“Fashion nova doesnt like helping their customers they just like taking their money. but when you need help they dont respond, have been trying to contact them and no call has gone through . they are no help. douoble charged me for something and didnt even send it out to me.”

“I ordered a sweater from FashionNova. Received the sweater, tried it on, it was too long. This took about 2 minutes. I didn't move from the initial spot where I tried it on. Sent the sweater back. I paid over $31 for the sweater. FashionNova reimbursed $15 and some change on a gift card for shopping at FashionNova. The website states that if item is damaged, washed or original tags not attached they charge 50% restocking fee. I wore the sweater for less than 2 minutes and did not remove the tags. This is a scam to keep customers money. Wish I could give them a zero star rating”

“Paid for express delivery. The day the order should have been delivered, It was still showing on their website that the package hadn't been shipped. I emailed and asked for a refund. Instead of the refund, they changed the status to shipped it the day after it should have been delivered. I never received the package. They refused to give me a refund.”

“Fashion Nova is very inconsiderate to customers'distress. In June 2022, I placed an order for some items. Though FN took my money for shipping and taxes and duties, I am yet to receive those items. I reached out to the company and they said there was a delay with the shipping. I waited. The items never arrived. I reached out and they said that there was an issue with the shipping company, which they have no control over. I asked for a full refund, they refused citing that their refund policy only gives store credit. I ordered the same items again, same story. Using the store credit, I order the same items 4 times and never received them, while Fashion Nova has my f**king money. I pleaded with them that another gift card is useless if I have to endure the same disappointment. I said, refund me my money, to I can shop else where. They never did. They issued a gift care which I have not and will not use. I need my money back! I'll never spend a $1 there ever. My thing is, if the company cared one bit, they see to it that in such a situation I get my refund. Clearly, a problem that occurred 4 times will continue to occur.”

“Order a pair of boots not even a week ago the boots don't fit, I paid $81 and some change for them boots, full price, fashion Nova told me they were a final sale and I couldn't exchange them or get a refund, these are boots, it just turned October and nowhere did I read final sale, the QUALITY is CHEAP, I also ordered a little jacket with the boots, CHEAP QUALITY. Now I'm stuck with a pair of boots that I can't even wear, fashion Noah is a rip off they know their clothes is CHEAP QUALITY and that's why they don't want to exchange or you to return them. One of the worst companies ever Fashion Nova, never again 🖕🏾🖕🏾💯💯”

“Fashion nova is the absolute worst clothing website that I have ever bought from. The timing on delivery is longer than you can ever expect. The quality of the clothing is nothing of what they tell you. Their size charts don’t match. And they will never never refund you even when the product is allowed to be refunded. I’ve spent $200 plus on clothing. Everything was so out of size and out of sort that I wanted to send it back. For a full refund. They only gave me a gift receipt so that I still had to purchase from their website. Needless to say I bought make up and that’s probably the only good thing that came out of it. I would never ever ever recommend fashion nova to anybody. Poor quality, poor customer service, and just not good product at all.”

“I placed an order and it automatically modified my shipping address Once I changed my billing address and I didn’t notice until check out when the order had been processed. I emailed them And I didn’t get a response until the next day saying that they were unable to change the address or make any changes to the order. The order had not even been processed or shipped. Now my order is going to be delivered to the wrong address and they are not going to do anything about it, they won’t let you change your order nor cancel it once it’s been placed. I find it ridiculous that they won’t let you mo modify your order when it hasn’t even been shipped out or processed. their customer support is horrible. You can’t talk to an agent directly. You have to email them and they won’t respond right away. I’m never ordering from Fashion Nova ever again after reading the reviews.”

“Y’all kept harassing me to place an order to receive rush shipping so I did under the assumption that my order would be here today. Emailed your customer service department and I a condescending email as though I was dumb or didn’t understand what rush meant. When it was clear as day that if I placed my order before 2 pm EST it would be here tomorrow. Seems you guys are itching for another day in court.”

“I placed an order totalling $434.86 under number 93674240 I returned the items listed below. Combat cutie shorts - Black Combat cutie shorts - White Combat cutie shorts - Camo Cargo Belted shorts - Olive Cargo Belted shorts - Cognac Cargo Belted shorts - Camo Buckle Up Cargo shorts - Camo Lose Control Set After the Storm Dress Move Attention Legging Dreaming jumpsuit Fashion Nova issued me a credit in the amount of 382.88 in form of a gift card and then disabled the gift card claiming there is an issue with the return. If there was a question about the returned items, why wasn't I first contacted and given the opportunity to investigate on my end before cancelling my gift card and leaving me in the dark about it? I returned everything except two bathing suits, one for $23.99 and the other for $27.99. This gives me a credit balance of $382.88 which is still owed to me. I am a long time Fashion Nova customer and when I make a purchase and the quality and or fit are not as advertised or do not work for me I simply return those items in accordance with Fashion Nova's return policy. Fashionnova owes me a credit, has not responded to my inquiry, refuses to refund my credit card and will not issue a store credit. I would like my credit card credit or a gift card in the full amount owed to me.”

“I placed a order anticipating on wearing it for my anniversary. I never received my package. I was not able to reach anyone via phone only email regarding this matter. I'm still waiting on a reply from fashion nova and their courier company LSO. I'm out of my money and had to last minute shop for an outfit for my anniversary. Won't be ordering here, pr recommending them to anyone.”

“Loved #fashion Nova until they burned me out of $150 never sent my items and said delivered the very next day after ordering lol...they didn't even process it yet but was delivered yeah right. And because their system says delivered they can't prove other wise so their goes my hard earned money down the drain.”

“Terrible Customer service. Does NOT stand behind it's products. I ordered the camo jumpsuit (first time customer). It took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I was excited to finally get it! When I opened it it had a smell number 1. number 2 the material is like sandpaper. number 3. It is NOT true to size. I followed the chart they provide on website. I asked for a refund they said they only refund to store credit. NO thanks. they wanted me to pay to ship it back and then I would 20% of what I paid for it. Do NOT buy from Fashion Nova!!”

“The jeans i received came damaged. Black stains everywhere. I sent a picture immediately via email. I was offered a refund or credit, i opted for a refund however they never responded back after that. I wrote numerous emails and they are still ignoring. If i dont get my refund il be posting on twitter, instagram and snapchat !! Worst service ever. Paid for something thats damaged and wont even respond.”
