion Nova help center is useless.. I have never experience this type of issue with Fashion Nova but this will be my last time shopping with this company…

I ordered merchandise from Fashion Nova on November 26, 2021. My package wasn't shipped until December 3rd. My estimated delivery date has changed five times!!!! The initial delivery date was December 5th. Then it was December 8th. Then it changed to December 10th. Then to December 13th. Now it's December 15th. This is so disappointing and an inconvenience!!!

Items were returned no refund given. Items returned 10-19-21.. stated I would receive a gift card which would have been fine because I needed to order a size up anyhow but I was never refunded… so I’m paying for items I don’t even have..

You don't have to go without your refund. Did you know the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) had Fashion Nova pay a $9.3 million dollar settlement on 4/21/2020? The complaint alleges that Fashion Nova at times failed to refund consumers for the items that it did not ship. Instead, it was the company's policy to issue gift cards, which are not considered refunds under the Mail Order Rule. The company also failed to cancel orders and provide refunds when it did not offer consumers delay option notices. [Read: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2020/04/fashion-nova-will-pay-93-million-consumer-refunds-settle-ftc]. Under the terms of the proposed settlement, Fashion Nova will be required to pay $9.3 million to be used to refund consumers who were harmed by the company's violations of the Mail Order Rule. Of that, $7.04 million will be sent to the FTC for use in refunding consumers and $2.26 million must be refunded directly by the company to consumers. Consumers who received gift cards instead of refunds when the company violated the Mail Order Rule will be eligible for refunds under the settlement. The settlement also prohibits Fashion Nova from any further violations of the Mail Order Rule, and requires the company to ship ordered merchandise within 1-day of receipt of an order when the company doesn't specify a shipping date. With this being said I sent a LinkedIn message to Richard Saghian (Founder/CEO at Fashion Nova) and Ricky Chandnani (CFO at Fashion Nova) on 12/6/2021, told them both about my 11/29/2021 order that I never received and was coming up on my 2nd Afterpay payment, but still didn't have the merchandise. I also told them that there was no cohesive way to contact anyone directly regarding customer service issues. Someone named Adrian contacted me on 12/7/2021 from a 213-625-5900 (Los Angeles, CA no.) and tried to offer me a gift card for merchandise I have not received yet. I told Adrian all about the law suit I came across regarding violations of the "Mail Order Rule". Guess what, he went in their system and refunded my 1st Afterpay payment directly. They can refund you back your money if they want to. Also, you can file a complaint with the FTC by calling 1-877-382-4357. I still filed a complaint against them on 12/6/2021. Don't forget to write the CEO, CFO via LinkedIn, call Adrian at the "213" no. above, and file your complaint with the FTC.

Something needs to be done about this sorry....... company. They are stealing our hard earned money and giving us pool customer service. They use lazerahip and they sux just as bad. Stop using covid-19 excuses for poor service.

Why do you guys use lso now? They are HORRIBLE! They always say things are unable to be delivered but thats a lie. They dupped you guys into this bad contact where the customers are frustrated with no product. Please go back to a normal shipping company!

Fashion Nova sucks just as bad as the horrible shipping company Lasership that they use. Lasership showed my package as delivered and signed for with some fraudulent initials. Door camera shows that no one came on my property all day and certainly didn’t deliver any package. Immediately put in for an investigation with Fashion Nova and Lasership and both said if package shows as “Delivered” no further action can be taken. I won’t do any business with Fashion Nova ever again and Lasership lives up to all the negative reviews they have!!

Shipping your products through LaserShip knowing they have a 1 star review on the BBB is not good business. Unacceptable!! You shouldn't have to wait a month for a package.

I won’t order From them again. Order is still waiting to be shipped and it was placed well over a week ago. I can’t even cancel it right now. I’m debating if I should just dispute the charges with my credit card company: I’m very disappointed.

I never care to write reviews but l am so f%$#@ annoyed and frustrated with FASHION NOVA. l placed my order with them and only received 4 items out of 10 items. l have been trying to reach out but no luck. l feel like this is a scam. very disappointed no customer care at all. It sucks to be scammed by a company like fashion nova. will never buy from them ever :(

I bought some items from Fasion Nova and the items were returned to them and they would not refund my money after they received their items back and had the Nerve to say they will send me a gift card for the amount i paid .Now listen I did not use a gift card to pay for these items why would you think it is ok to send me a gift card for the amount i paid for with credit card.So guess what i will not be ordering nothing else from you .....i am taken my business elsewhere bunch of SCAMMERS>>>>>>If I can rate them a -0 i would..never got a refund by the way or a gift card

I haven't received my package from Fashion Nova!! I paid 120.00 and never received my package. It was supposed to be for my daughter birthday, and now she won't be able to get now because we don't have it. I am in the process to file a lawsuit against Fashion Nova. I will be starting it very soon.

I purchased clothing items on November 26th which I also paid for express delivery it was supposed to be delivered December 1rst which was unknowingly canceled for no reason and I never received an email as to why they finally reached out after my many emails stating they will reship my items on December 14th which I know It won't come I lost out on $144.92 I reported them to bbb and I hope the news station gets my story about business that commit robbery to their customers I will no longer shop here please people go else where and shop with a better and trusted business fashion nova needs to be shut down for good scamming peons what they are good at never again

As so many others who’s packages shipped with Lasership, I’m having all sorts of issues receiving my package. I placed my order on 11/14, and I haven’t even gotten an update since 11/19. On top of that there’s no way to get in contact with Fashion Nova. I tried calling, emailing, and using the “help center” that they offer, all to no avail.
