“Stay away from this company. Management is heartless. I ordered a pair of sandals and even though they were the correct size the sandals are so poorly made that they cannot be worn. I tried several times to print a return label but was unsuccessful. Eventually I spoke with a rep who emailed me a return label. However, because I did not have the original box they would not accept the return. I explained that they were for my sister in Jamaica and unfortunately during my absence my husband accidentally threw out the box. I understand that is their company policy, and I could understand not getting a refund. However, not issuing a store credit so I could order something else is quite disappointing. I have wasted $116 and would never buy from this company again.”

“I recently purchased the f mode slide sandal. The leather cross-cross on top is so HARD I can’t wear them!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed…as I believe they replaced lu lu which had very soft leather. Bummed!!”

“Used to love these shoes when you could try on and buy in a store but now that they appear to be an online order only product I have to find a new brand of sandal to buy for summer. Too bad.”

“I bought a pair of pool slides at a small shoe store. I got them for occasional use while traveling. After only 18 months of limited use, the band across the toes split. I've had much cheaper flip flops last much longer. The reason I'm giving them one star is that they were perfect before they tore. But this company doesn't seem to stand behind their product. They offered a 30% discount from their website for which I'd have to pay shipping. But why would I throw my $ away? The shoes are not worth the energy put into them. Garbage.”

“When I received my Fitflop they were too big. The same day I packed them up and ordered a size smaller. For the new pair, I had to pay for shipping again $8.95. I paid for the first pair $8.95 shipping and when I sent them back they charged me a $6.99 restocking fee plus an additional shipping fee of $8.95. In total for me to buy a pair of Fitflop cause me in shipping and restocking $33.84. Customer service was awful. Nice way to never buy from this company again. I would never again buy from them.”

“Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of high tops and to my dismay immediately tried to cancel due to incorrect sizing. FitFlop WOULD NOT cancel my order, even though it was not in shipping mode. To add insult to that, FitFLOP charges you for the return and a "SERVICE" fee for restocking. A representative I spoke with told me that I would not be required to pay for shipping to return. Obviously, they were wrong. I will no longer be a fitFLOP customer after this.”

“TERRIBLE company. Offered a birthday discount and when I tried to place, the order was canceled. This has happened 3 times, I've been buying their product for 10 years. No one responds, and when I tried to order the next day, the discount code was invalid. HOW CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS????”

“Horrible customer service! Took 3 days and 30 minutes being on hold for them to tell they can't return my shoes because it was 29 days since purchase. Did not take in to consideration how hard it is to reach them. Was told that I would not be able to be transferred to a manager. Order shoes elsewhere!”

“NEVER EVER buy from this company!!!! You will never get ur money back or any sort of response from these people. I’m out $230. I have sent back the shoes the day after receiving them due to damage. I have the tracking showing they received the shoes back. I have called and emailed so many times I lost count. Don’t waste ur time and money. I have called and sat on phone for an hour to then be disconnected. I have no idea how they can stay in business”

“I have been trying to return a pair of shoes that are too big. I've called the number suggested several times, communicated with "Chat", and sent emails to no avail. The instructions are to return with the paperwork filled out that was sent with the shoes and to fill out the receipt on the back. There was no paperwork and my receipt is only a copy of the online receipt with nothing printed on the back. How do I return these shoes...to whom, where, how???”

“Please do NOT buy anything from Fitflop. I received 3 pairs -all way too big! But when I tried to return the shoes (2 days after receiving them) it’s like “nobody’s home at the inn”! You can’t get anyone on the phone, they don’t even allow you to leave a message. Their answering machine says to email them. So I emailed them 4 times and NO RESPONSE! I think I just lost $350.”

“If I didn't love the shoes I would NEVER order from them. Like all the other reviewers, I have emailed 3 times asking where my refund is for shoes that according to the tracking number arrived back with them over a month ago.”

“TRUST THESE REVIEWS! I should have read B$ ordering. I have ordered a pair of Eloise sandals for a vacation to Italy trusting the shipping time and still have not received my order and its almost 2 weeks. I leave in 2 days! I have also tried contacting Fitflop customer service and emailing. NO response. Terrible. I have tried tracking and received very little information "a label has been created". Great but where are they on route?!!? I now guess I have to go searching for shoes and the send these back which I am reading is a nightmare as well. Soooo Disappointing!!”

“No one answers the phones. No replies to email. How does one get customer service from FitFlop because I have yet to be able to connect with them. No tracking number. Hopefully my order gets to me one day I guess”
